Cruise Port Transportation & Terminal Transfer

Provide the cruise line, ship, sailing date and terminal from the current cruise documents. A region can have more than one cruise port, and one port can have several terminals. A destination labeled only 'cruise port' is not a complete ground arrangement.

Use the actual hotel, airport terminal or residential pickup at the other end. If the sailing terminal changes, notify Artisan before assuming the original destination still applies. Follow current cruise-line and port instructions for documents, security and guest arrival.

A cruise line's assigned check-in and final boarding requirements are different from the scheduled sailing time. Give the required arrival to the concierge and allow for the road trip and terminal processing. Keep travel documents accessible rather than packed where they cannot be reached.

If a flight precedes the cruise, include the operating flight, luggage collection and transfer to the actual sailing terminal. A chauffeur transfer cannot guarantee the connection despite a late flight, traffic or a closed check-in. A hotel night or a different flight plan is a travel decision to assess separately from the ground booking.

The ship's scheduled arrival is not the time every passenger is outside with their bags. Disembarkation order, clearance and luggage collection come before the vehicle meeting. Ask the cruise line about your party's release process and give the concierge an agreed local pickup time and reachable contact.

After leaving the terminal, use the confirmed loading area and notify the booking contact if the party is delayed. Do not expect the car to wait at a restricted curb while passengers are still on board. Port Everglades' current guide, for example, directs arriving passengers to follow cruise-line check-in and returning pickup drivers to wait for their party's call; use your actual port's current instructions.

Count travelers, checked cases, carry-ons, strollers and mobility equipment on both legs. A family or group that fits the seats may exceed the luggage area. Specify oversized items and child-seat requests before accepting the vehicle arrangement.

A Sprinter name is not a luggage guarantee. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most, depending on layout and size. An Executive Sprinter, passenger van, coach or separate vehicles may be more suitable for a group traveling with many cases; the actual configuration and fit need confirmation in its written offer.

For a post-cruise flight, provide the airline's required terminal-arrival time and any hotel or luggage stop. A single direct transfer suits a ready party going to one destination. If you want sightseeing, shopping or several stops before the flight, ask about an approved reserved-hour itinerary.

A return transfer does not retain the vehicle during a cruise or an extended hotel stop. Review the complete price, meeting details, waiting and cancellation terms before accepting the reservation. Group vehicles and large programs use their written offers and the applicable event or group cancellation window.
