Dallas–Fort Worth · A car reserved for your schedule
Hourly Car Service Dallas
Keep a chauffeured car reserved between Dallas appointments, a Fort Worth visit or an evening with several stops. Plan the first pickup, ordered destinations and finish together, so driving and time between stops are part of the same accepted arrangement.
Reserve your ride
Select Hourly, enter the local pickup time and requested hours, and describe the stop sequence, finish and luggage. Ask for extra time before the accepted window ends. Group vehicles receive their own written service-window offer.

Hourly Car Service Dallas pricing
Compare exact sedan and SUV hourly totals with a three-hour minimum. Include the agreed local itinerary; group vehicles receive a written offer.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 3 hours | 4 hours | Approved 30-minute extension |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $360 | $480 | $60 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $432 | $576 | $72 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $165 | $495 | $660 | $82.50 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $600 | $800 | $100 |
- 3-hour minimum. The online form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Review the complete price and itinerary before accepting.
- For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.
- Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval and is billed at the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before it is accepted. Group vehicles have their own written quote and terms.
When hourly fits
Reserve hourly when the vehicle should stay between stops
Hourly service fits a Dallas client day, an itinerary through Las Colinas and Plano, or a Fort Worth visit when you want the vehicle retained between destinations. Supply appointment times and how long you expect to spend at each location. The reserved window covers travel and waiting, not only time with passengers inside.
For a single journey, choose point-to-point. For a set outward and return pickup with no need to retain the car, two transfers may suit the task. Requesting one transfer does not make the car available for shopping, dinner or the next meeting afterward.
| Your plan | Arrangement to consider | What makes it workable |
|---|---|---|
| Client meetings with the car retained | Hourly | Stop order, appointment windows and final release |
| Shopping, dining or several personal stops | Hourly | Addresses, expected waiting and finished journey |
| Airport to one hotel | Point-to-point | Flight, terminal meeting and final address |
| A defined outward and later return journey | Two transfers | Separate local pickup times and entrances |
| Wedding party or larger event group | Written program offer | Actual configuration, complete service window and loading plan |
Reserved time
Include driving, appointments and the final destination
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
The approved national sedan and SUV card has a 3-hour minimum, with eligible online hourly bookings up to 12 hours. The accepted class rate multiplied by the reserved hours gives the exact hourly total. Hourly totals are not rounded up to a fare increment. Review the service window and finish before acceptance.
Driving between stops and time waiting at appointments both use the booked hours. A meeting that overruns can shorten the time left for later stops. Include the final destination, not only the last appointment, and allow time to reach it before the reserved window finishes.
If an airport arrival starts the day, agree the first meeting and the start of hourly service explicitly. Available flight tracking helps coordination, but it does not automatically add reserved hours or approve an airport change. A late arrival and a later finish need review rather than an assumed extension.
Stops and entrances
Use exact entrances across the metroplex
Planning sources: Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas: access and construction · City of Fort Worth: current Convention Center expansion · AT&T Stadium: passenger zones and event parking
List the office reception, hotel passenger entrance or venue loading point for each stop. A Downtown meeting, Las Colinas office and Frisco destination should be entered as actual addresses with their scheduled arrival requirements. District names alone do not tell the chauffeur where passengers can board.
For convention stops, use the organizer's building and entrance instructions. The Dallas and Fort Worth convention centers have current construction and access planning to consider. For a game or concert in Arlington, confirm event-specific private-car loading and any required pass; parking directions or a ride-app zone do not automatically authorize a retained chauffeur vehicle.
Identify the person who can approve a changed route or more time. Send a revised sequence when plans move, and stay reachable near the final pickup. A private car cannot wait indefinitely at a restricted entrance simply because the passenger is still inside.
Vehicle choice
Select the cabin for the entire reserved day
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations · Artisan Limo: child seats and guardian responsibilities
Sedans are planned for up to two travelers and three bags; SUVs for up to six travelers and six bags. Include luggage after hotel checkout, shopping bags, equipment and anything unusually large. Specify child seats or boarding needs before acceptance; Artisan-provided seats require an SUV and are subject to availability.
Group configurations, including Executive, Jet and Limo Sprinters, Mercedes passenger vans, buses and coaches, receive a reviewed offer in the main booking form. Their accepted service windows and extension terms may differ from the sedan and SUV online card. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most, depending on configuration.
Confirm essential cabin equipment and the actual layout instead of assuming every class has the same interior. If people join or leave during the day, give the passenger and baggage count for each movement so the accepted vehicle continues to fit.
Extensions and changes
Ask for extra time before the agreed finish
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service · Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation
Approved sedan and SUV extensions are billed in 30-minute blocks at the accepted class hourly rate. Request the additional service and review its price or calculation method before it is provided. The chauffeur's next commitment can affect availability, so an extension is not guaranteed.
Changed stops, a later release point or an added journey can affect the arrangement even without adding passengers. Send the updated plan to bookings@artisanlimo.com or call (888) 885-1296. A materially revised itinerary or price needs the appropriate acceptance; a saved card does not authorize every possible change.
For a multi-day program, define the start, finish and vehicles for each day. Overnight retention, extra days and event standby should appear in the written offer, rather than be inferred from one hourly booking.
Booking terms
Review the hourly request before confirmation
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation · Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes
The eligible online request saves the card without a charge on submission. Approval of the exact accepted itinerary and successful payment confirm the reservation; a materially different plan requires a revised offer for acceptance. Group vehicles follow their written payment terms.
Required trip costs are included in the accepted national total, while requested extras are shown separately and gratuity is optional. Standard confirmed trips have a full-refund window of at least 48 hours before pickup. Weddings, group, large and event bookings and multi-day roadshows require at least seven days before the first pickup.
No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Inside the applicable cancellation window, a refund may be partial or zero; any different terms must have been disclosed and accepted in writing before payment. Keep the confirmation as the accepted service record.

Dallas hourly car service questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeWhat is the minimum for a Dallas hourly sedan or SUV?
The approved national card has a 3-hour minimum. Eligible online hourly requests run up to 12 hours. Group vehicles and larger programs use their accepted written offer's service window.
Does time inside a meeting count toward the reserved hours?
Yes. Driving and waiting between stops both use the reserved window while the vehicle is retained. Include appointment lengths and the final destination when planning the finish.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service
Are hourly totals rounded up?
No. Approved sedan and SUV hourly totals remain the exact class hourly rate multiplied by booked hours. Review any separately requested extras and the total before acceptance.
Can the car stay for longer if dinner or a meeting runs late?
Request the extension before the accepted finish. It depends on availability and approval; sedan and SUV extensions use 30-minute blocks at the accepted hourly rate. Group vehicles follow their written extension terms.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service · Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation
Can hourly service cover Dallas and Fort Worth on the same day?
Submit the complete route, timed stops and final release point for review. Include the travel time between destinations within the reserved window rather than assuming the hours cover appointments alone.
Should I book hourly for an airport arrival and meetings?
Choose hourly if the vehicle should remain reserved after the arrival. Agree the airport meeting, start of service, appointment sequence and finish. A point-to-point airport transfer alone does not retain the car for later meetings.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
Can I reserve a Sprinter or coach by the hour?
Request the group vehicle and complete retained-service window in the main booking form. The reviewed offer states the actual configuration, capacity, luggage, price, waiting and extension terms; the sedan and SUV online minimum is not a universal group-vehicle promise.
Does submitting the hourly form charge my card?
An eligible online-priced request saves the card without a submission charge. Confirmation follows approval and successful payment of the accepted total. A revised itinerary or price requires acceptance first.
