Business travel · National rate card

Corporate Transportation Chicago pricing

Chicago uses Artisan's approved national sedan and SUV rate card. Starting fares are class minimums, not flat airport, hotel or venue fares. Review your actual itinerary, options and required trip price before acceptance.

Point-to-point starting fares
Vehicle classStarting from
Executive Sedan$135
Executive SUV — Suburban$155
Luxury SUV — Escalade$185
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$235
  • Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
  • Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV hourly rates — exact totals
Vehicle classPer hour3 hours
Executive Sedan$120$360
Executive SUV — Suburban$144$432
Luxury SUV — Escalade$165$495
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$200$600
  • 3-hour minimum for hourly travel. Submit the meeting addresses and final destination so the itinerary and complete price can be reviewed. Account billing terms require separate approval.

Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.

Choose the arrangement for this business journey

Use a direct transfer for an agreed airport-to-hotel, hotel-to-office or client journey. Include stops and a later return explicitly. Reserve hourly if the vehicle should remain between meetings. A group arrival or conference movement needs the passenger list, full luggage, preferred cabin and schedule in a group-vehicle request.

A one-off business ride does not require a corporate account inquiry first. Begin the trip in the booking form, review the itinerary and follow its approval steps. Use the account inquiry when the company needs recurring travel, billing arrangements or an agreed approval process.

Arranger and traveler

Keep the person booking and the person traveling connected

When arranging for someone else, provide the traveler's name and reachable phone as well as the booking contact. Include the office or hotel address, permitted entrance, meeting deadline and the person who can approve changes. Add the company or trip reference needed for your own records.

Travelers arriving on different flights need separate readiness and vehicle plans. Identify who travels together, whether a colleague joins later and who should receive a schedule update. A single booking does not automatically cover every flight, employee or subsequent journey.

  1. Arranger and approval

The coordinating contact, booking reference and person authorized to accept changes.

  2. Traveler and flight group

Each traveler name, reachable travel-day phone, actual flight and who travels together.

  3. Meeting entrance

Exact office or venue address, permitted passenger entrance and required arrival.

  4. Cabin requirements

Passengers, complete bags, boarding needs and any essential equipment to confirm.

  5. Return and records

Final pickup and dropoff, any hotel luggage stop and the company trip or cost reference.

Airports and FBOs

Match the office schedule to the actual arriving flight

Enter ORD or MDW as shown on the airline itinerary, with the flight number, local arrival date and onward address. Landing is not passenger-ready time; baggage or international arrival formalities can affect when the traveler meets the vehicle. Send a changed flight or airport promptly.

For Chicago Executive or DuPage private flights, provide the actual FBO name, passenger entrance, tail or flight details and flight-team contact. Confirm the ground meeting with the handler; a private-flight reservation does not itself grant ramp access. Use the airport-specific page for the handoff rather than a general Chicago address.

Meetings and groups

An office appointment and a convention arrival need different detail

List the actual Loop, West Loop, Fulton Market or suburban office address and the host's loading entrance. For several appointments, give the stop order and required arrival at each. Waiting between agreed stops uses booked hourly time; a direct morning ride does not retain the vehicle through the working day.

At McCormick Place, specify the event and campus building as well as the organizer's passenger loading instructions. The venue has several building entrances and vehicle-specific transportation gates. A generic campus pin or rideshare tip does not establish the correct chauffeur pickup for a delegate group.

Corporate accounts

Bring the billing and approval requirements to the inquiry

Describe the company, expected travel pattern, markets, arranging team and any purchase-order or cost-reference requirements. Tell us whether the company needs travelers to request individually or one arranger to coordinate the program. Billing and approval terms must be agreed before being relied upon.

Submitting the account form is an inquiry. It does not activate credit, establish discounts, reserve vehicles or confirm an integration with a travel platform. If you need a particular chauffeur across days, a confidentiality arrangement or specific reporting, state that requirement for review rather than assuming it is included.

Choose Executive Sedan, Suburban-class Executive SUV, Escalade-class Luxury SUV or Luxury Sedan using both passengers and bags. Child-seat requests require an SUV; provide each child's age, weight and height and confirm the seats and fit. Group cabins receive a written offer through the same booking form. Required normal trip fees are included in the accepted price, gratuity is optional, and extra stops or excess waiting can cost more.

An eligible booking request saves the card without charging and remains unconfirmed until approval and successful payment of the accepted total. A revised offer needs acceptance. Account approval is separate from trip approval; invoice, deposit and direct-checkout arrangements follow their stated payment terms. Review cancellation and change conditions for each accepted journey or program.

Chicago corporate transportation questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Do I need a corporate account for one business ride?

No. Start the one-off journey in the booking form and include the traveler, flight or meeting schedule, exact addresses, passengers and luggage. A corporate-account inquiry is for recurring travel and terms that need agreement.

Can an assistant book for a colleague?

Provide the traveler name and reachable phone separately from the booking contact. Include the actual meeting entrance, arrival deadline and who can approve itinerary changes. Identify which passengers travel together and any separate arrivals.

Can one request cover colleagues on different flights?

Describe every arrival and who travels together. Different flights can need different pickup times and vehicles; the plan must be explicitly reviewed. One flight number or vehicle request does not automatically cover all employees.

Can the vehicle stay through a day of meetings?

Choose hourly and provide the full stop order, required arrival times, expected waiting and final dropoff. Sedan and SUV hourly service has a three-hour minimum. A one-way office transfer does not reserve a vehicle for the rest of the day.

Can we arrange McCormick Place delegate travel?

Provide the event building, hotel departures, passenger groups and organizer's permitted loading instructions. McCormick Place has multiple entrances and transportation gates, so the general campus address is not enough for every group meeting.

Does submitting the corporate inquiry establish billing credit?

No. It starts a review of recurring travel, billing and approval requirements. Credit, discounts, reporting or platform integration require separate agreement. The inquiry does not confirm any particular vehicle or ride.

Are specific chauffeurs or confidentiality arrangements guaranteed?

Tell Artisan about those requirements before accepting the program. Chauffeur continuity, a particular vehicle, reporting or a confidentiality arrangement needs explicit review and agreement; it is not established by the general account inquiry.

Can we arrange a colleague's trip at short notice?

Contact Artisan with the traveler and arranger contacts, actual pickup, local time and destination or meeting deadline. Vehicle availability and trip approval need review. An existing corporate inquiry does not confirm an urgent journey.

When is a business booking confirmed?

An eligible request is unconfirmed and saves the card without charging. Confirmation follows approval and successful payment of the accepted total. Revised offers require acceptance. Account approval does not replace these trip steps, and accepted invoice or deposit terms may differ. If an expected confirmation or accepted-change message is missing, the arranger should contact Artisan with the request reference and rely on the accepted confirmed itinerary.
