| Vehicle class | Per hour | 3 hours | 4 hours | Approved 30-minute extension |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $360 | $480 | $60 |

- 3-hour minimum. The online form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Review the complete price and itinerary before accepting.
- For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.
- Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval and is billed at the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before it is accepted. Group vehicles have their own written quote and terms.
Choose your service
One journey or a vehicle between appointments
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: pickup and hourly waiting
Choose a direct transfer when you need one agreed journey, such as a hotel-to-office ride. Two transfers need two pickup times and both destinations. Choose hourly when the chauffeur and vehicle should remain with the itinerary while you attend appointments, shop or visit several addresses.
Waiting between agreed stops uses the reserved hours. A transfer to your first meeting does not reserve a vehicle outside for the rest of the day. Tell us whether everyone travels together throughout, whether passengers join later and where the journey should finish.
| Your plan | Arrangement to consider | Include before acceptance |
|---|---|---|
| Hotel to one appointment | Direct transfer | Pickup entrance, required arrival and destination |
| Morning meeting and a separate evening return | Two transfers | Both pickup times and both complete journeys |
| Several stops with waiting between them | Retained hourly service | Stop order, waiting, reserved hours and final dropoff |
Stops and timing
Bring the Chicago stop order together
Planning sources: Choose Chicago: city neighborhoods · Choose Chicago: West Loop and Fulton Market
For a Loop office meeting followed by lunch in Fulton Market and a River North hotel finish, list each actual entrance in that order. Add the meeting arrival deadline, expected time inside each stop and whether the chauffeur remains between them. Include a shopping or hotel luggage stop if it belongs in the same reserved window; neighborhood names alone are not pickup addresses.
Use the building or host's loading instructions rather than only a neighborhood pin. Tell the concierge about a deadline, large bags or boarding assistance before accepting the plan. For a suburban visit or a longer journey outside the city, submit the complete route so the duration and arrangement can be reviewed.
First pickup
The actual address, entrance, date and local time the vehicle is needed.
Between stops
Addresses in order, required arrival times and how long the party expects to remain.
Final dropoff
The finish address, expected end time and any airport departure deadline.
Reserved hours
Reserve enough time for the whole journey
Sedan and SUV hourly service has a three-hour minimum. The online form offers three to twelve whole hours; contact Artisan about a longer or unusual itinerary. Include driving, waiting, boarding and the final dropoff within the reserved duration.
An extension needs dispatch and customer approval. Approved sedan and SUV extensions are billed in half-hour increments at the selected class's hourly rate. Ask before the reserved period ends; availability beyond the accepted window is not automatic. Sprinter and other group-vehicle time and extensions are stated in their written offer.
Airport start or finish
A flight and an hourly itinerary need one clear start
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: pickup and hourly waiting · Artisan Limo: accurate flight details and changed arrivals
For an airport start, include the actual airport, airline, flight number, local arrival date and onward stops. Use the relevant airport page for its chauffeur meeting. Confirm how the flight arrival and reserved hourly window fit together; the airport waiting allowance does not create an additional block of free hourly service.
For an airport finish, give the flight schedule and airline check-in requirements along with the final ground destination. A private-flight itinerary needs the actual FBO and flight-team contact. Send delays, airport changes or a revised handler promptly so the ground plan can be reviewed.
Vehicle choice
Choose for the cabin and what travels with you
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requests and vehicle requirements
Compare Executive Sedan, Suburban-class Executive SUV, Escalade-class Luxury SUV and Luxury Sedan. Count the passengers and complete luggage, including purchases, strollers or equipment added during the day. State any requested child seats in advance; they require an SUV and remain subject to availability and fit.
A shared group itinerary can use an Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinter, a regular Mercedes passenger van or another quoted group vehicle. Describe the preferred cabin, passengers and bags in the same booking form. The written offer confirms the actual vehicle, cabin and duration.
Price and confirmation
Review your hours, stops and accepted price
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: reservation and payment terms · Artisan Limo: cancellation and accepted changes
Required normal trip fees are included in the accepted journey price; gratuity is optional. The vehicle class, reserved duration, selected options and any accepted changes determine the total. A materially different route or extra hours needs review before you rely on the revised plan.
An eligible card-saving request is unconfirmed and does not charge the card. Confirmation follows approval of the exact accepted request and successful payment; a revised offer needs your acceptance. Standard confirmed bookings have a 48-hour full-refund notice window. Weddings, multi-day roadshows and large or group programs use seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window any refund is discretionary; accepted written exceptions may apply.

Chicago hourly chauffeur questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeHow much luggage can a Jet or Limo Sprinter carry?
Jet and Limo Sprinters carry approximately 4–6 bags maximum, depending on the actual cabin. Give suitcase sizes, carry-ons and any equipment with your request. Six bags is a planning ceiling; the actual vehicle and storage fit must be confirmed in the written offer.
What is the minimum hourly reservation in Chicago?
Sedan and SUV hourly reservations have a three-hour minimum. The online form offers three to twelve whole hours. Submit the complete itinerary and contact Artisan about a longer or unusual arrangement. Group vehicles receive their own written offer.
Does the vehicle remain between meetings?
Hourly service reserves the chauffeur and vehicle for the agreed itinerary and duration, including waiting between stops. A direct transfer alone does not reserve the vehicle for later appointments. List every stop and the final dropoff before acceptance.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: pickup and hourly waiting
Can I reserve two transfers instead of several hours?
Yes. Specify each pickup time and both journeys. Separate transfers do not include retaining the same vehicle between them. Choose hourly if the party needs the chauffeur and vehicle during the time between addresses.
Can an hourly trip begin at ORD or Midway?
Provide the actual airport, flight, local arrival date and full onward itinerary. Confirm the chauffeur meeting and how the arrival fits the booked hourly window. Included airport waiting does not add another free hourly block.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: accurate flight details and changed arrivals · Artisan Limo: pickup and hourly waiting
Can I extend the booking during the day?
Ask before the accepted duration ends. Dispatch and the customer must approve an extension. Approved sedan and SUV extensions bill in half-hour increments at the class hourly rate; group-vehicle terms are specified in the offer. Continued availability is not automatic.
Can I include a suburban office or several days?
Submit every address, date and required arrival time. A longer, intercity or multi-day plan needs its own review and accepted schedule. One local hourly reservation does not establish overnight service or the same chauffeur across several days.
Can a group reserve a chauffeured Sprinter?
Request the group vehicle in the booking form with passengers, bags, cabin preference, stop order and required hours. The offer identifies the actual configuration, approved capacity, time and price. Artisan does not provide a self-drive van rental.
Can I arrange an hourly chauffeur at short notice?
Contact Artisan with the first pickup, local time, full stop order, passengers and bags. Availability and the complete vehicle window need review; submitting a request does not reserve a chauffeur. Use the accepted confirmation before relying on the itinerary.
When is the hourly reservation confirmed?
Submitting an eligible request saves a card without charging and does not confirm the ride. Confirmation follows approval and successful payment of the accepted total. A revised offer requires acceptance, and direct-checkout, invoice or deposit arrangements follow their stated terms. If an expected confirmation or accepted-change message is missing, contact Artisan with the existing request reference; silence is not approval.
