At O’Hare, prearranged limousines meet in the lower-level center lane, Lane 2. Collect bags, call the provider and follow its door, plate and vehicle details. The airport says the car may take 5 to 20 minutes to reach the pickup area, depending on traffic. General rideshare uses T2 upper orange poles and T3 upper green poles; app Black Car pickups are lower level. Follow the pickup category assigned to your ride.

At Midway, prearranged limousines use the lower-level center lane at Doors 1 and 2; taxis use the inner lane at Door 2; rideshare uses lower-level Doors 2 to 4. Call after collecting bags. Check the airport’s O’Hare and Midway pickup directions close to travel.

Artisan tracks airline flights in real time and includes 60 minutes of domestic or 90 minutes of international waiting from wheels-down for sedan and SUV arrivals. Call when bags are ready or plans change. An eligible inside meet-and-greet is $25; Sprinter and coach waiting is stated in the quote. If you book for another passenger, enter their name and phone and pass them the meeting plan; they receive no automatic message.

Which Chicago neighborhoods and suburbs can a car service reach?

Car service goes to your entered Chicago or suburban address. Start with Chicago car service, then name the actual hotel, office, residence, venue or campus entrance and list stops in order. For suburb planning, see North Shore, Naperville and Schaumburg car service.

Chicago-to-Milwaukee is a separate route; request its price using the pickup, destination, date, vehicle and party details. See the Chicago to Milwaukee car service page.

When should I book Chicago car service?

Request a ride when the date, route, passengers, bags and vehicle are known. Online requests and calls to (888) 850-5060 are available 24/7. For a convention, game or concert, include the venue entrance, hotel stop and return meeting point.

Chicago winter weather can change flight status, visibility and roads. Check the National Weather Service Chicago forecast and airline updates close to travel, then share any changes with the concierge. Snow squalls can reduce visibility quickly, and ice can make roads slippery. Allow time for current conditions and your exact destination.

For a private flight, send the FBO and tail number, or your flight team’s timing, and we coordinate your pickup. We confirm the meeting point at your FBO. See the PWK private aviation car service and DPA private aviation car service pages. A group quote does not reserve a vehicle; review its layout and waiting terms.

What should you ask any Chicago car service before you book?

Ask the same questions about route, price, pickup and vehicle before choosing:

  • What is the total for this route, date, class, party and luggage?
  • Which charges are included? Is gratuity separate?
  • Is the figure a route fare, starting price, estimate or demand-based app fare?
  • How long is airport waiting, when does it start, and what if bags are delayed?
  • Where is the meeting point, when should you call, and what does an inside greeting cost?
  • How many people and bags fit? What about oversized items?
  • Are child seats available, what is the fee, and what details are needed?
  • What is the hourly minimum and extension increment?
  • How do you submit a request, and what happens next?
  • Who receives pickup details when someone else books?
  • Does a group quote state layout, waiting, price and reservation steps?
  • Can an approved company account use invoices and cost centers?

Artisan shows sedan and SUV prices before you book. The request is reviewed before the card is charged. Approved corporate accounts can use invoices and cost centers. Every Artisan chauffeur signs an NDA on request.
