When is the 2026 Las Vegas Grand Prix?

The 2026 Las Vegas Grand Prix runs Thursday, Nov 19 to Saturday, Nov 21. The race starts Saturday, Nov 21 at 8:00 p.m. local time and runs 50 laps. Gates open at 2:30 p.m. each day, and the circuit closes to traffic from about 3:00 p.m. on all three days, so plan your car around the afternoon, not the session time.

The start line is at the Pit Building at Grand Prix Plaza, at Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane. Session times are set by Formula 1 and can change, and your chauffeur works from the live timetable on the day.

What roads close for the Las Vegas Grand Prix?

The circuit uses Las Vegas Boulevard, Harmon Avenue, Koval Lane and Sands Avenue. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday the roads move into a changeover from 1:00 p.m. and close fully (hot track) from 3:00 p.m. until after midnight. Outside those hours the streets are mostly open, with barriers and turn limits still in place.

Saturday, Nov 213:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Sunday1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Two more things change your drive time before race week. Koval Lane between Rochelle Avenue and Harmon Avenue is closed all hours from Nov 14 to 23. Overnight lane closures on Las Vegas Boulevard (Nov 9 to 13) and Sands Avenue (Nov 2 to 13) cut traffic to one lane each way during barrier work. The organizer posts daily updates on its race-week map, and our team checks it each morning of race week before your pickup.

Can you still drive on the Strip during F1?

Yes, outside the hot-track hours. During the full closure, cars can't cross or drive the circuit, so trips between the east side (Wynn, Encore, Venetian, Fontainebleau) and the west side of the Strip take the long way around by Frank Sinatra Drive, Paradise Road or I-15. Most sidewalks stay open, with some safety reroutes, and the T-Mobile Zone at Sphere has a pedestrian bridge over the track.

Where can a car service drop off and pick up for F1 Las Vegas?

The 2026 race guide names four rideshare zones: Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Tuscany Hotel, Park MGM and Howard Hughes Center. The guide doesn't publish separate private car or limo areas, so your chauffeur sets a meeting point outside the closed circuit and close to your ticketed zone, and sends it to you before you leave the hotel.

How it works on race night:

  1. You tell us your grandstand or hospitality zone, your hotel and the time you want to arrive.
  2. We plan the route from the live closure map that morning and pick a meeting point outside the hot-track fencing, usually a hotel entrance or side street a short walk from your gate.
  3. Your chauffeur's name, phone and the exact meeting point reach you before pickup.
  4. After the checkered flag you walk out of the zone to the same point. Your car is already parked and waiting, not circling in rideshare traffic.

Resorts inside the circuit ask for a pass or proof of a room, restaurant or show reservation to enter during race week. Bring it with you. The event sells no parking, warns that parking around the circuit is limited and allows no overnight parking, which is why most race fans skip driving themselves.

How much is a car service for the Las Vegas Grand Prix?

Race week is one of the busiest weeks of the year for chauffeured cars in Las Vegas, so prices run higher than a normal week. Expect about $165 to $200 per hour for an Executive Sedan and $195 to $240 per hour for an Executive SUV, and about $190 to $300 one way from Harry Reid Airport to a Strip hotel.

Your trip total includes tolls, parking, airport fees and taxes. Gratuity is optional. Extra time on the night is billed in 30-minute steps at the same hourly rate, approved by you and dispatch. Cancellation terms are shown with your event price.

Should I book hourly or one way for race week?

Book hourly for race nights and one way for airport runs. Hourly keeps the same car and chauffeur parked outside the circuit for the whole session, which matters when the whole grandstand leaves at once. Most race nights run 5 to 8 hours. A full Saturday from hotel to the 10:00 p.m. finish and back often runs 8 to 10 hours.

Is a chauffeur better than rideshare, a taxi or the Monorail during F1?

For a ticketed race night, yes. Taxis add a $15 F1 surcharge per trip during race week, rideshare cars can only use four official zones, and the Monorail is fast but crowded after the race. A chauffeur waits at a set point outside the circuit with your coats and bags in the car.

Harry Reid Airport to your hotel during race week

Your chauffeur meets you in baggage claim at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), the airport's rule for prearranged cars. Domestic flights include 60 minutes of waiting from wheels-down and international flights 90 minutes, for sedans and SUVs. We track airline flights in real time, so a late landing moves your pickup with it.

Land before 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday or Saturday if you can. After 3:00 p.m. the circuit is closed, and a hotel inside it takes longer to reach. Off race hours, Terminal 1 to Bellagio is about 14 minutes and Terminal 1 to the Venetian about 16 minutes. Airport connector tunnel lanes are partly closed through December 2026, so add a little time either way.

Add meet-and-greet for $25 and your chauffeur waits inside with a name sign and helps with bags. Flying private into Henderson Executive (HND) or North Las Vegas (VGT)? Send the FBO and tail number, or your flight team's timing, and we coordinate your pickup.
