Chauffeured SUV prepared for a private-flight ground transfer

Artisan Limo · Chauffeur service

Private Aviation Ground Transportation

Chauffeured ground transportation for private-flight travelers and flight teams. Arrange the actual FBO, passenger party, luggage and onward itinerary with Artisan Limo before the ground transfer is confirmed.

Reserve your ride

Enter your itinerary in the form below. A reservation request or quote request is reviewed before confirmation; it does not reserve a vehicle by itself.

One national rate card

Private-flight transfer starting fares

The same national sedan and SUV rate card is the starting point. Submit the actual FBO and destination; exceptional access or a larger program needs review as part of the complete arrangement.

Sedan and SUV point-to-point starting fares
Vehicle classStarting from
Executive Sedan$135
Executive SUV — Suburban$155
Luxury SUV — Escalade$185
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$235
  • Starting fares are vehicle-class minimums, not fixed airport, port or destination fares. Review the complete price for your exact itinerary in the booking form.
  • The accepted trip price includes required trip costs. Gratuity is optional; requested extras are shown separately. Approved itinerary changes and excess waiting may add to the total.
  • 3-hour minimum for nationally priced hourly sedans and SUVs. The form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Approved extra hours use the same class rate in 30-minute blocks.
  • Sprinters, Mercedes passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches use an accepted written offer. Available online group classes request that offer through the same booking form; contact Artisan for a configuration or multi-vehicle arrangement that the form does not list.

Name the FBO, not just the airport

A private-flight passenger may use a facility with its own reception, vehicle access and meeting procedure. Enter the FBO name and physical address alongside the airport. A general airport address can send the ground vehicle to the wrong entrance even when the airport code is correct.

Ask the flight team or FBO to confirm where the party can meet the car. Aircraft-side or ramp access needs facility permission and an expressly confirmed arrangement. A private-aviation booking does not automatically authorize a chauffeur or vehicle to enter a secure area.

  1. Arrival facility

Airport, FBO name, exact address and permitted guest meeting point.

  2. Departure facility

The flight team's required arrival time and named reception or entrance.

  3. Changed facility

Report a different FBO or diverted airport before treating the old pickup plan as usable.

Connect the flight contact to the ground contact

Provide the service date, local arrival or departure time, flight or tail reference available to your team, passenger contact and the flight coordinator's details. Tell us who can report a changed flight plan and who may approve a ground itinerary or price change.

If arrival timing changes, contact Artisan with the current location and expected meeting readiness. Automatic flight tracking is not a guarantee that every private flight is visible or that a changed facility can be served immediately. The ground arrangement and revised price, where applicable, must be confirmed.

Choose a direct transfer or a retained vehicle

A point-to-point transfer suits an FBO-to-hotel, residence, office or venue journey with known addresses. Hourly service can suit several local appointments when the party needs the vehicle between them. Share the stop order and the final destination rather than adding a full meeting day to a single transfer after arrival.

For a flight department moving crew, principals and support staff at different times, identify separate parties and their vehicles. A multi-day or multi-vehicle plan needs review as a complete program. Dedicated onsite coordination, special confidentiality terms and guaranteed standby are separate requirements to confirm.

Cabin choice must match the actual luggage

Specify people, cases by size and any golf bags, skis or other equipment. A Luxury SUV offers a different cabin from a sedan, but neither the vehicle name nor a photograph promises a particular bag arrangement. Include mobility and child-restraint needs before acceptance.

A Jet Sprinter can suit a party seeking more space per traveler, while an Executive Sprinter serves a different seating arrangement. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most, depending on configuration and bag size. Have the seats, cabin features and luggage fit identified in the accepted offer; group vehicles are quoted, not assigned by a gallery image.

Confirm the ground plan separately from the flight

Artisan arranges ground transportation through independent local operators; it does not book or operate the aircraft. Review the agreed facility, vehicle, timing, complete fare and waiting terms before accepting the ground reservation.

No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard confirmed bookings use the 48-hour refund window; multi-day roadshows, groups and other large programs use seven days. A flight schedule change is not automatic approval of a ground cancellation, extra service or a different vehicle—contact the concierge for the applicable arrangement.

Private aviation ground transportation questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
What is private aviation ground transportation?

It is the chauffeured ground journey connected to a private flight, between the named FBO or aviation facility and your destination. It requires the facility's meeting procedure and current flight-team contact as well as the normal traveler, luggage and route details.

Will the chauffeur meet us next to the aircraft?

Only when the facility permits it and that arrangement is expressly confirmed for the trip. Ramp or aircraft-side access is not included by default. Agree the actual reception, curb or permitted meeting point with the FBO and ground provider.

Do you arrange the aircraft charter too?

No. This service arranges ground transportation. Your aircraft operator or flight team retains responsibility for the flight and its aviation requirements.

Can the flight department book for the passengers?

Yes. Provide the traveling party, a reachable passenger or lead contact, the flight coordinator and the person authorized to approve ground changes. Share the confirmed meeting instructions with both the travelers and relevant flight team.

What happens if the airport or FBO changes?

Tell Artisan as soon as the change is known, with the new facility and timing. Availability, access, route and any revised price need review. A change request does not itself confirm a new ground arrangement.

Can a Jet Sprinter take all our cases?

A Jet Sprinter carries only four to six bags at most, depending on the cabin layout and bag size. Provide the actual passenger and luggage list; confirm fit and any required alternative vehicle before accepting the offer.
