Chauffeured Sprinter and Mercedes van pricing
Request the actual chauffeured cabin in the main booking form. The written offer confirms seats, luggage, itinerary and the complete required price before acceptance.
| Service | Pricing arrangement | Details to provide |
|---|---|---|
| Point-to-point transfer | Written trip quote | Full addresses, date and time, passengers, bags and any flight details. |
| Hourly Sprinter service | Written time-window quote | Start, finish, service area, planned stops and desired cabin configuration. |
| Several vehicles or departure waves | Reviewed group program | Each traveler group, pickup time, destination and luggage requirement. |
| A specific interior or passenger van | Confirmed vehicle proposal | Executive, Jet, Limo or regular Mercedes van preference; actual seats and luggage fit. |
- Request the available group class in the main booking form. Describe a Limo Sprinter, a regular Mercedes van or a specific cabin in the request, and contact Artisan if the selector does not offer the configuration you need.
- Do not infer a Sprinter fare, hourly minimum or extension price from the sedan and SUV tables. Review the actual group-vehicle offer, required trip costs and cancellation terms before acceptance; gratuity is optional.
- A request is not a reservation. The available vehicle, seating, luggage space and operational arrangement must be confirmed in the accepted offer.

Three Sprinter configurations, three different cabins
Compare the Executive, Jet and Limo cabin layouts. Your written offer confirms the actual vehicle, seats, luggage space and any essential features for your trip.
Choose the cabin
Different Sprinter layouts serve different groups
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations
Artisan arranges chauffeured van transportation, rather than self-drive rental or a vehicle sale. Tell us whether the priority is moving a team together, a specialty cabin for a smaller party or an event-style group arrangement. The Executive, Jet and Limo names describe configurations; the offered vehicle's actual seats and equipment need confirmation.
Executive Sprinter is planned around 13 passengers. Jet Sprinter is about eight to ten, Limo about eight to seventeen depending on layout, and a regular Mercedes passenger van up to about 13. These are planning ranges, not permission to fill an unconfirmed cabin to its largest possible count. Review the approved layout with the full luggage load.
| Configuration | Passenger planning | Cabin and luggage decision |
|---|---|---|
| Executive Sprinter | About 13 passengers | Conventional group travel; actual luggage load reviewed |
| Jet Sprinter | About 8–10 passengers | Specialty cabin; only 4–6 bags at most, layout dependent |
| Limo Sprinter | About 8–17, vehicle dependent | Event-style layout; only 4–6 bags at most, layout dependent |
| Mercedes passenger van | Up to about 13, vehicle dependent | Regular passenger seating; exact seats and storage confirmed |
Luggage fit
Seats and airport luggage must fit at the same time
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations · Artisan Limo: child seats and guardian responsibilities
Count checked cases, carry-ons, garment bags, strollers, sports cases and equipment for every movement. Give dimensions for unusually large items. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most, depending on the actual cabin and bag sizes; enough seats do not establish enough storage.
Eight travelers each bringing one checked suitcase already exceed a six-bag planning ceiling, before any carry-ons are added. Request an Executive or suitable passenger configuration, a larger vehicle, or a separately confirmed luggage arrangement. Keep aisles and exits clear rather than treating spare seats as approved cargo space.
Mini Coach and Motorcoach options can be reviewed when a van will not accommodate the party. Specify mobility equipment, boarding assistance and child restraints before acceptance. A class name does not promise a lift, restroom, Wi-Fi, screens or any particular interior equipment.
DFW and Love Field
Give the airport group a confirmed loading plan
Planning sources: DFW Airport: separate limousine and ground-transportation categories · Dallas Love Field: pickup-location change effective January 3, 2025 · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
For DFW, list each operating flight, local arrival date, traveler count and actual terminal. Collect bags and coordinate the booked vehicle's meeting before the group leaves the terminal. DFW separates limousine, taxi, shared-ride and other categories; the taxi tab's directions are not the rule for every chauffeured van.
At Love Field, the current limousine pickup is Garage C Level One while app rideshares use the valet pavilion. A group's actual van category and allowed loading point must be confirmed; a Sprinter label does not automatically make airport charter-bus or ride-app instructions applicable.
If the party arrives on different flights, decide whether everyone should wait for a combined departure or have separate movements. Include flight-team and named FBO details for Addison, Meacham or another private flight. A landing time does not establish that all passengers, bags and clearance are ready.
Business and events
Build the movements around the Dallas–Fort Worth program
Planning sources: Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas: access and construction · City of Fort Worth: current Convention Center expansion · AT&T Stadium: passenger zones and event parking
For a company visit, give office or hotel entrances, the stop sequence, appointment windows and release time. A single team transfer and a van retained through Dallas, Las Colinas and Plano meetings are different arrangements. List who travels and what they carry on each leg.
For a convention, obtain the current hall entrance, permitted van loading, staging and any clearance limits from the organizer. The Dallas and Fort Worth convention centers have construction and access planning to consider. An exhibitor loading dock or a parking map is not automatically a passenger handoff.
For a wedding or Arlington event, include hotel departures, ceremony or venue arrival, photo stops, return waves and the final vehicle release. AT&T Stadium publishes category-specific loading and parking requirements. Confirm the event's actual plan and any required pass rather than assuming the van can wait at the drop-off throughout.
Request and offer
Use the main booking form for the group vehicle
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation · Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations
Enter the full route, local dates, people and bags, choose the group-vehicle preference and describe the configuration and essentials you need. Contact Artisan if a particular layout or multi-vehicle program is not listed. This is the same booking flow used for other transport; no separate quote page is needed.
The initial request does not charge a card, hold a vehicle or confirm a reservation. Review the written offer's actual cabin, approved capacity, luggage, itinerary, complete required price, service window, waiting, payment and cancellation terms. Confirmation follows the accepted arrangement and its required approval and payment.
An attractive cabin photograph is not a guarantee of identical equipment in every offered vehicle. Ask for the actual layout when seat orientation, individual seats, entrance steps or a cabin feature affects the decision. The accepted offer should reflect the configuration that will serve the party.
Changes and cancellation
Update the group plan before the vehicle no longer fits
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes · Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service · Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation
Send changed travelers, bags, stops or times to bookings@artisanlimo.com promptly. A larger load can require a different cabin, an extra vehicle or revised terms. Any additional service and its price or calculation method should be approved before it is provided.
Group, large and event bookings use a full-refund window of at least seven days before the first pickup, unless different terms were disclosed and accepted in writing before payment. Inside the applicable window a refund can be partial or zero. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation.
Waiting, standby and extensions follow the accepted group offer. A one-way trip ends at the destination unless a later pickup or retained service is explicitly included. Have the person authorized to approve changes reachable for the event or working day.

Dallas Sprinter van questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeDoes Dallas Sprinter van rental include a chauffeur?
Yes. Artisan arranges chauffeured group transportation for the accepted itinerary. Self-drive van rental, vehicle sales and camper rentals are outside this service.
How many travelers can the different Dallas vans carry?
Executive Sprinter is planned around 13; Jet about eight to ten; Limo about eight to seventeen depending on the vehicle; and a Mercedes passenger van up to about 13. Confirm the actual approved seats and entire baggage load in the written offer.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations
Can a Jet or Limo Sprinter hold fourteen bags?
No. Artisan's Jet and Limo luggage guidance is only four to six bags at most, depending on the cabin and bag sizes. A larger airport load requires another suitable configuration or separately confirmed luggage arrangement.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations
Which Sprinter should an airport group choose?
Begin with all passengers and all cases, carry-ons, strollers and equipment. A conventional Executive or passenger-van layout may suit group transfers, but actual storage still needs review. Confirm the offered layout and permitted meeting at DFW, DAL or the named FBO.
Will every Sprinter meet us at Love Field's ride-app pavilion?
No. Love Field separates limousine pickup on Garage C Level One from app rideshares at the valet pavilion. Confirm the actual van's category and allowed loading location before the group leaves the terminal.
Planning sources: Dallas Love Field: pickup-location change effective January 3, 2025
Can the van remain through a Dallas convention or wedding?
Request the whole service window, stop sequence and return. The written offer states the retained arrangement and waiting or extension terms. A one-way transfer does not include event standby or a later return pickup.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service
Are specific seats, screens or Wi-Fi guaranteed?
Ask for the actual configuration and confirmation of each essential feature before acceptance. Executive, Jet and Limo are cabin descriptions; layout and equipment vary by the offered vehicle.
How do I get the price for a Dallas Sprinter?
Use the main booking form with the complete itinerary, passenger and baggage counts and group preference. Artisan reviews the actual arrangement and provides a written offer. Sending the request does not charge or hold a vehicle.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation
What if extra passengers or cases join after we accept?
Notify bookings@artisanlimo.com promptly and request the revised arrangement before traveling. The existing vehicle may not fit, and any additional price or changed terms need approval.
