Corporate Transportation Atlanta

Arrange an ATL arrival, a client visit in Buckhead or a meeting day through Midtown and Downtown with one clear itinerary. Artisan Limo connects the traveler, booking contact and planned journey, whether you need an individual ride or want to discuss recurring company travel.

Reserve your ride

Enter the trip in the form. If arranging for a colleague, select Booking for someone else and supply the traveler's name and phone. Use the separate corporate-account inquiry for recurring travel requirements; it does not confirm an individual ride.

Corporate Transportation Atlanta pricing

Atlanta uses Artisan's approved national sedan and SUV rate card. Starting fares are class minimums; enter the complete airport, hotel, office or venue itinerary to review its offered price before acceptance.

Vehicle classStarting from
Executive Sedan$135
Executive SUV — Suburban$155
Luxury SUV — Escalade$185

  • Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
  • Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.

Match the service to the working day

Choose a point-to-point transfer for one planned journey, such as ATL to an office or hotel. Choose hourly when the vehicle needs to remain reserved between appointments. Separate airport arrivals and a later shared team journey can be planned as different movements, rather than asking everyone to fit one pickup time.

Book for a colleague

Give the passenger and arranger the same plan

Keep the booking contact's details separate from the person taking the ride. Select Booking for someone else for a colleague or client, then enter their name and reachable phone. Include the office or hotel passenger entrance and identify who should approve a changed itinerary or additional service.

For a team, list who travels on each leg rather than one total headcount for the whole day. Note hotel checkout, luggage, presentation equipment and any separate flight arrivals. Send a revised itinerary when an appointment moves so the passenger and the person arranging payment are working from the same information.

For ATL, provide the operating flight and local arrival date; use the confirmed meeting instructions for the actual terminal. Passengers arriving on different flights may need separate transfers before traveling together. Allow for deplaning and baggage collection when setting the first meeting, without treating a planned arrival time as a guaranteed driving time.

For DeKalb–Peachtree Airport, use the named FBO and its street address, flight or tail reference and a reachable flight-team contact. A PDK pickup is not a commercial-terminal pickup. If the onward visit is a conference, include the precise venue, building and organizer's passenger-arrival instructions.

For an airport arrival followed by an hourly day, agree when the booked hours begin and the planned finish. Notify the concierge promptly if a flight is rebooked or the airport changes; flight tracking does not automatically approve a new itinerary.

Corporate accounts

Discuss recurring travel before setting up the account

Use the corporate-account inquiry to share the company, requester, expected markets and monthly trip volume. Explain your preference for an invoice arrangement or card payment per trip, and include the appropriate billing contact and any reference information your team needs to reconcile travel.

An inquiry starts a conversation; it does not activate an account, reserve a vehicle or approve credit. Billing arrangements and any company-specific approval process must be agreed separately. You can submit an individual trip through the booking form while those requirements are being discussed.

An eligible online-priced request saves the card without a charge at submission. If Artisan approves the exact reservation you accepted, confirmation follows successful payment of its accepted total. A materially changed itinerary or price needs a revised offer for acceptance. Quote-only group arrangements follow their written offer and payment terms.

Required transportation costs are included in the accepted national trip total; requested extras are shown separately and gratuity is optional. A meeting that overruns can affect reserved time or a later pickup. Contact the concierge for approval of extra service rather than assuming the vehicle remains available indefinitely.

No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. A standard confirmed ride has a 48-hour full-refund window; multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings use seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window, a refund may be partial or zero. Different terms apply only when disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

Atlanta corporate transportation questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Do I need a corporate account to book an Atlanta business trip?

No. Submit an individual journey through the booking form. Use the corporate-account inquiry for recurring travel and billing requirements; submitting that inquiry does not activate an account or confirm a ride.

Can I book for an executive, colleague or visiting client?

Yes. Keep your details as the booking contact, select Booking for someone else and enter the traveler's name and phone. Include the destination entrance and tell us who can approve a changed schedule or additional service.

Can a group arriving on several ATL flights use one vehicle?

Provide each flight, local arrival date, traveler count and luggage before accepting the plan. Different terminals or flight delays may make separate transfers more practical. The combined pickup and waiting arrangement must be agreed.

Should I book hourly for meetings in Midtown and Buckhead?

Choose hourly when the vehicle must stay reserved between appointments, and provide the full stop sequence and finish. Two transfers can suit a defined outward and return journey without retaining the car between them. Travel and meeting wait time both use booked hourly time.

Can my company pay by invoice?

Explain the invoice preference in the corporate-account inquiry. It is subject to review and agreement, not automatically available from submitting the form. An invoice or deposit schedule applies only when stated in the accepted offer.

Does the request acknowledgement confirm the business trip?

No. An eligible online-priced request saves the card without charging it. The reservation is confirmed after approval and successful payment of the accepted total. Group vehicles follow their accepted offer's payment terms.
