Midway's published pickup table places limousines and suburban taxis in the lower-level center lane at Doors 1 and 2. Collect your luggage, then contact the assigned chauffeur or concierge using your confirmation with your door and the whole party's readiness. Follow the actual booked instructions and current airport directions.

Check the supplied car description and plate before boarding. If you cannot find the vehicle, report the door where you are waiting to the contact in your confirmation. If the party is still collecting bags, say so before coordinating the approach. Ride-app, personal-car and charter-bus directions are separate from the limousine meeting plan.

Use the full hotel, residence or office address, including the preferred entrance. A South Loop hotel, a Loop office and a western-suburb business visit require different final directions. Include luggage drops, separate passenger drop-offs and intermediate stops in the accepted itinerary.

If the day continues with several appointments, reserve hourly service for the agreed route and time instead of expecting an airport transfer to hold the vehicle afterward. For a colleague or client arrival, provide the booker's contact and a separate traveler phone so meeting instructions reach the person collecting the bags.

Give the airline, flight number and local date of arrival at Midway. Update the concierge if the flight is rebooked, diverted to O'Hare or another airport, or moved to a different date. A changed airport or route needs review; the original pickup does not automatically move with it.

The standard airport baseline is 60 minutes domestic or up to 90 minutes international from actual wheels-down. Taxiing, deplaning, baggage and any arrival clearance consume the window. Your written booking confirms the allowance for the trip. Contact the concierge about a baggage delay near its end and keep your phone reachable; early-arrival adjustments depend on availability.

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags. Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Count children, carry-ons, checked luggage, strollers and bulky equipment; shape and boarding requirements affect actual fit. Larger groups, including Sprinter and coach parties, request a quote inside the main booking form.

Artisan-provided child seats require an SUV. Request up to two in advance, subject to availability, with the child's age, weight, height and configuration. Tell us if you are bringing your own restraint and allow installation time. The guardian checks final securement. Include mobility equipment dimensions and the assistance needed for the ground meeting before accepting the vehicle.

For a group vehicle, confirm its own loading instructions. Midway lists charter-bus pickup through the parking garage at Doors 5 and 6, separately from limousine pickup. A Sprinter name alone does not establish the airport's loading category; the actual vehicle and confirmed arrangement determine where your party meets.

A McCormick Place arrival needs the actual event, campus building and organizer-approved drop-off point. North, South, West and Lakeside are different approaches. Ground-transportation instructions depend on the vehicle category; a ride-app gate is not automatically the right location for a chauffeur or group charter. Include a mobile event contact and the agreed post-event meeting time.

For MDW to ORD, supply both flights and the onward airline's check-in and baggage deadlines. Allow for collecting luggage, the road transfer and departure security. The airports are separate facilities, and a flight's scheduled arrival is not passenger readiness. If a connection is very tight, the vehicle booking does not guarantee the onward flight.

Enter the time you want the car at the hotel, home or office. Work back from the airline's check-in and bag-drop requirements, leaving room for the road journey and departure access; do not enter takeoff time as the pickup time. Give the airline and any additional passenger or luggage stop.

Scheduled point-to-point pickups use a standard 15-minute allowance from the booked pickup time; hourly waiting uses the reserved hours. A return airport arrival uses the flight-based allowance instead. Review both local dates, flight details, party sizes and bags when booking round trip, particularly if one direction uses Midway and the other uses O'Hare.

The accepted fare includes required normal trip fees for the route and vehicle you agreed. Gratuity is optional. Added stops, excess waiting and approved itinerary changes can affect the total. Review the actual price and terms before accepting the journey.

An eligible card-saving reservation request does not charge the card or confirm the trip. Confirmation follows approval of the exact accepted request and successful payment of its total. A changed offer needs acceptance; invoice, deposit and direct-checkout offers follow their written terms.

No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard confirmed rides receive a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice; inside that window a refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Group, event and other large programs use seven days before the first pickup, unless different terms were disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.
