How we picked

We compared whether a traveler can see a trip price before booking, how each company describes taxes and other charges, the airport waiting policy, the range of vehicles and group sizes, ways to book and stated service hours, and public local reviews. We checked the information on Nov 5, 2026. We’re Artisan Limo, a chauffeured car service in Dallas-Fort Worth, and we wrote this guide. We put ourselves first and say so. Every fact about another company comes from its own website or its public Google and Yelp profiles, checked Nov 5, 2026. Prices and policies change, so check with each company before you book.

Its rate page lists a one-way DFW to/from Dallas Metroplex Area sedan fare of $84.99, excludes tolls and parking, and adds a 25% admin fee. Hourly service has a four-hour minimum; event, holiday, prom and peak-period rates or minimums may vary. No airport waiting period or child-seat policy is stated on the reviewed pages. DFW to Fort Worth: taxi, Uber Black and a chauffeured car

Artisan’s DFW-to-Fort Worth Stockyards Executive Sedan example is $239.32. Uber’s DFW-to-Fort Worth route page lists past-month averages of $106 for Uber Black and $162 for Uber Black SUV, checked Nov 5, 2026; the page names Fort Worth generally, not the Stockyards, so the destinations differ. These are not fixed fares and app prices change with demand. DFW lists lower-level taxi stands but no fixed fare for this route. Ask for the current taxi price and compare vehicle, luggage, pickup and waiting terms.

Hourly car service in Dallas

Hourly service keeps the car with you for meetings, several appointments, shopping or an event with stops. Artisan sedan and SUV hourly bookings start at three hours, with three to twelve hours available online. Each additional half hour is billed at the same hourly rate after approval by you and dispatch, subject to availability.

VehicleHourly rateThree-hour minimum
Executive Sedan$120$360
Executive SUV (Suburban)$144$432
Luxury SUV (Escalade)$165$495
Luxury Sedan (S-Class or 7 Series)$200$600

For more than twelve hours or multiple days, call the concierge to discuss the route and vehicle. A point-to-point transfer is a better fit when the car can leave after dropping you off. A retained hourly car is useful when the same passengers need several stops and a return pickup. The booked hours include the time between stops, so choose the service that matches the actual plan.

Car service, taxi, Uber Black, DART and TEXRail

A chauffeured car takes your party to the entered address. Public transportation can cost less when its stations and connections fit your trip. Compare the whole journey and the current app or taxi fare for the same destination.

DART’s Orange Line links Terminal A with Downtown Dallas; the Silver Line serves northern destinations from Terminal B. TEXRail also serves Terminal B toward Fort Worth. At Love Field, Route 5 Love Link connects the airport with Inwood/Love Field Station for Green and Orange Line transfers.

DFW Terminal Link is a free shuttle outside security, and Skylink is free inside security between terminals. Terminal Link stops are upper-level at A, B, C and E and lower-level at D. These shuttles do not set the meeting point for a private car; check the airport and transit operators’ schedules before travel.

DFW and Love Field airport pickups

DFW and Love Field use different pickup instructions. For an Artisan car, follow the booked meeting details, not a sign for another transport category.

DFW lists taxi pickup on lower-level curbs and app-based pickup on upper-level curbs. A prearranged car uses the meeting details for its reservation; DFW does not set one universal curb for every private car. Keep the terminal, flight and passenger contact available. Terminal E, D and B arrivals should follow the instructions for the booked ride. If you need to change terminals, Skylink is inside security and Terminal Link is outside security.

At Love Field, private luxury vehicles and limousines meet at the valet pavilion and Garage C on Level 1. Departure drop-off is upper-level near the Ticketing Hall. For a DFW-to-DAL transfer, enter both airports and share the onward flight details.

Artisan tracks airline flights in real time. Sedan and SUV arrivals include 60 minutes domestic or 90 minutes international from wheels-down; departures include 15 minutes. Eligible inside meet-and-greet costs $25. Sprinter, coach and private-flight waiting terms are set in the written quote.

Vehicles, luggage and child seats

Match the vehicle to passengers and bags. Executive and Luxury Sedans carry up to two passengers and three bags; both SUV classes carry up to six passengers and six bags. Mention oversized luggage or equipment.

Artisan quotes Sprinters for about 13 passengers, Mini Coaches for up to 24, and Motorcoaches for up to 56 passengers. Written group quotes account for layout, passengers, bags, date and stops.

Child seats cost $25 each in Artisan SUVs, up to two per vehicle. Request them in advance with each child’s age, weight and height; availability applies. Prime Limo lists $15 seats that the passenger installs; AJL lists $25 per seat per trip. Ask other providers about availability, installation and price.

When to book Dallas car service

Request a ride once you know the flight, pickup, destination, passenger count and luggage. Give larger groups and trips with several stops time to arrange a written quote. Request airport transfers early when travel overlaps with an event or busy convention. For a return trip, enter the actual pickup address and time separately. Major AT&T Stadium events, conventions and New Year’s Eve may use event-week estimates, so include the event and pickup plan in your request.

Fort Worth, Plano, Arlington and longer trips

Enter the actual destination for Dallas-Fort Worth travel rather than estimating from a neighborhood name. Choose Fort Worth car service for local rides, Plano car service for northern destinations and Arlington car service for visits near the stadium district. Set the hotel, office or venue as the actual stop.

For longer travel, route pages cover Dallas to Austin car service, Dallas to Houston car service and Dallas to San Antonio car service. Enter the trip’s real addresses and date; a local airport fare is not a price for another route.

For several meetings, see hourly chauffeur service in Dallas. Approved corporate accounts can use company invoicing and cost centers; chauffeur continuity is available on request where possible. When an assistant books, messages go to the booker, not automatically to the passenger. Provide the passenger’s name and phone so the concierge can coordinate.

For private flights at Addison Airport (ADS) or Dallas Executive Airport (RBD), use the Addison private aviation car service or Dallas Executive private aviation car service page. Send the FBO and tail number, or your flight team’s timing, and we coordinate your pickup. We confirm the meeting point at your FBO; private-flight waiting is set in the written quote.

AT&T Stadium and event-week planning

AT&T Stadium trips need a specific passenger meeting plan because event drop-off and post-event pickup use different instructions. The stadium’s information places limousine drop-off at Lots 1 and 6 and pickup at the Miller LiteHouse area near North Collins and Cowboys Way. Follow the current instructions for your event and send the pickup location to your group before the ride.

An ordinary trip to a stadium, concert or convention can use the usual booking process, but championship games and concerts at AT&T Stadium, major conventions and New Year’s Eve may require an event-week estimate. Normal sedan and SUV prices should not be used as estimates for those major event weeks. Request online and Artisan reviews each event booking and sends the final price for you to accept before the card is charged. See AT&T Stadium car service for event-specific planning. The DFW-to-AT&T Stadium figures above are ordinary quoted examples, not event-week estimates.

Questions to ask before you book

Compare the complete trip price, vehicle capacity, luggage space, pickup point, airport waiting and additional fees. Ask whether tolls, parking, gratuity, child seats, extra stops or event pricing are separate. For arrivals, ask when included waiting begins, how long it lasts and the cost of extra time. For hourly service, check the minimum and extension rate. For an event, ask for the drop-off and return pickup plan. Request the details in writing so each quote covers the same trip.

How to book with Artisan

Enter the pickup, destination, time, passengers and luggage online. Choose a sedan or SUV to see the complete price before booking; gratuity appears separately. Send Sprinter, coach, multi-day or private-flight details for a written quote.

Online booking is a request, not an instant reservation. Your card is saved with the request and is charged only after Artisan accepts the ride and you accept the final price. Request a Ride Online 24/7 or call (888) 850-5060, answered 24/7. When booking for someone else, share the meeting information with the passenger.
