How we picked

Six criteria: price before request, fare inclusions, airport waiting, vehicles and capacity, meeting and booking options, public reviews. Company sites and ratings were checked Nov 5, 2026. Starting fares, route prices and app averages are labeled separately.

We’re Artisan Limo, a chauffeured car service in Dallas-Fort Worth, and we wrote this guide. We put ourselves first and say so. Every fact about another company comes from its own website or its public Google and Yelp profiles, checked Nov 5, 2026. Prices and policies change, so check with each company before you book.

Artisan Limo: best for a full price before you book and stated airport waiting (this is us)

Artisan Limo provides chauffeured rides across Dallas-Fort Worth in sedans and SUVs, plus Sprinters and coaches by written quote. Rides start at $135 for an Executive Sedan, $155 for an Executive SUV, $185 for a Luxury SUV and $235 for a Luxury Sedan. These are minimums; your trip price is shown before booking, required trip charges are included, and gratuity is optional on its own line. Sedan and SUV airline-arrival waiting starts at wheels-down: 60 minutes domestic and 90 minutes international. Add an optional $25 inside meet-and-greet. SUV child seats are $25 each, up to two per vehicle, requested in advance with age, weight and height, subject to availability. Request online or call (888) 850-5060, answered 24/7. See our DFW airport car service.

Best for: A full sedan or SUV price before requesting the ride, with domestic and international waiting stated separately.

Worth knowing: Hourly service starts at three hours; approved extensions use 30-minute steps at the same rate.

AJL International: best for corporate and group travel with airport coordination

AJL International serves DFW and Dallas Love Field, with sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, minibuses and motorcoaches. Its 2026 rate sheet lists an airport or one-way sedan transfer total of $145.00 and an SUV transfer total of $185.00, but it does not give a route-specific fare or say whether tolls, gratuity or other fees are included. AJL states 20 minutes of complimentary domestic airport waiting and 45 minutes for international arrivals. Sedan and SUV airport pickups meet inside baggage claim with a name sign and luggage assistance; larger vehicles meet curbside. A separate terminal greeter is listed at $75 per flight. Child seats cost $25 per seat. Booking is available by phone, email, the AJL or iGroup app, and the Dallas airport pages show an instant-quote option. Its website is ajlinternational.com.

Best for: A company or group that wants a broad vehicle range and an airport meeting plan.

Worth knowing: The transfer sheet gives vehicle totals rather than DFW-to-address fares, and it does not state the fare inclusions.

Prime Limo & Car Service: best for a broad fleet and a published DFW fare lookup

Prime Limo & Car Service lists sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, stretch limousines, party buses, minibuses and coaches for Dallas-Fort Worth. Its DFW table lists $93.60 for a Luxury Sedan from DFW to Addison, ZIP code 75001. The same table says its rate includes tax, tolls, fuel and gratuity, while a separate terms page describes a customary 20% service fee including gratuity, so ask how that fee applies to the specific table fare. The company says airport arrivals receive 30 minutes of grace after landing, followed by a per-minute wait fee. It offers meet-and-greet service but does not publish a separate fee on the reviewed pages. Child seats are $15 each, and the passenger must install them. Book online or by phone or email at primelimo.com.

Best for: Travelers comparing a published DFW route table or arranging a vehicle for a larger party.

Worth knowing: Multiple stops may trigger a $25 minimum and a 3-hour hourly minimum.

Premier Transportation: best for corporate events and large groups

Premier Transportation serves Dallas-Fort Worth airports and lists sedans, SUVs, limousines, Sprinters, minibuses and motorcoaches, with wheelchair-accessible vehicles available on request. The posted sedan rate is $110.25 per hour with a 2-hour minimum; airport service is priced by ZIP code, and the site asks travelers to call or email for an exact date-specific quote. Its airport page describes a baggage-claim meeting with iPad signage and luggage assistance. It says chauffeurs arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup, but the reviewed page does not state a passenger grace period or a waiting-fee schedule. Use the online quote form, phone or email. The website is premierofdallas.com.

Best for: A business event or group needing minibuses or motorcoaches.

Worth knowing: The reviewed rates page does not give a DFW-to-address example fare or an inclusions breakdown.

All Stars Limo: best for published DFW airport and hourly rates

All Stars Limo lists sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, Sprinters and buses for Dallas-Fort Worth. Its rate page lists a one-way DFW to/from Dallas Metroplex Area Sedan fare of $84.99. It also states that a 25% admin fee applies and that tolls and parking are excluded; special-event, holiday, prom and peak rates or minimums may vary. Hourly service has a 4-hour minimum. The reviewed pages do not publish airport waiting, meet-and-greet or child-seat terms, so ask the company for those details with the quote. Reservations are available through the online form, phone or email, with support stated as 24/7. Its website is allstarslimo.net.

Best for: A traveler who wants to start with a posted DFW-area transfer fare or hourly schedule.

Worth knowing: Add the posted admin fee and ask about the trip’s toll and parking treatment when comparing the total.

DFW LIMO FOR YOU: best for an advertised flat-rate ride and a broad listed fleet

DFW LIMO FOR YOU advertises airport, private-car, town-car and corporate transportation in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Its reviewed site lists sedans, SUVs and vans, as well as stretch limousines, party buses and limo buses. It describes its pricing as flat rate and offers a quote or reservation form, but the reviewed pages do not show a price amount or route table. The pages also do not state an airport grace period, flight-tracking policy, meet-and-greet service or child-seat terms. The company says service is available 24/7. You can request information through its website, call or use the quote form at dfwlimoforyou.com.

Best for: Someone looking for a stated flat-rate approach and a choice of car, van or event vehicle.

Worth knowing: Ask for the written DFW-to-destination fare and airport waiting details because the reviewed pages do not list them.

Blacklane GmbH: best for app-first trips across cities with airport meet-and-greet

Blacklane offers Business Class and First Class sedans and Business Van/SUV rides in Dallas, including DFW and Love Field transfers. It shows a route and date-specific quote on its website or app, with the fare affected by pickup time, availability and demand. Blacklane says its standard taxes, tolls, tips and fees are included, and an additional tip is optional. For airport pickups, it offers up to 60 complimentary minutes and says the chauffeur meets passengers after baggage claim with a personalized sign; the meeting point follows the trip instructions. Pre-booked rides can request a child seat at no extra charge, subject to capacity and availability. Add the flight number for arrival tracking. The website is blacklane.com.

Best for: Travelers who value app booking across multiple cities and an inside airport meeting.

Worth knowing: Blacklane does not publish fixed DFW route prices on its Dallas page; request a quote for your date and vehicle.

Uber Technologies, Inc. (Uber Black / Uber Black SUV): best for an on-demand or scheduled app ride

Uber Black is a luxury sedan ride for up to four passengers; Uber Black SUV seats up to six. Uber’s DFW-to-Fort Worth route page lists past-month average prices of $106 for Black and $162 for Black SUV. These are historical averages, not fixed fares, and the app shows the trip’s current offer. Reserve lets riders schedule an airport pickup and includes 60 minutes of waiting for Black airport reservations. Uber’s airport policy page gives a five-minute airport meet period for Black, while the Black FAQ lists a two-minute grace period before wait fees, so the official pages differ on on-demand waiting. Request on demand or schedule in the Uber app or at uber.com.

Best for: A passenger who wants to compare an app’s live offer or schedule an app ride.

Worth knowing: No Black-specific child-seat provision or price is published; riders provide and fit any legally required seat.

Provide the Terminal D flight and say whether it is domestic or international. Sedan and SUV waiting is 60 minutes domestic or 90 minutes international from wheels-down. Terminal Link’s D stop is on the lower level; follow the separate car meeting details after baggage claim.

Terminal E car service

Share the Terminal E flight and passenger contact, collect your bags, then follow the prearranged car’s meeting instructions. Skylink connects all five terminals inside security; Terminal Link serves transfers outside security.

How does Uber Black pricing compare with a DFW car quote?

Uber lists past-month DFW-to-Fort Worth average prices of $106 for Black and $162 for Black SUV. These are averages, not fixed fares; the live app offer can change with the trip and demand. Compare the same destination and party size.

Compare a Reserve offer with the live app price rather than assuming a scheduled ride costs less. See our DFW airport rideshare pickup guide.

How do you choose the right DFW airport car service?

Compare the exact route price, what’s included, airport wait, passenger and bag capacity, meeting point, child-seat terms and a contact for flight changes. Ask whether a published price is a starting fare, route fare or app average, and whether extra time or stops add charges.

For DFW, share the airline, flight number, A-to-E terminal, destination, passenger contact and luggage count. For DAL, follow the airport’s private-car meeting instructions. For rail, compare the station and final destination connection as well as the fare.

How do you book an Artisan DFW car service?

Enter the airport, terminal, destination, pickup time, flight, passengers and bags. Choose a sedan or SUV to see its price; send group details for a written Sprinter or coach quote.

A ride request saves your card without charging it. We accept, revise or decline the trip and charge only after acceptance. Request online 24/7 or call (888) 850-5060, answered 24/7. If you book for someone else, share the meeting details with the passenger.
