Miami · Business travel, clearly arranged

Corporate Car Service Miami

Arrange a Miami airport arrival, a day of meetings or a team’s shared journey with the traveler and schedule clear from the start. Book an individual business trip without opening an account, or discuss recurring travel and billing requirements with Artisan Limo.

Reserve your ride

Enter the trip in the booking form. For a colleague, use Booking for someone else and supply the traveler’s name and phone. A corporate-account inquiry is separate from a particular trip and does not create an active account.

Corporate transfer and hourly pricing

Choose one business transfer or reserved local meeting hours using the national rate card. Account and billing arrangements need separate approval; an inquiry does not establish credit or confirm a ride.

One transfer, a meeting day or a team itinerary

For an airport-to-office or hotel journey, provide the actual addresses, local pickup time and flight details. For several meetings, reserve hourly service if the vehicle must remain available between appointments. The first pickup, stop order, expected time at each meeting and final address determine the day you are asking us to arrange.

A visiting team may need several arrivals rather than one shared airport pickup. List who travels on each flight, the bags on each leg and the meeting that everyone must reach. A chauffeured group vehicle can suit the later shared journey, while separate initial transfers may better match different arrival times.

Book for a colleague

Keep the booking contact and traveler distinct

Use the arranger’s contact details for the person reviewing the request, then select Booking for someone else and provide the traveler’s name and phone number. Keep a reachable passenger contact for the actual pickup. If another person must approve a changed schedule or fare, describe that responsibility in the notes for review.

Add the office’s passenger entrance, host instructions and hotel checkout details that affect the journey. Brickell, Doral and Coral Gables describe broad destinations; the street address and entrance identify where the passenger needs to go. Keep the reservation reference with the current itinerary so the arranger and traveler are working from the same plan.

Confidentiality, distribution lists or company approval procedures must be discussed and agreed where required. Entering a requirement does not create a guaranteed NDA, automated approval workflow or travel-platform integration.

Business arrivals

Connect the flight to the first appointment

Provide the airline, flight number, local arrival date and the airport and terminal where known. For MIA, FLL or the Palm Beach airport, now DJT and formerly PBI, keep the flight’s actual arrival distinct from the time the traveler will be ready after baggage or clearance. Send the passenger’s phone number and final hotel or office address, then follow the reservation-specific meeting instructions.

For an Opa-locka private-flight arrival, identify the FBO, its street address, the flight or tail reference and the flight-team contact. The relevant permission and meeting arrangement must be confirmed; private aviation does not automatically mean aircraft-side collection.

A changed flight, diversion or rebooking needs prompt communication even when arrival information is being monitored. Mark a fixed meeting time in the itinerary, but allow the full arrival process and current road conditions. A tight connection is a planning constraint, not a guaranteed airport-to-office journey time.

Meetings and teams

Prepare the venue entrance and departure groups

For a Miami Beach Convention Center visit, give the event, hall and organizer’s current passenger-arrival instructions. Its official address is 1901 Convention Center Drive in Miami Beach; the appropriate event entrance and vehicle meeting point still need to be identified. Do the same for a hotel conference, office campus or offsite dinner.

For several travelers, show who leaves together and the time each departure group will be ready. A shared van is not automatically an answer to different meeting finishes or different flights home. Review the bags after hotel checkout, boarding needs and every pickup before selecting the configuration.

When a day extends to Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach County, give each full address and expected finish. A regional team program needs an agreed itinerary and service window, rather than a general instruction to remain available throughout South Florida.

Corporate accounts

Agree recurring travel and billing requirements separately

Use the corporate-account form when the organization needs regular Miami trips or travel across several Artisan markets. Include the company, requester, expected trip volume and markets, plus the preference for invoice arrangements or card payment per trip. If invoicing matters, identify the billing contact and any cost-center or purchase-order convention.

Describe recurring routes and any travel-tool or chauffeur-continuity preference so the team can assess the requirement. An inquiry does not establish credit, an active account, a software integration, dedicated vehicle availability or a guaranteed chauffeur. The available arrangement must be agreed before it is relied on.

If a trip is needed now, enter that reservation separately with its own addresses, traveler, local time and acceptance steps. Discussing an account does not confirm a particular pickup.

Approval and changes

Review the total and who can approve a change

Artisan Limo arranges transportation through independent, licensed local operators. For eligible sedan and SUV journeys, review the required trip total and selected options before submission. Gratuity is optional. Group vehicles receive a written offer specifying the vehicle, itinerary and payment terms.

For an eligible reservation request, the card is saved without a charge at submission. The trip is confirmed after approval and successful payment of the accepted total. Material changes to the itinerary or price require revised acceptance. Identify a reachable person who can review those changes when the traveler is in a meeting.

For standard confirmed trips, at least 48 hours’ notice gives a full refund. Group programs, multi-day roadshows and other large or event bookings use seven days before the first pickup. A refund inside the applicable window is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different cancellation or deposit terms must be stated in the written offer and accepted before payment.

Miami corporate car service questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Do I need a corporate account for one Miami business trip?

No. Arrange the particular transfer or hourly journey through the booking form. A corporate account is a separate conversation for recurring travel and agreed billing requirements.

Can an assistant book for a colleague?

Yes. Enter the arranger’s contact details, select Booking for someone else and supply the traveler’s name and phone. Note who can approve a schedule or fare change, and keep the traveler reachable for the pickup.

Can I request invoice billing?

Include that preference in the corporate-account inquiry with the billing contact and company requirements. Submission does not create credit or an invoice arrangement. Those terms need review and agreement before a booking relies on them.

Can one vehicle stay with us between Miami meetings?

Choose hourly service and supply the first pickup, stop order, appointment times and final address. Driving and waiting use the agreed window; an extension needs approval and availability.

How do I arrange a team arriving on different flights?

List each flight, arrival date, traveler group and bag load, and explain when the team must meet. Separate first transfers may suit different arrivals, followed by a shared group vehicle for the later itinerary.

Can my company include other South Florida cities?

Yes, provide the full Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach County addresses, travelers on each leg and intended finish. The regional itinerary and required total need review; a Miami pickup does not itself reserve the vehicle for every later destination.

Do you guarantee an integration or the same chauffeur?

No automatic guarantee applies. Describe travel-tool, reporting or chauffeur-continuity preferences in the account inquiry. Confirm the available arrangement before relying on it; the form is a request to discuss requirements.

Does submitting the request confirm the corporate trip?

No. For eligible online-priced trips, confirmation follows approval and successful payment of the accepted total. A quote-only group arrangement follows its reviewed offer and payment terms. An account inquiry does not confirm a reservation.
