  • Request the available group class in the main booking form. Describe a Limo Sprinter, a regular Mercedes van or a specific cabin in the request, and contact Artisan if the selector does not offer the configuration you need.
  • Do not infer a Sprinter fare, hourly minimum or extension price from the sedan and SUV tables. Review the actual group-vehicle offer, required trip costs and cancellation terms before acceptance; gratuity is optional.
  • A request is not a reservation. The available vehicle, seating, luggage space and operational arrangement must be confirmed in the accepted offer.

Three Sprinter configurations, three different cabins

Compare the Executive, Jet and Limo cabin layouts. Your written offer confirms the actual vehicle, seats, luggage space and any essential features for your trip.

Chauffeured service

Your group travels with a chauffeur

This is a chauffeured passenger service, not a keys-only van hire. Share where the group starts, where it finishes and whether the vehicle should remain between stops. The arrangement is a defined journey or retained program; it does not provide an unrestricted self-drive rental period.

A transfer can suit a group moving together from an airport to a hotel. Retained service can suit meetings, photographs or several stops. Repeated hotel and venue departures need their own schedule and vehicle arrangement. The accepted written offer confirms the cabin, capacity, timing and trip terms.

Cabin options

Choose a configuration before relying on the seat count

The ranges below are planning information supplied by Artisan, not a promise that every configuration is available for your date. The actual vehicle and legal passenger count must be confirmed. Seat layouts, luggage and requested equipment can change which cabin suits the trip.

Tell us why the group prefers a particular cabin and which amenities are essential. A Jet, Limo or Executive label does not establish Wi-Fi, screens, a specific seat type, accessible boarding equipment or another feature unless the offer confirms it.

  1. Seat layout

Confirm the actual configuration and legal passenger count, including everyone in the group.

  2. Storage

Review all suitcases, carry-ons, garment bags, strollers and unusual equipment together.

  3. Essential cabin features

State which seat arrangement, amenities or boarding equipment the trip requires and confirm them in the offer.

Passengers and bags

Count what travels with the group

Give the full passenger count and list suitcases, carry-ons, strollers, garment bags and unusual equipment. An airport group can have different storage needs from a dinner group with the same number of travelers. Maximum planning seats do not also guarantee capacity for everyone's luggage. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most, depending on configuration and bag sizes; the actual vehicle and storage fit must be confirmed.

Describe step assistance, mobility devices or required boarding equipment before a cabin is selected. A passenger range does not establish ramp or lift availability. If children need restraints, provide ages, weights and heights; the published child-seat policy requires an SUV, so do not assume the same arrangement fits a Sprinter or Mercedes van.

Airport groups

Keep the flight group and ground pickup together

For O'Hare or Midway, provide the flight number, actual local arrival date, passenger phones and bags. Decide whether everyone shares one flight and one destination. Travelers arriving at different times may need separate pickups or a specifically reviewed meeting plan rather than one vehicle waiting for every arrival.

Private-flight travel needs the actual airport, FBO and flight-team contact. For any airport finish, include the flight schedule, check-in requirement and hotel luggage stops. Send delayed, diverted or changed flights promptly so the vehicle and pickup can be reviewed.

Meetings and celebrations

Match the cabin to how the day actually works

For a convention, list hotel groups, the event building, permitted passenger loading and each return wave. For a company itinerary, provide meeting addresses, arrival deadlines and the person who can approve changes. For a wedding, distinguish the couple, wedding party and guest departures, including photograph stops and the final finish.

Tell us where the vehicle is retained and where it can finish after a transfer. Waiting within retained service uses the agreed duration. A written group offer sets its own accepted time and extension terms; the public sedan and SUV hourly amounts do not automatically price a group cabin.

Written offer

Use one booking form for the group request

Start in the booking form on this page or the main booking page. Select the group option and include the preferred configuration, passengers, bags, addresses, dates, local times and complete stops. Sprinters and other group vehicles receive a written offer through this same flow.

Review the actual vehicle, legal seats, luggage and equipment fit, journey or retained hours, included options and payment terms. Required normal trip fees are included in the accepted itinerary price and gratuity is optional. Added stops, extra time, excess waiting or a changed cabin can affect availability and cost and need review.

  1. Group and cabin

Passengers, complete bags, preferred configuration and every essential equipment requirement.

  2. Full itinerary

Exact addresses and entrances, dates, local times, stops, departures and return movements.

  3. Accepted offer

Actual vehicle and fit, retained duration, price, change contact and payment terms.

Confirmation and changes

The request is the beginning of review

Submitting a request does not reserve a vehicle or confirm the trip. Confirmation follows the accepted offer and successful payment under its terms. Send changes to passenger count, bags, time, stops or required equipment before relying on a revised plan.

Standard confirmed journeys have a 48-hour full-refund notice window. Weddings, multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings require seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window any refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different terms must be disclosed in writing and accepted before payment; the vehicle name alone does not decide which booking terms apply.

Chauffeured Sprinter van questions for Chicago

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Is this a self-drive Sprinter van rental?

No. Artisan provides a chauffeur with the group vehicle. The offer covers a defined journey or retained program, not keys-only hire or unrestricted self-drive use.

Which Sprinter configurations can I request?

Request Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinter, or a regular Mercedes passenger van. Planning ranges are about 13 for Executive, 8–10 for Jet, 8–17 for Limo and up to 13 for the Mercedes van. The actual vehicle, legal seat count and availability must be confirmed.

Can the maximum number of passengers also bring full-size suitcases?

Do not assume that. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most, depending on configuration and bag sizes. List all passengers, suitcases, carry-ons, strollers and unusual equipment so the actual vehicle can be confirmed to fit both people and luggage.

Are specific Jet or Limo cabin amenities guaranteed?

Name any essential amenities when requesting the trip. A configuration label alone does not establish screens, Wi-Fi, a particular seat type or other equipment. Only rely on features confirmed in the written offer.

Can a Sprinter collect travelers on different flights?

Share every flight, local arrival date, traveler group and phone, plus the planned destinations. Different arrival times may need different pickups or an expressly reviewed meeting plan; one flight number does not cover the full party.

Can the vehicle stay for meetings, a wedding or event?

Request retained service with all stops, expected waiting and final finish. A group offer states its duration and extensions. A transfer does not automatically retain the chauffeur, and a sedan or SUV hourly amount is not the group's accepted price.

Can children or travelers needing boarding equipment use a group cabin?

Provide child ages, weights and heights and any mobility device or boarding-equipment requirements for review. Child-seat requests require an SUV under the published policy; do not assume a group cabin has suitable restraints, a ramp or a lift.

Where do I request a Sprinter price?

Use the booking form on this page or the main booking page. Include the preferred cabin, passengers, complete bags, dates, local times, addresses and all stops. Group vehicles receive a written offer through that same booking flow.

Can I request a Sprinter at short notice?

Contact Artisan with the local pickup time, actual addresses, group count, complete bags, cabin preference and return plan. The actual vehicle and capacity need review. A request or discussion does not reserve a van; rely on the accepted confirmation.

When is the group trip confirmed, and can it be cancelled?

A submitted request is not confirmed. Confirmation follows the accepted offer and its payment terms. Standard confirmed trips use a 48-hour full-refund notice window; weddings and group or large event programs use seven days before first pickup. Refunds inside the applicable window are discretionary, with written accepted exceptions where applicable. If an expected confirmation or accepted-change message is missing, contact Artisan with the existing request reference before relying on the changed plan.
