Addison Airport Car Service pricing
Dallas–Fort Worth uses Artisan's approved national sedan and SUV rate card. Starting fares are class minimums; enter the complete journey to review the offered total before acceptance.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
Optional meet & greet is $25 for an eligible airport arrival when selected in the booking form. Confirm the terminal or FBO meeting arrangement before acceptance.
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
FBO addresses
Addison's FBOs have different passenger addresses
Planning sources: Addison Airport: current FBO directory · Atlantic Aviation ADS: passenger-facility address · Million Air Dallas at ADS: passenger-facility address · Galaxy FBO Addison: passenger-facility address
Addison Airport's current directory lists Atlantic Aviation, Million Air and Galaxy FBO. These are distinct facilities. Have the flight team confirm the handling FBO and passenger entrance, and use the operator's published street address in the request. A general Addison Airport map pin can send the vehicle to the wrong side of the field.
The airport-directory labels alone are not the last instruction for your trip. The current operator pages publish the addresses below; confirm the entrance, any construction or after-hours handoff with the facility before travel. This ground-transportation request does not reserve aircraft handling or customs services.
| FBO | Published street address | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Atlantic Aviation ADS | 4400 Glenn Curtiss Drive, Addison, TX 75001 | Passenger entrance and flight-team handoff |
| Million Air Dallas | 4300 Westgrove Drive, Addison, TX 75001 | Exact lobby and handling location |
| Galaxy FBO Addison | 15625 Addison Road, Addison, TX 75001 | Passenger entrance and permitted vehicle meeting |
Flight-team handoff
Coordinate the flight, passenger release and car together
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination · Atlantic Aviation ADS: passenger-facility address · Million Air Dallas at ADS: passenger-facility address · Galaxy FBO Addison: passenger-facility address
Send the tail or flight reference, local arrival date, latest ETA, FBO and a reachable passenger and flight-team contact. Private-flight tracking can be limited, so agree how actual arrival and readiness will be communicated. Let the concierge know promptly if the aircraft changes FBO, airport or arrival time.
A lobby or approved landside meeting should be clear before the trip. Aircraft-side collection requires the FBO's security approval and a confirmed operator arrangement; a private flight does not automatically authorize a car on the ramp. Customs or other passenger-clearance arrangements remain with the flight team and appropriate authorities.
For a departure, confirm the FBO report time, flight-team contact and passenger address rather than an airline terminal or gate. Include enough ground-travel time for the aircraft schedule. An FBO's own operating hours or published amenities do not promise vehicle availability or a particular chauffeur service.
Dallas-area journeys
Plan the next address and whether the car stays
For a direct Addison arrival, give the hotel, home or office entrance in Addison, Dallas, Plano or Frisco. For Las Colinas, Irving, Arlington or Fort Worth, enter the actual address so the longer regional movement is clear. The ground itinerary should follow the business or family schedule, without assuming every destination is a short drive from the airport.
Choose hourly if the car needs to remain reserved through meetings or a visit. List the stop order, expected time at each appointment and final release point. For two independent outward and return journeys, plan each pickup separately. A one-way transfer does not retain the vehicle for the rest of the day.
When guests arrive on separate aircraft or depart from a different airport, identify each movement and the travelers on it. The Dallas–Fort Worth private-aviation page compares Addison with Love Field, DFW Corporate Aviation and Meacham, with each facility kept distinct.
Vehicle fit
Match the cabin to passengers, cases and equipment
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations · Artisan Limo: child seats and guardian responsibilities
A sedan is planned for up to two passengers and three bags; an SUV for up to six passengers and six bags. Include carry-ons, sports equipment, garment bags and unusual case dimensions. For children, request an SUV when Artisan-provided seats are needed and supply age, weight, height and seat type; up to two seats are subject to availability.
For groups, request the Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinter preference, or a Mercedes passenger van, in the main booking form. Actual seats and storage vary. Jet and Limo Sprinters have only four to six bags at most; a cabin with enough seats can still be too small for the luggage arriving with the aircraft.
If staff and passengers travel in separate vehicles, state the count and luggage for each leg. Essential cabin features, boarding needs and unusual equipment should be reviewed before the offer is accepted, rather than assumed from the vehicle class name.
Timing and changes
Agree how the private-flight waiting allowance is measured
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
National-rate sedan and SUV airport arrivals include 60 minutes domestic or 90 international from actual wheels-down. For a private flight, coordinate how the actual arrival time is supplied when public tracking is unavailable. Deplaning, baggage and any clearance use the allowance; a later passenger release does not restart it.
A quoted Sprinter or group arrangement specifies its own included waiting and additional-service terms. Tell Artisan promptly about an earlier arrival, late aircraft, new FBO or extended meeting. Availability and any revised price must be reviewed before additional service is assumed.
For a retained hourly car, travel and waiting both use the reserved time. An approved extension follows the accepted arrangement. Keep the traveler, flight team and person authorized to approve changes working from the updated plan.
Offer and confirmation
Review the ground arrangement before it is confirmed
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation · Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes
Eligible sedan and SUV trips use Artisan's approved national rate card with required trip costs included in the accepted total and optional gratuity. Group configurations use an itinerary-specific written offer. Any facility-specific meeting, access condition or extra service should be explicit before acceptance.
An eligible online-priced request saves the card without a submission charge and does not confirm a reservation. Confirmation requires approval of the accepted trip and successful payment. Revised terms need acceptance, and quote vehicles follow their written payment terms.
No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard rides have at least a 48-hour full-refund window before pickup; group, large and event arrangements use at least seven days before the first pickup. Refunds inside the applicable window may be partial or zero. Any different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

Addison Airport ground-transportation questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeWhat address should I use for an Addison Airport pickup?
Use the handling FBO: Atlantic Aviation at 4400 Glenn Curtiss Drive, Million Air at 4300 Westgrove Drive or Galaxy FBO at 15625 Addison Road. Confirm the actual passenger entrance with the flight team before acceptance.
Planning sources: Atlantic Aviation ADS: passenger-facility address · Million Air Dallas at ADS: passenger-facility address · Galaxy FBO Addison: passenger-facility address
Can the chauffeur meet the aircraft on the Addison ramp?
Only when the FBO authorizes that access and the operator arrangement is confirmed. Request it explicitly and keep a usable landside or lobby handoff in the plan. A private-flight booking alone does not grant ramp access.
Can you track an Addison private flight?
Available flight information can help, but private tracking may be restricted. Supply the tail or flight reference and a reachable flight-team contact, and agree how actual arrival and passenger readiness will be communicated.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
Can I keep the car for meetings in Plano or Frisco?
Request hourly service with the first pickup, ordered appointments, finish and release address. Driving and waiting use the booked time. A transfer to the first meeting ends there unless retained service is explicitly included.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service
Is a Jet Sprinter suitable for a group with airport luggage?
Check the actual configuration and whole load first. Jet cabins seat about eight to ten, but luggage is only four to six bags at most, layout dependent. More cases may require another vehicle or a separately confirmed arrangement.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations
How much airport waiting is included for a private flight?
National-rate sedan and SUV arrivals include 60 minutes domestic or 90 international from actual wheels-down. Coordinate the timing source with the flight team when tracking is unavailable. Group quote vehicles use the accepted written offer's waiting terms.

What if our private aircraft changes to Love Field or Meacham?
Send the updated airport, FBO, address, ETA and flight-team contact promptly. Availability and revised terms need review. An airport change is a different ground movement; it is not automatically approved by tracking the aircraft.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
Does an FBO reservation also reserve the Artisan car?
No. Aircraft handling and the ground trip are separate arrangements. Submit the car request with the FBO details, review the accepted ground terms and wait for Artisan's confirmation after the required approval and payment.
