FLL Airport Car Service pricing by vehicle class

Enter the actual airport or named FBO and complete onward address. These class minimums are starting fares, not fixed airport-to-hotel, city or port fares. Review the actual trip and selected options before acceptance.

Point-to-point starting fares
Vehicle classStarting from
Executive Sedan$135
Executive SUV — Suburban$155
Luxury SUV — Escalade$185
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$235

Optional meet & greet is $25 for an eligible airport arrival when selected in the booking form. Confirm the terminal or FBO meeting arrangement before acceptance.

  • Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
  • Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.

Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.

Service-specific meeting

FLL chauffeur pickup and ride-sharing locations

FLL’s official limousine, sedan and van guidance places pickup in designated lower-level arrivals curbside areas, using transportation signs. The airport lists ride-sharing separately, with different directions for some terminals. A ride-app pickup map is not a universal chauffeur meeting map.

Follow the confirmed directions for your booked vehicle and arrival terminal. Keep your phone reachable after collecting bags, and check current airport signs if the approach changes. Ask at the airport’s ground transportation booth if you need help finding the area; contact the concierge before walking to an uncertain meeting point.

The full destination

FLL to Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood or Miami

Use the full hotel, residence or office address for a Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood transfer, including the entrance or valet when there are several. A beach destination can require a different final address from a Downtown Fort Lauderdale meeting. List additional stops before reserving.

For an onward Miami stay, specify Miami Beach, Brickell or the actual hotel address rather than simply ‘Miami.’ For business visits across Broward and Miami-Dade, hourly service lets the itinerary include successive appointments within the agreed booking window.

Know your port

FLL to Port Everglades or PortMiami

Port Everglades is Fort Lauderdale’s cruise port; PortMiami is a separate destination in Miami. Share the port, cruise line, ship, sailing date and assigned check-in time. Include the terminal when the cruise line has assigned it and any hotel or luggage stop.

Allow for baggage claim, international arrival formalities where applicable, the road journey and port entry. A nearby airport does not remove the cruise check-in deadline or security process. Book the return using the ship’s disembarkation plan and confirm the meeting after your party and luggage are ready.

People and luggage

Sedans, SUVs and group arrivals at FLL

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Include every carry-on, checked bag, stroller and bulky item. A cruise party’s luggage can call for a different vehicle from the same party traveling light.

Sprinters, coaches and other group classes are quoted through the main booking flow. Submit the whole group, luggage list and any separate arriving flights so vehicle configuration and timing can be reviewed. Do not assume everyone from different flights will be ready at the same time.

Before arrival

Child-seat and boarding requirements

Request up to two child seats in an SUV, subject to availability, with each child’s age, weight, height and requested configuration. If you are bringing your own restraint, select that option and allow installation time. The guardian remains responsible for the final fit and securement.

Share mobility equipment dimensions and boarding requirements before you reserve. Airline wheelchair assistance and ground-vehicle access are different arrangements; confirm the ground meeting and actual vehicle suitability rather than assuming the class name resolves those needs.

Timing both journeys

FLL flight changes, waiting and departure pickups

Provide the airline, flight number and local arrival date. Standard sedan and SUV airport transfers include 60 minutes domestic and 90 minutes international from actual wheels-down. Taxiing, deplaning, baggage and customs consume that time. Group vehicles follow their accepted written offer. Contact the concierge for a baggage delay, changed terminal or replacement flight.

For travel back to FLL, enter the time the car should reach your hotel, home or office. Allow for the airline’s check-in requirements and the road journey. A scheduled sedan or SUV point-to-point pickup includes 15 minutes from the scheduled time; group vehicles follow their accepted written offer. Waiting during hourly service uses the booked hours.

Review before reserving

The agreed FLL fare and confirmed reservation

Required normal trip fees are included in the accepted fare for the agreed itinerary and vehicle; gratuity is optional. Added stops, a changed route and excess waiting may cost extra. Confirm the complete trip, not only the airport-to-city label.

An eligible booking request saves the card without charging and remains unconfirmed. Approval of the exact accepted request and successful payment produce confirmation; a revised offer needs acceptance first. Accepted direct-checkout, invoice and deposit arrangements have their own payment terms.

No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard confirmed transfers have a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice; inside that window any refund is discretionary. Group and event programs use seven days before the first pickup, unless different terms were disclosed and accepted before payment.

FLL Airport car service questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Is a chauffeur pickup in the FLL rideshare area?

FLL separately lists limousine/sedan/van curbside pickup and ride-sharing instructions. Use the meeting directions for your booked service and terminal, along with current signs; do not substitute a ride-app map for the chauffeur instructions.

Can I transfer from FLL to either cruise port?

Specify Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale or PortMiami in Miami, plus the ship, line, sailing date and assigned check-in time. They are different destinations. Allow for airport formalities, the transfer and port entry.

Can I book FLL to Miami Beach?

Enter the full Miami Beach hotel or residence address and intended entrance. Include stops and luggage before accepting the itinerary. A general ‘Miami’ destination is less precise than the actual endpoint.

What if I cannot find my booked car at FLL?

Call Artisan Limo at (888) 885-1296 with your booking reference, arrival terminal and ready location. Keep your phone reachable and use the confirmed chauffeur meeting instructions; a ride-app pickup map may lead to a different area. Written trip updates go to bookings@artisanlimo.com.

What happens if my group arrives on different flights?

Provide each flight and tell us whether you need a shared departure or separate cars. Passenger-ready times may differ, so the waiting and meeting plan needs review. Larger groups request a vehicle quote in the main booking flow.

How much waiting is included at FLL?

Standard sedan and SUV airport transfers include 60 minutes domestic or 90 minutes international from actual wheels-down, including baggage and customs time. Group vehicles follow the allowance and excess-wait terms in their accepted written offer.

Can I request two child seats?

Yes, request up to two seats in an SUV, subject to availability, with each child’s age, weight, height and configuration. If you bring your own restraint, select that option. The guardian checks final securement.

Should I enter my flight time as the return pickup time?

For a hotel or home departure, enter the time you want the car at that address. Work back from airline check-in and bag-drop requirements, allowing for traffic and terminal access. The flight departure time is not the car pickup time.

Are airport fees and gratuity included?

The accepted total includes required normal trip fees for the agreed route and vehicle. Gratuity is optional; extras, itinerary changes and excess waiting follow the accepted terms.

Can I cancel a confirmed FLL transfer?

Standard confirmed transfers qualify for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice before pickup; inside that window any refund is discretionary. Group programs use seven days. Different terms apply only if disclosed and accepted before payment, and no cancellation fee applies before confirmation.
