Chauffeured Sprinter and Mercedes van pricing

  • Request the available group class in the main booking form. Describe a Limo Sprinter, a regular Mercedes van or a specific cabin in the request, and contact Artisan if the selector does not offer the configuration you need.
  • Do not infer a Sprinter fare, hourly minimum or extension price from the sedan and SUV tables. Review the actual group-vehicle offer, required trip costs and cancellation terms before acceptance; gratuity is optional.
  • A request is not a reservation. The available vehicle, seating, luggage space and operational arrangement must be confirmed in the accepted offer.

Three Sprinter configurations, three different cabins

Compare the Executive, Jet and Limo cabin layouts. Your written offer confirms the actual vehicle, seats, luggage space and any essential features for your trip.

Cabin choices

Choose the cabin before relying on a passenger maximum

Executive, Jet and Limo describe different requested configurations. Start with the people traveling together and the seating arrangement they need. If an interior feature matters, name it in the request; a class label does not guarantee a specific model, seat direction, Wi-Fi, refreshments or other amenity.

These are planning ranges for Artisan's offered configurations. The written offer must confirm the actual vehicle, approved seats and luggage fit. A 17-passenger Limo Sprinter request requires a specifically confirmed vehicle and qualified operator; it is not the capacity of every Sprinter or factory passenger van.

Chauffeured Sprinter and passenger-van planning ranges
Requested configurationPassengers for planningWhat to confirm
Executive Sprinter About 13Actual approved seating, luggage area and whether the full group fits together.
Jet Sprinter About 8–10Only 4–6 bags maximum, depending on configuration and bag size; confirm the actual load.
Limo Sprinter About 8–17 by specific vehicleOnly 4–6 bags maximum, depending on configuration and bag size; confirm seats and storage together.
Regular Mercedes passenger van Up to about 13 by vehicleThe actual seats, bag space and boarding arrangement.

Seats, bags and access

Review the people, bags and boarding needs together

List checked bags and carry-ons by size, then add strollers, mobility equipment, instruments or other oversized items. Include the load on the return leg if it changes. A van's maximum seat count does not establish space for the same number of large suitcases; a different configuration or several vehicles may be needed.

Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only 4–6 bags maximum, depending on the actual configuration and bag sizes. Six is a planning ceiling, not a guarantee that every cabin fits six large cases. Keep the real luggage count in the request; do not reduce it to make a smaller class appear.

Describe any step-height concern, entry assistance or mobility device, including whether it folds and whether the traveler can transfer to a vehicle seat. Accessible boarding, a lift or a ramp must be specifically reviewed and confirmed; none follows automatically from booking a Sprinter.

Artisan's current child-seat option requires an SUV. Do not assume a Sprinter quote includes a child restraint or an approved installation position. Provide each child's age, weight, height and restraint requirement before accepting the arrangement so a suitable vehicle or alternative can be reviewed.

Airport groups

Coordinate the airport group before assigning one van

Send each flight number, local arrival date, terminal, passenger count and bag load when people arrive separately. Say who must travel together and who can approve a changed plan. Different terminals or arrival times may need separate pickups rather than one vehicle waiting indefinitely.

Use the confirmed meeting instructions for the actual vehicle and service. Public LAX car guidance and LGB's commercial-provider guidance do not establish a particular van's loading access. For a Van Nuys private-flight arrival, provide the FBO name and address and a flight-team contact; aircraft-side collection requires specific permission and agreement.

Trip and return

A transfer, reserved hours or several departure waves

For one airport-to-hotel or venue transfer, state the complete origin, destination and accepted stops. Request hourly service when the van needs to remain reserved while your group attends meetings, a meal or several appointments. List the start, finish, ordered stops and time needed at each; the agreed quote sets the hours and extension terms.

For an event return, give the permitted passenger entrance, planned pickup time, group contact and the number of people leaving on each leg. A return transfer does not keep the vehicle waiting through the event. If guests leave in waves or from several venues, include the whole program for review rather than assuming one van can serve overlapping pickups.

Resort and cruise legs

Prepare the group for its resort or cruise destination

For an Anaheim stay, name the actual hotel entrance or resort drop-off and include every stroller and bag. Keep the airport arrival and any later park or return trip as defined legs. Use the Disneyland transfer guide for the LAX-focused journey rather than treating an airport transfer as an all-day reservation.

For a cruise, supply the cruise line, ship, sailing date and terminal from your travel documents. Long Beach Cruise Terminal and San Pedro are different destinations. On the return, plan the group's ready time after disembarkation and baggage collection, with a reachable contact; the ship's arrival time alone is not the van pickup time.

Quote and confirmation

What your group vehicle offer needs to confirm

Select a suitable Executive Sprinter, Jet Sprinter, Limo Sprinter or Mercedes Passenger Van in the main booking form's group quote choices. The form filters classes against the entered passengers and bags. If a class does not fit, keep the accurate counts and choose a suitable larger option or contact Artisan about a coordinated arrangement. Use notes for the cabin features, item sizes and access needs that require review.

The concierge reviews the actual vehicle and itinerary, then supplies a written offer with the required transportation total and applicable terms; optional gratuity remains separate. Selecting a quote class does not reserve a vehicle or guarantee its exact interior.

Before accepting, check the approved passenger count, luggage fit, equipment or access arrangement, pickup points, transfer legs or reserved hours, and return details. A request is not a reservation. Confirmation follows approval and the payment terms of the accepted offer.

  1. If the group or schedule changes

Send the booking reference and revised people, bags, stops or times promptly. Availability and the price may change; an extension or replacement vehicle needs confirmation.

  2. Review the applicable cancellation window

Standard confirmed bookings use a 48-hour full-refund window. Group programs and other large or event bookings use seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window a refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment; no cancellation fee applies before confirmation.

Los Angeles Sprinter service questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Does Sprinter Van Rental Los Angeles include a driver?

Yes. Artisan Limo's service is chauffeured transportation for the agreed trip. It is not a self-drive rental. Request the preferred configuration, people, bags and full itinerary in the main booking form.

How many passengers can a Sprinter carry?

Planning ranges are about 13 for Executive, 8–10 for Jet, 8–17 for a Limo Sprinter by specific vehicle, and up to about 13 for a regular Mercedes passenger van. The offer must confirm actual approved seats and luggage fit. Seventeen seats are not a promise for every Sprinter.

Will one van fit our group and all its airport bags?

Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only 4–6 bags maximum, depending on the configuration and bag sizes; six is a ceiling, not a fit guarantee for every cabin. Provide the real passenger count, checked bags, carry-ons, strollers and oversized items together. Executive Sprinter and Mercedes passenger-van storage also needs confirmation. Another configuration or several vehicles may be needed.

Can we request child seats or accessible boarding in a Sprinter?

Describe the requirement before accepting a quote. Artisan's current child-seat option requires an SUV, so do not assume it is included in a Sprinter. Entry assistance, mobility equipment, a lift or ramp needs review and specific confirmation.

Does a return transfer keep the Sprinter with us all day?

No. Transfers cover the agreed legs. Request hourly service if the vehicle must remain reserved between activities, with the planned start, finish and stops. Additional hours or overlapping event pickups need review and confirmation.

Can I request a Jet, Limo or Mercedes passenger van in the booking form?

Yes. Enter the trip, passengers and bags, then select the suitable Jet Sprinter, Limo Sprinter or Mercedes Passenger Van quote option. Classes are filtered by party and luggage fit; do not lower the real counts to reveal a smaller class. Use the notes for cabin preferences, item sizes and every leg. The written offer confirms the actual vehicle and arrangement.

Is a submitted group quote request a confirmed booking?

No. Review the vehicle arrangement, required total and terms in the written offer. Confirmation follows approval and its payment terms. Changes need review, and no cancellation fee applies before confirmation.
