Investor Roadshow Transportation
Chauffeured transportation for investor roadshows and executive meeting programs. Bring Artisan Limo the appointment schedule, attendee groups, flight connections and change-approval contact so each ground movement can be reviewed together.
Reserve your ride
Enter your itinerary in the form below. A reservation request or quote request is reviewed before confirmation; it does not reserve a vehicle by itself.

Roadshow reserved-time rates
Compare exact sedan and SUV totals for one approved local itinerary. A multi-day, multi-city or multi-vehicle program needs its complete service arrangements reviewed; group vehicles use written offers.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 4 hours | 6 hours | 8 hours |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $480 | $720 | $960 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $576 | $864 | $1,152 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $165 | $660 | $990 | $1,320 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $800 | $1,200 | $1,600 |
- Starting fares are vehicle-class minimums, not fixed airport, port or destination fares. Review the complete price for your exact itinerary in the booking form.
- The accepted trip price includes required trip costs. Gratuity is optional; requested extras are shown separately. Approved itinerary changes and excess waiting may add to the total.
- 3-hour minimum for nationally priced hourly sedans and SUVs. The form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Approved extra hours use the same class rate in 30-minute blocks.
- Sprinters, Mercedes passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches use an accepted written offer. Available online group classes request that offer through the same booking form; contact Artisan for a configuration or multi-vehicle arrangement that the form does not list.

Turn the meeting calendar into a ground itinerary
For each appointment, record the required inside-arrival time, street address, actual entrance, expected release, attendees and host contact. The gap between meetings must also cover leaving the building, collecting the party and reaching the next entrance—not only the time a mapping service displays for driving.
Mark immovable appointments and the final airport or FBO arrival requirement. Tell us which stops can move or be omitted if an earlier meeting overruns. A transport plan can support a tight calendar, but it cannot guarantee a fixed drive time through traffic or override a venue's access rules.
| Movement detail | What to provide |
|---|---|
| Meeting arrival | Required arrival, entrance and host contact |
| Meeting release | Expected finish and the person calling the party ready |
| Traveling party | Attendees, luggage and the vehicle required for that leg |
| Final connection | Airport or named FBO, flight requirement and decision cutoff |
Use reserved hours where the vehicle is needed between meetings
Planning sources: Included waiting and extra time · Artisan Limo booking and service terms
Hourly service can suit a local meeting sequence when the car and chauffeur are needed through the agreed day. Separate transfers can suit independent movements or a long gap when retaining the vehicle is unnecessary. Decide from the full itinerary rather than assuming every roadshow is one unlimited hourly booking.
Waiting consumes reserved hours. A non-local itinerary, several cities or a multi-day program requires separate review of the route and service terms. Dedicated dispatch, onsite personnel and guaranteed backup vehicles are requirements to ask about, not automatic features of an hourly reservation.
Plan who joins, splits and travels onward
A meeting program can begin with one executive and later add colleagues, hosts or luggage from an airport. List the party on every leg rather than providing only the largest headcount. Parallel appointments need their own vehicle, contact and reunion point.
Match the seats and baggage to the actual configuration. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most depending on layout and size; do not infer luggage space from a maximum passenger number. A larger group or equipment load may need an Executive Sprinter, coach or more than one vehicle, subject to the reviewed offer.
Give the last flight connection its own requirements
Name the actual departure airport or FBO and the airline or flight team's required arrival. Include bags that have traveled with the party, any hotel luggage collection and the final meeting release. Decide who can end or shorten that meeting if the departure requirement becomes at risk.
For a roadshow beginning with an arrival, provide the operating flight and traveler contact or the private flight's facility details. A delayed arrival may change the first meeting and reserved-time plan; contact the concierge rather than assuming the whole schedule shifts automatically.
Use one current schedule and one approving contact
Planning sources: Artisan Limo booking and service terms · Cancellation and change policy
Give the concierge the latest itinerary and identify who can approve a changed stop, split party, upgrade or extra hours. When the program changes, send the booking reference, affected movement, revised timing and the next fixed requirement. Share the confirmed change with the travelers and relevant host.
The added price or calculation method and your approval are recorded before additional service. For a multi-day roadshow, the standard full-refund cancellation window is at least seven days before the first pickup; inside that window the refund may be partial or zero. Different program terms must be disclosed and accepted before payment.

Investor roadshow transportation questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeHow is a roadshow different from hourly car service?
Hourly is a reservation format. An investor roadshow is a sequence of appointments with arrival deadlines, attendees, venue entrances and a plan for changes. The program needs review even when reserved hours are proposed for its local movements.
What information is needed to plan a roadshow?
Send the dates, full meeting addresses and entrances, required arrivals, expected releases, attendees per leg, bags, first pickup, final airport or destination and the contact who can approve changes.
Can a roadshow involve several cities or vehicles?
Ask Artisan to review the entire program, including separate parties and local contacts. Several cities, days or vehicles are not automatically included in one hourly request; each required arrangement needs confirmation.
Is a dedicated dispatcher or onsite coordinator included?
Not automatically. State the coordination and staffing you need before acceptance. Dedicated personnel, special confidentiality agreements and backup vehicles must be expressly confirmed in the program terms.
What happens when a meeting runs late?
Notify the concierge with the affected movement, revised release time and next fixed requirement. The approving contact decides the requested schedule change; added service or a revised price needs approval before it is provided.

What cancellation notice applies to a multi-day roadshow?
The standard full-refund window is at least seven days before the first scheduled pickup. Inside seven days, any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different terms apply only when disclosed and accepted before payment.
