City to City Car Service & Long Distance Transportation

A private car can suit a small party that wants one door-to-door journey, has luggage or equipment to keep together, or is traveling between addresses that are inconvenient for airport or station transfers. It can also connect a city stay to a residence, resort or business destination beyond the immediate metro area.

Compare the complete journey with rail, a flight, shared transport or driving yourself: access to stations, schedules, baggage and transfers at each end all matter. A chauffeur vehicle still uses the road and is subject to traffic and weather; it is not automatically the cheapest or fastest choice for every distance.

Enter the exact pickup and final destination, date, local pickup time, passengers, bags and known stops. If you must reach an appointment, flight or cruise check-in, include that requirement rather than relying only on the requested departure time.

Longer domestic sedan and SUV requests remain subject to Artisan review and operator availability. Contact the concierge if the form cannot resolve an unusual route or you need a complex itinerary. This service is not a blanket promise of cross-border travel, every destination or every return arrangement.

List scheduled stops and explain whether each is for a passenger pickup, luggage collection, appointment or a short break. A stop can change the route, timing and capacity. Include travelers or bags joining later, not only those present at the first pickup.

For nationally priced point-to-point trips, a stop listed in advance has a standard 15-minute included waiting allowance. Extra stops or materially changed routing require the additional price or calculation method and your approval before service. Let the concierge know what you need rather than treating a long-distance transfer as unlimited hourly use.

Consider the whole party and the items traveling with it. Send checked bags, carry-ons, mobility equipment, strollers and oversized cases. If a particular model, feature or child restraint matters on a longer journey, request it before accepting the trip rather than assuming it comes with every class.

Sedans and SUVs use the national rate card. Sprinters, passenger vans and coaches use an accepted written offer; Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most, depending on the configuration and bag size. Have the actual seating and storage fit confirmed for the trip.

A return transfer is another scheduled leg with its own pickup address, time and party. It does not automatically leave the same vehicle waiting throughout your stay. Give the return details even if they differ from the outward journey.

If the trip requires a vehicle between appointments, overnight service or several days, request review of the complete program. Local hourly pricing does not automatically cover an extended intercity itinerary. Confirm the operator arrangement, full price, timing and cancellation terms before relying on it.
