Chicago Airport Car Service

At O'Hare, the airport allows prearranged cars to meet passengers only in designated areas of the lower-level center lane, called lane 2, outside baggage claim. That is the same at Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 5. Ride apps are different: standard Uber and Lyft pickups are on the upper level at Terminals 2 and 3, and Terminal 5 passengers ride the airport train to Terminal 2 to meet them. With Artisan you stay on the lower level of your own terminal.

Call the concierge when you have your bags and we give you the car's description, plate and the door to walk out to. O'Hare says a prearranged car can take 5 to 20 minutes to reach the pickup area, depending on airport traffic, so we time your chauffeur to your bags, not just your landing. At Midway, the airport puts limousines and suburban taxis in the lower-level center lane at Doors 1 and 2. Ride apps use colored zones at Doors 2 to 4 and city taxis use Door 2. Call the concierge after baggage claim and we tell you which door your car is at. Midway says a prearranged car can take 3 to 10 minutes to reach the curb. Give us the airline and flight number when you book. We track airline flights in real time, so if you land early or late, your chauffeur's timing moves with you. Domestic arrivals in a sedan or SUV include 60 minutes of waiting and international arrivals 90 minutes, counted from wheels-down. For Sprinters, vans and coaches, waiting is set in the written quote.
