Airport transfers · National rate card
DuPage Airport Car Service pricing
Chicago uses Artisan's approved national sedan and SUV rate card. Starting fares are class minimums, not flat airport, hotel or venue fares. Review your actual itinerary, options and required trip price before acceptance.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
Optional meet & greet is $25 for an eligible airport arrival when selected in the booking form. Confirm the terminal or FBO meeting arrangement before acceptance.
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
A named meeting address
DuPage Flight Center pickup at DPA
Planning sources: DuPage Airport Authority: DuPage Flight Center directory entry · DuPage Flight Center: passenger facility address
DuPage Airport Authority identifies DuPage Flight Center as a fixed-base operator. The FBO publishes its address as 2700 International Drive, West Chicago, Illinois 60185. Confirm with the aircraft organizer that this is the facility handling your flight and obtain the passenger entrance and meeting instructions.
An airport authority office or administrative suite is not a substitute for an FBO passenger meeting. Give the booked handler and actual entrance, not only ‘DuPage Airport.’ If the aircraft is handled at a different facility or the organizer supplies revised directions, send those before the chauffeur approach.
The next address
DPA to West Chicago, Naperville, Oak Brook or downtown
West Chicago is the airport's municipality, not another name for downtown Chicago. Supply the complete hotel, office or residential address for a Wheaton, Naperville, Oak Brook, Elgin or city destination. Include the intended entrance and any luggage drop or additional passenger pickup.
For a western-suburb business day, list each appointment address and required arrival time. Choose a direct transfer for one destination, or reserve hourly service if the vehicle should remain for several meetings. Allow room for the FBO handoff and the actual road route; neither a map estimate nor the airport name guarantees a travel time.
Ready to leave the FBO
Your DPA flight reference, handler and arrival contact
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: waiting allowances and their start times · Artisan Limo: flight tracking, rebooking and diversions
Provide the local arrival date, estimated time, tail or trip reference when available, handler contact and a reachable traveler phone. For an assistant-led reservation, keep the organizer and passenger contacts separate. Include the entire party, bags, equipment and anyone arriving on another aircraft.
Confirm the passenger-side meeting and readiness after landing, baggage handoff and any clearance. Do not assume the chauffeur can drive onto the ramp; any airside arrangement requires separate authorization from the relevant airport, handler and assigned operator. Send arrival-time or facility changes promptly and confirm the actual waiting terms in writing.
| Stage | What to confirm | Who supplies the details |
|---|---|---|
| Before arrival | Actual handler, passenger entrance, local ETA and aircraft reference | Aircraft operator or flight organizer |
| Passenger release | All travelers and bags ready after the FBO handoff and any clearance | Traveler and FBO contact |
| Ground meeting | Assigned vehicle, confirmed entrance and any revised waiting arrangement | Chauffeur or concierge named in the confirmation |
| Return departure | Departure facility, reporting time and hotel or office pickup time | Flight organizer and person arranging the car |
The operator's clearance plan
DuPage international flights and FBO release
Planning sources: DuPage Flight Center: passenger services and customs facilities
DuPage Flight Center lists on-site U.S. Customs and Border Protection among its passenger services. The aircraft operator and FBO still coordinate the actual clearance arrangements and passenger release. A published customs facility is not a promise that everyone is ready to leave at touchdown.
Share the handling contact and the organizer's confirmed passenger-ready plan with the concierge. Any change to the airport or clearance schedule can affect the ground meeting and waiting terms. FBO facilities and staffing belong to the FBO; they do not establish an Artisan partnership, chauffeur ramp access or guaranteed vehicle availability.
The right cabin
Sedans, SUVs and group vehicles for DuPage arrivals
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requests and guardian responsibilities · Artisan Limo: advertised vehicle classes and booking capacities
Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Include crew joining the transfer, children, carry-ons and bulky equipment. Actual luggage shape and boarding needs require a vehicle fit review. Sprinters, coaches and other group classes receive a quote inside the main booking form.
Artisan-provided child seats require an SUV. Request up to two in advance, subject to availability, with age, weight, height and configuration for each child. Select the own-restraint option if needed and allow installation time; the guardian checks final fit and securement. Describe mobility equipment and assistance needs so the ground meeting and actual vehicle can be reviewed together.
The next flight
Your departure pickup and return FBO at DuPage
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: waiting allowances and their start times · Artisan Limo: flight tracking, rebooking and diversions
Confirm the departure facility, passenger reporting time and entrance with the aircraft organizer; a return can use a different FBO or airport. Enter the time the car should reach the hotel, home or office, allowing for the journey and the organizer's reporting requirements. Do not use aircraft takeoff time as the pickup time.
If the flight moves to Chicago Executive, O'Hare or Midway, provide the new airport and handling instructions promptly. A different route and meeting plan need review and may change availability or price. Scheduled point-to-point city pickups use the standard 15-minute allowance, while hourly waiting consumes reserved time. Private-flight arrival and extended-hold terms are confirmed for the actual booking.
Your accepted trip
DuPage transfer approval, fare and cancellation
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: confirmation, changes and cancellation
The accepted price includes required normal trip fees for the agreed route and vehicle, with gratuity optional. A changed facility, extra stop, revised vehicle or excess waiting can affect the total and depends on availability. Review the accepted itinerary and any revised price in writing.
An eligible card-saving reservation request does not charge the card or confirm the journey. Confirmation follows approval of the exact accepted request and successful payment of its total. A revised offer needs acceptance; invoice, deposit and direct-checkout offers follow their written terms.
No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard confirmed rides qualify for a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice; inside that window a refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Group, event and other large programs use seven days before the first pickup, unless different terms were disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

DuPage Airport transfer questions

Speak with the conciergeWhat should I do if the party is not ready or I cannot find the car at DPA?
Contact the chauffeur or concierge named in your confirmation with your handling facility, exact entrance and passenger status. Report a baggage or clearance delay and check any revised waiting arrangement. Before boarding, verify the supplied vehicle description and plate. Do not assume the vehicle is at an administrative office or beside the aircraft.
What is the DuPage Flight Center pickup address?
DuPage Flight Center publishes 2700 International Drive, West Chicago, Illinois 60185. Confirm that it handles your aircraft and obtain the actual passenger entrance and meeting directions from the flight organizer before reserving.
Planning sources: DuPage Flight Center: passenger facility address · DuPage Airport Authority: DuPage Flight Center directory entry
Is West Chicago the same destination as downtown Chicago?
No. West Chicago is the municipality where the FBO is located. Give the full onward address for downtown Chicago, Naperville, Oak Brook or another destination, including the preferred entrance and any intermediate stops.
Planning sources: DuPage Flight Center: passenger facility address
Can I enter the airport authority's office as the meeting point?
Use the aircraft's passenger handling facility and confirmed entrance rather than an administrative office or suite. Ask the operator which FBO is handling the flight and send any revised facility directions before arrival.

What information is needed for a private arrival at DPA?
Include the local arrival date, estimated time, tail or flight reference when available, actual handler, organizer contact, traveler phone, party size and every bag. Confirm passenger readiness after the FBO handoff and send flight or facility changes promptly.
Can the chauffeur collect us on the ramp at DuPage?
A ramp meeting must be separately authorized by the relevant airport, aircraft handler and assigned operator. A ground-transfer booking does not establish airside access. Confirm the passenger-side meeting and any special arrangement before travel.
Does DPA have customs for an international arrival?
DuPage Flight Center lists on-site U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The aircraft operator and FBO must coordinate the actual clearance and passenger-release arrangements. Share the confirmed handler contact and readiness plan; the chauffeur booking does not clear the aircraft.
Planning sources: DuPage Flight Center: passenger services and customs facilities
Can I keep the vehicle for western-suburb meetings?
Reserve hourly service for an agreed sequence of appointments and waiting. Supply every address, appointment time and the time needed at each stop. A direct FBO-to-hotel or office transfer does not hold a vehicle for the rest of the day.
Can we request child seats or a group vehicle at DPA?
Artisan-provided child seats require an SUV, with up to two requested subject to availability. Provide each child's age, weight, height and configuration. Larger parties can request a Sprinter, coach or other group quote in the main booking flow; confirm actual baggage and boarding fit.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requests and guardian responsibilities · Artisan Limo: advertised vehicle classes and booking capacities
Is a submitted DuPage request confirmed, and can I cancel?
An eligible card-saving request remains unconfirmed until approval and successful payment of the accepted total. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard confirmed rides use a 48-hour full-refund window; group and event programs use seven days. Inside the applicable window refunds are discretionary unless different written terms were accepted before payment.
