Operating model

Who arranges the ride and who performs it

Artisan Limo LLC manages the reservation under its Terms of Service, governed by Georgia law. An independent, licensed local operator provides the transportation, vehicle and chauffeur. Artisan does not own, operate or maintain those vehicles.

Check the accepted written offer or confirmation for the actual operator arrangement, vehicle class and pickup plan. That document controls the booking if general website information differs; a planning page does not reserve availability.

Pricing and approval

How trips are priced, approved and charged

Enter the actual route, time, service type and class for an eligible sedan or SUV fare. Required normal transportation costs, tolls, parking, airport fees, processing and taxes are included; requested extras and optional gratuity appear separately. Larger vehicles receive a written offer specifying price and payment terms.

Priced requests save a card without charging it at submission. Artisan charges after approval of the accepted reservation; a material revision requires acceptance first. Permitted later charges follow the Payment Terms and receive separate receipts.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation, change and no-show rules for your policy

Before confirmation, cancellation carries no fee. Holidays and peak dates do not change the published notice windows by themselves. A different cancellation arrangement must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment. Read the actual group-vehicle offer before accepting.

Contact Artisan if the traveler cannot meet within the included wait rather than allowing a no-show. No refund is assured for a no-show. When weather or an emergency makes the trip impossible, the policy provides a full refund. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days of approval.

Brief travelers

What to tell travelers before their first ride

Give travelers the flight, pickup, waiting and contact instructions below. The included waiting windows for nationally priced sedans and SUVs apply across all six markets; group offers specify their own terms.

  1. Give flight details

Airline, flight number and arrival airport let the pickup follow the actual landing.

  2. Know the included waiting

60 minutes after wheels-down for domestic flights, 90 for international, and 15 minutes for other pickups.

  3. Keep a phone on

The chauffeur and concierge coordinate on the travel day through the traveler's mobile.

  4. Look for chauffeur details

Chauffeur and vehicle details are emailed before pickup; if a colleague booked the trip, check with them for the details.

  5. Pack to the vehicle

Luggage must fit the class booked; oversized items and sports equipment need advance notice.

  6. Ride rules

No smoking or vaping, seatbelts on and no more passengers than the vehicle's capacity.

  7. Gratuity

Optional, and shown separately from the trip total when the traveler chooses to add it.

The booking contact receives the confirmation with the charged amount and any available pickup calendar file. Later permitted charges have itemized receipts; cancellations and refunds receive written notices. Decide how these records reach accounts payable. Describe cost-center or project-code requirements in the account inquiry rather than assuming an automated reporting feature.

IRS Publication 463 explains the documentary information normally needed for an expense receipt, including amount, date, place and purpose. Review the actual records against your expense process and obtain tax advice where needed.

Relevant traveler details are shared for trip fulfillment. Stripe handles card payments, Artisan does not store full card numbers, and submitted personal information is not sold.

Markets and checks

Markets, insurance information and operator questions

All six markets now have local planning guides: New York, Los Angeles / Orange County, South Florida, Chicago, Dallas–Fort Worth and Atlanta. Confirm each itinerary separately and ask about other cities before expanding the program.

Request available insurance information for the assigned operator when needed. For motorcoach programs, FMCSA recommends checking operating authority, safety history, licensing and insurance before travel. Ask what information can be provided for the actual itinerary.

Speak with the concierge
Does Artisan Limo own the vehicles or employ the chauffeurs?

The independent, licensed local operator performs the ride and provides its vehicle and chauffeur. Artisan Limo handles the reservation and payment and coordinates the accepted itinerary with that operator; it does not own the vehicle or directly employ the chauffeur.

Which markets can our travelers use?

Artisan serves the New York Metropolitan Area, Los Angeles / Orange County, South Florida, Chicago, Dallas–Fort Worth and Atlanta. Each requested journey is reviewed and approved separately, including its vehicle, schedule and local arrangements.

How are trips priced, and what is included?

Eligible sedan and SUV fares are calculated for the itinerary and vehicle selected in the booking form. They include tolls, parking, airport fees, card processing and taxes; extras and optional gratuity are separate. Group vehicles receive written offers. The service and vehicle guides show qualified starting fares or hourly figures, while the form prices the actual journey.

Can we get insurance information for our program?

Request insurance information for the proposed itinerary and assigned operator before you travel. The applicable policy determines the coverage and limits, so those details should be reviewed for the particular arrangement.

Can bookings come through our travel agency or booking tool?

An agency or other person arranging travel can use the Artisan Limo booking form, bookings@artisanlimo.com or the phone service. Mention your company's current booking tool in the corporate account inquiry so the coordinator understands the workflow you need to discuss.

What records does the booking contact receive?

Once confirmed, the booking contact receives an email showing the amount charged and, where available, a pickup calendar file. Permitted charges after service have separate itemized receipts. Artisan also confirms cancellations and refunds in writing.

How do group programs differ from standard trips?

Group vehicles are reviewed through written offers for the complete program. For a full refund, weddings, multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings require at least seven days' notice before the first pickup, compared with 48 hours for standard confirmed trips. Any different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing.
