Both festivals take place at the Empire Polo Club, 81-800 Avenue 51 in Indio. A private car or Sprinter gets your group there from LAX, your hotel or your rental without anyone driving or parking.

Drop-off rules are set by the festival
Both festivals run an on-site drop-off area for licensed black car and limo services that requires a festival-issued pass. Vehicles without that pass use the public pick-up and drop-off area at Madison Street and Avenue 52. We confirm which drop-off point applies to your booking.
Plan pickup times carefully
At Coachella, according to the festival, car service drop-offs and staging run Friday to Sunday from 12pm to 10pm, with staging for pickups until 11pm (Stagecoach lists 10pm). After 11pm, road closures can cause delays.
