How we picked

We compared Las Vegas providers on six practical questions as of Nov 5, 2026. Does the company show a trip price before booking? Does its site explain taxes, airport charges, gratuity and other add-ons? What airport waiting terms are published? Can you choose a vehicle that fits your passenger and luggage count? Can you make a request online or reach the company when you need it? What do the public Google and Yelp profiles show?

We’re Artisan Limo, a chauffeured car service in Las Vegas, and we wrote this guide. We put ourselves first and say so. Every fact about another company comes from its own website or its public Google and Yelp profiles, checked Nov 5, 2026. Prices and policies change, so check with each company before you book.

Artisan Limo: best for seeing the full price before you book (this is us)

Artisan shows the full price before booking, accepts online requests 24/7 and answers (888) 850-5060 any time. Required charges are included; gratuity is optional on its own line. Regular sedan and SUV rates do not change by day; event weeks use estimates.

For eligible arrivals, add an optional $25 meet-and-greet with a name sign and luggage help. Sedans and SUVs include 60 minutes domestic or 90 minutes international from wheels-down; larger vehicles use written-quote terms. Child seats are $25 each, SUV only, up to two per vehicle; request them in advance with each child’s age, weight and height, subject to availability.

Hourly bookings have a three-hour minimum. Written quotes cover Sprinters (about 13 passengers), Mini Coaches (up to 24) and Motorcoaches (up to 56).

Best for: Seeing the full price before you book, any hour.

Worth knowing: We review each request and send the price for you to accept before charging your card.

Personal Sedan Services: best for corporate and group programs

Personal Sedan Services covers Las Vegas with sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, limousines, party buses, mini-coaches and motorcoaches. Its service area includes the Strip, Downtown, Summerlin and Henderson, plus selected Nevada destinations. Standard trips receive a trip-specific online rate; custom group programs receive a written quote.

The airport booking offers baggage-claim or curbside pickup. The baggage-claim option includes a name sign and luggage assistance, and the site says it tracks airline flights. Online reservations close four hours before pickup, while dispatch is advertised 24/7. Its website, psswestcoast.com, lists motorcoaches for 40 to 56 passengers.

Best for: Corporate programs and groups that may need a motorcoach as well as sedans or SUVs.

Worth knowing: The site does not state a fixed free airport waiting period; waiting, tolls, gratuity and extra stops can add charges.

Earth Limos & Buses: best for a broad bus and coach fleet

Earth Limos & Buses offers sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, Sprinters, shuttles, charter buses and motorcoaches. Its site lists a Luxury Sedan at “Starting At: 49/hr” and an Escalade at “Starting At: 80/hr.” Point-to-point fares depend on location and event date; hourly rides start with the first hour and then use 30-minute increments.

Airport service includes a baggage-claim or customs meet-and-greet with a name sign and luggage help. The terms allow a 30-minute grace period after reported flight arrival, then waiting charges in 30-minute increments. The company accepts online quote requests, phone and email and advertises 24/7 reservations. Its website is earthlimos.com.

Best for: Travelers comparing airport service and several bus or coach classes.

Worth knowing: Published rates exclude fuel surcharge, 20% gratuity, tolls, airport parking when applicable and 3% tax. The 2026 fleet pages and terms list different child-seat prices, so ask for the current amount.

Presidential Limousine: best for published LAS hotel specials

Presidential Limousine publishes airport web specials for Strip and Downtown hotel round trips, plus hourly rates by vehicle. Its Airport Express Model X special is $132.00 for the airport-to-hotel trip and return, with bottled water and champagne listed. The special is debit-card only, and champagne requires a stop at Super Liquor. Its fleet includes EVs, Escalades, stretch limousines, Sprinter limos, party buses and a 56-seat motorcoach.

For Terminal 1, passengers without luggage help go to Door 9; requested baggage help starts at baggage claim. Terminal 3 pickups meet at baggage claim or outside customs with a name sign. The site says airport software tracks flights and offers online, app, phone and email booking. Its website is presidentiallimolv.com.

Best for: Comparing an LAS hotel special or a limo and Sprinter for a celebration.

Worth knowing: The $132.00 special excludes 3% excise tax, airport fees and fuel surcharges. The airport information page separately lists a $6 hourly security fee and a $20 passenger-arrival fee.

Kaptyn: best for app-based hourly trips and EV choices

Kaptyn lists Tesla Model X and Rivian R1S options, an Escalade and several limousine classes. Its hourly page shows “Starting at $70/Hour” for a Luxe Sedan and a Luxe EV SUV. The rate cards list personalized meet-and-greet, champagne, water, ice and glassware, but do not call the starting prices all-inclusive. One-way, round-trip and hourly service are available.

Book through the website, kaptyn.com, or the app. Quick Ride accepts bookings from 15 minutes to six hours ahead, and the company advertises a 24/7 concierge. Its Escalade page describes flight tracking. The terms say Kaptyn does not provide child or booster seats, so the rider supplies and installs one.

Best for: App-based bookings, EV classes or hourly service.

Worth knowing: The terms list an 18% service fee and possible additional charges; the final GPS-based fare can differ from the estimate.

JMC Limousine (JMC Transportation): best for small celebration groups

JMC Limousine focuses on limousine-style Sprinters and a Ford E-450 party bus. Its service pages list Sprinters for up to 12 passengers and a party bus for up to 16. The website, jmclimousine.com, offers trip-specific online quotes and phone booking, but the reviewed service pages do not publish a rate table. Its terms say fare varies by distance, time and vehicle, and extra hourly charges may apply if a trip runs longer.

The company offers airport pickups from Harry Reid International Airport but does not specify its terminal meeting point, airport waiting period, flight tracking or child-seat terms. It lists 24/7 phone contact and recommends booking several weeks ahead for weddings and major events.

Best for: A celebration group comparing a Sprinter limo or 16-passenger party bus.

Worth knowing: No public rate table or detailed airport waiting, flight-tracking or child-seat policy appears on the reviewed pages.

VIP Limousines of Nevada: best for LAS baggage-claim arrivals

VIP Limousines of Nevada offers stretch limousines, vans, party buses and mini-coaches. Its airport page advertises “STARTING AT JUST $139.53*” for a Strip or resort arrival with promotion code Champ26. The offer mentions champagne or sparkling cider and no unnecessary stops. The site also publishes hourly base rates and airport charges.

The website, viplimoslv.com, says chauffeurs meet airport passengers at baggage claim with a name sign. For international arrivals, it lists chauffeur arrival options after landing; its terms say domestic billing begins at wheels-down. Reservations are made by phone or email. The online form requests a quote and does not itself place a reservation.

Best for: Comparing a baggage-claim pickup or a published LAS arrival special.

Worth knowing: The airport page refers to separate special terms and does not clearly say whether the $139.53 starting amount includes all taxes and charges. Ask for the complete trip price.

Blacklane GmbH: best for app-first rides across cities

Blacklane offers pre-booked rides by route or by the hour through its website and app. Its Las Vegas page lists Business Class and First Class sedans and van or SUV options; models vary by city. A route or hourly quote appears before booking and the company says its standard fare includes taxes, tolls, tips and associated charges. Airport meet-and-greet can affect the quote.

The website, blacklane.com, says airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting. A street-address pickup has different terms. Add the flight number to the reservation for arrival tracking; the chauffeur meets after baggage claim, with the point set by airport instructions. Customer care is available around the clock.

Best for: App-based airport pickups and rides in more than one city.

Worth knowing: Hourly rides have a 2-hour minimum. Blacklane is a national service without a single local Google or Yelp business listing for Las Vegas.

Quoted Nov 5, 2026, for pickup Saturday, Nov 14, 2026 at 10 a.m. local time, one passenger, one bag and one-way service. Required trip charges are included, gratuity is optional on its own line, and the full price is shown before you book. Your actual price depends on trip details and date.

Published starting rates for rides are $135 for an Executive Sedan, $155 for an Executive SUV (Suburban), $185 for a Luxury SUV (Escalade) and $235 for a Luxury Sedan. These are starting rates, not replacements for the route-specific examples above.

What are Artisan’s hourly chauffeur rates in Las Vegas?

Hourly chauffeur service suits meetings, dinners, events or several stops. Artisan’s published rates are the same in Las Vegas as in its other markets.

VehicleHourly rate3-hour minimum total
Executive Sedan$120 per hour$360
Executive SUV (Suburban)$144 per hour$432
Luxury SUV (Escalade)$165 per hour$495
Luxury Sedan$200 per hour$600

The minimum is three hours. With your and dispatch’s approval, extensions use 30-minute steps at the same rate, subject to availability. The full price is shown before you book; gratuity is optional on its own line. Request hourly chauffeur service for one car between stops.

Use one-way service for a single airport, hotel or venue transfer. For a large group, request a written Sprinter or coach quote with passenger and luggage counts, pickup schedule and destinations.

How does car service compare with a taxi or app ride at LAS?

A prearranged chauffeur, taxi and app ride use different LAS pickup points and price methods. Compare the pickup plan, vehicle and complete fare.

OptionPickup at LASPrice exampleWhat to compare
Artisan car serviceBaggage claim; terminal points varyLAS to Bellagio Executive Sedan: $159.69Full route price shown before booking; required charges included; gratuity optional

Uber app rideAirport parking garagesLAS route averages: $37 sedan option and $52 SUV optionRoute averages, not fixed trip quotes; app price can change with demand

The Nevada Taxicab Authority labels its zone fares approximate. Its schedule lists a $2.40 airport pickup fee, a $3 card fee and a 3% excise tax on rates and fees. Traffic, route and time of day can affect a metered fare; applicable fuel or meter charges can also apply. A taxi zone fare is not the same type of price as a private-car quote with a selected vehicle and prearranged pickup.

Uber’s LAS route page lists sedan and SUV options rather than the Black category. Its $37 and $52 figures are route averages, not a live fare for a particular hotel, pickup time or event. Rideshare prices change with demand. Check the current app amount and garage pickup instructions before selecting an app ride.

A taxi may suit a direct trip to a covered Strip zone. An app ride lets you check current options. A prearranged chauffeur suits travelers who want a named meeting plan, a selected vehicle or one price for the requested route before booking.

Where does a prearranged car meet you at Harry Reid Airport?

At LAS, a prearranged chauffeur meets you in baggage claim. The limousine pickup point differs between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, so add the terminal and flight number to your request.

At Terminal 1, limousine pickup is on the west side of baggage claim, outside doors 7 to 10. At Terminal 3, pickup is on Level Zero at either end of the building. Taxis queue outside, while app rides use the parking garages.

Artisan’s optional $25 meet-and-greet includes a name sign and luggage help for eligible airport arrivals. Airline flights are tracked in real time. Sedans and SUVs include 60 minutes domestic or 90 minutes international, counted from wheels-down. The written quote sets Sprinter and coach waiting.

LAS has Signature Flight Support and Atlantic Aviation. Henderson Executive Airport (HND) and North Las Vegas Airport (VGT) have full-service FBOs. Send the FBO and tail number, or your flight team’s timing, and we coordinate your pickup. See airport transfers and private aviation service.

Which Las Vegas venues and neighborhoods can a chauffeur serve?

A Las Vegas car service can connect Harry Reid Airport, the Strip, Downtown, Henderson, Summerlin and convention venues. Include each pickup point and destination in the request.

For the Las Vegas Convention Center, send the event name, hall, entrance and arrival time. Hourly service can cover meetings at the LVCC, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay Convention Center or an off-site venue. Check the event’s current travel notice and include the exact entrance.

Downtown trips can serve Fremont Street Experience and nearby hotels. Henderson options include Green Valley Ranch; Summerlin, Red Rock and Lake Las Vegas are other valley destinations. For a Hoover Dam day trip, request hourly service and share the departure location, stops and return plan.

For group pickups, provide passenger and luggage counts, arrival details and venue entrances. Artisan offers a Sprinter for about 13 passengers, a Mini Coach for up to 24 and a Motorcoach for up to 56, by written quote. See event and group transportation and Sprinter van service. Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches are also available by written quote.

How do event weeks affect Las Vegas car service?

F1, AWS re:Invent, National Finals Rodeo, New Year’s Eve and large conventions can change demand, routes and prices. During major event periods, Artisan uses event-week estimates instead of normal sedan and SUV rates. Include the venue, date, entrance and return plan in your request.

Review the F1 Las Vegas car service estimate, AWS re:Invent car service, National Finals Rodeo car service and New Year’s Eve car service. Race-week routes use changing closures around the circuit. Request online and we review each event ride, then send the event price for you to accept before your card is charged. Standard route prices are not event-week estimates.

Which vehicle should you choose for a Las Vegas trip?

Choose a vehicle by passenger and luggage count, then confirm the exact class and trip price before booking. Artisan’s starting rates cover sedans and SUVs; Sprinter and coach prices come by written quote.

An Executive Sedan suits a small airport or meeting party. Choose an SUV when you need more passenger and luggage room. A Luxury SUV or Luxury Sedan is available when you want that class. For several arriving guests, provide each flight and arrival time.

For groups, Artisan offers a Sprinter for about 13 passengers, a Mini Coach for up to 24 or a Motorcoach for up to 56. Larger vehicles receive a written quote with airport waiting terms. Child seats are $25 each, SUV only, up to two per vehicle. Request seats in advance with each child’s age, weight and height; availability applies.

What should you ask before booking a Las Vegas car service?

Ask for the price method, airport meeting point and vehicle terms before you book. These questions help separate a one-way fare, hourly service and airport special.

  • Is this a one-way fare, round trip or hourly service?
  • Are taxes, airport charges, fuel surcharges and gratuity included or itemized?
  • Which Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 meeting point applies?
  • How much airport waiting is included, and when does billing begin?
  • Is meet-and-greet included or extra?
  • What are the passenger and luggage capacities of the vehicle?
  • Are child seats available, what do they cost, and who installs them?
  • Is the date a major event week, and what terms apply?
  • What is the hourly minimum and extension policy?
  • What details will the passenger receive if someone else books?

For an approved Artisan corporate account, company invoicing and cost centers are available. Chauffeurs sign an NDA on request. Include the passenger, event and account details in the request.

How do you book with Artisan in Las Vegas?

Request a ride online 24/7 or call (888) 850-5060, answered 24/7. Choose one-way or hourly service, then enter pickup, destination, date and time. For a group, include passenger and luggage counts and request a written Sprinter or coach quote.

For an airport pickup, add airline, flight number and terminal. For a private flight, include the FBO and tail number or your flight team’s timing. For an LVCC event, include the event, hall or entrance and return time. For a child seat, provide each child’s age, weight and height.

The Artisan team reviews the request and sends the price for you to accept before your card is charged. Required trip charges are included; gratuity is optional on its own line. Learn more at the Las Vegas car service hub.
