Corporate Transportation Dallas
Plan a client arrival at DFW or Love Field, meetings in Dallas or Las Colinas, and an onward visit in Plano, Frisco or Fort Worth. Artisan Limo brings the traveler, arranger and accepted itinerary together, with individual booking and recurring-account requirements kept clear.
Reserve your ride
Enter the trip and select Booking for someone else when arranging for a colleague. Give the passenger's reachable phone and exact entrances. Corporate-account inquiries discuss recurring travel separately; they do not confirm the individual ride.

Business travel · National rate card
Corporate Transportation Dallas pricing
Dallas–Fort Worth uses Artisan's approved national sedan and SUV rate card. Starting fares are class minimums; enter the complete journey to review the offered total before acceptance.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 3 hours |
|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $360 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $432 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $165 | $495 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $600 |
- 3-hour minimum for hourly travel. Submit the meeting addresses and final destination so the itinerary and complete price can be reviewed. Account billing terms require separate approval.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
Choose the service
Choose around the business schedule
Use a point-to-point transfer for one accepted journey, such as an airport arrival to a hotel or an office visit. Reserve hourly service when the car should stay available between meetings. A defined outward and return journey can instead be two transfers, without retaining the car for the time spent inside.
For a team, list the travelers and luggage on each movement. Separate flight arrivals, hotel checkouts and an afternoon shared journey may need different vehicles or pickup times. A single headcount for the whole visit can conceal an airport luggage load that will not fit.
| Customer task | Suitable arrangement | Details to provide |
|---|---|---|
| Airport to hotel or office | Point-to-point | Operating flight, local date, passenger contact and entrance |
| Car retained between appointments | Hourly | Ordered stops, appointment lengths and release time |
| Team or event group | Written group-vehicle offer | Passenger and baggage count on every movement |
| Recurring company travel | Corporate-account inquiry | Markets, volume, billing contacts and approval requirements |
Book for someone else
Give the traveler and arranger the same usable plan
Keep the booking contact's information separate from the passenger's. Select Booking for someone else, enter the traveler's name and reachable phone, and provide the reception or hotel passenger entrance. Tell us who can authorize a changed stop, extended meeting or other additional service.
A Dallas meeting day might connect a hotel, a Las Colinas office and a Plano appointment. Supply the actual locations and meeting times rather than just the neighborhood names. Include luggage carried after checkout, presentation equipment and any boarding needs, with a final release address and time.
For a visiting executive, send the accepted itinerary to the person traveling as well as the assistant. If the schedule changes, provide one updated stop sequence so the chauffeur, traveler and payer are not following different versions. A company label on the booking is not approval of extra service.
Airports and meetings
Connect the flight to a realistic first appointment
Planning sources: DFW Airport: separate limousine and ground-transportation categories · Dallas Love Field: pickup-location change effective January 3, 2025 · Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas: access and construction
At DFW, enter the operating flight and actual terminal and follow the confirmed private-car meeting instructions. At Love Field, distinguish the Garage C Level One limousine pickup from the ride-app pavilion. Allow for deplaning and baggage collection before fixing the first appointment, rather than treating wheels-down as the moment the traveler can leave.
For a private flight at Addison, Love Field, DFW Corporate Aviation or Meacham, give the actual FBO and passenger entrance, flight or tail reference and flight-team contact. A general airport pin does not establish the handoff, and ramp access requires facility permission.
For a convention visit, provide the building, hall and organizer's loading plan. The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas has construction and access planning to consider; a precise arrival location is more useful than the center's name alone. A regional visit to Fort Worth needs its own address and schedule.
Account requirements
Discuss recurring travel before activating the account
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: corporate-account inquiry · Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation
The corporate-account inquiry asks about your company, requester, expected markets and trip volume. Explain invoice preferences or card payment per trip, billing contacts, purchase-order or cost-center references and who should approve journeys. Submit general company inquiries through that form; booking requests and trip correspondence use bookings@artisanlimo.com.
An account inquiry starts a review. It does not activate credit, approve an invoice arrangement, reserve a vehicle or confirm a ride. Any company billing schedule and approval process must be agreed separately. An individual trip can be requested in the main booking form while recurring requirements are discussed.
If several employees or clients travel, identify each passenger and the appropriate arranger. Repeated service still requires the accepted itinerary, available vehicle and confirmation for each movement. Do not assume an account application creates a blanket authorization for changes or charges.
Vehicle and luggage
Match the vehicle to the working party
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations · Artisan Limo: child seats and guardian responsibilities
Sedans are planned for up to two passengers and three bags; SUVs for up to six passengers and six bags. Add laptop cases, large sample cases and airport luggage to the declared load. Choose the configuration for the whole movement rather than passenger numbers alone.
For a larger team, compare Executive, Jet and Limo Sprinters or Mercedes passenger vans and request the group vehicle in the main form. Jet and Limo cabins carry only four to six bags at most, configuration dependent. The offered layout, seats, storage and essential equipment need confirmation before acceptance.
For guests needing child seats or a particular boarding arrangement, send the details early. Artisan-provided seats require an SUV and are subject to availability. A configuration description does not guarantee a specific interior feature, accessible lift or connectivity service.
Approval and changes
Confirm the accepted trip and any later changes
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation · Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service · Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes
Eligible online-priced requests save the card without charging it at submission. Approval of the exact accepted itinerary and successful payment are required for confirmation. A material change needs a revised offer for acceptance; quote-only group arrangements follow their written payment terms.
Required trip costs are included in the accepted national total, with requested extras shown separately and gratuity optional. If a meeting runs longer, ask for the additional service and its price or calculation method before it is provided. Availability is not unlimited simply because the itinerary is a business trip.
No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard rides have a full-refund window of at least 48 hours before pickup. Group, large and event programs, including multi-day roadshows, require at least seven days before the first pickup. Inside those windows refunds may be partial or zero; different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

Dallas corporate transportation questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeDo I need a corporate account for one Dallas business trip?
No. Request the individual ride in the main booking form. A corporate-account inquiry is for recurring travel and billing requirements and does not activate an account or confirm that ride.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: corporate-account inquiry · Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation
Can an assistant book for a client or executive?
Yes. Select Booking for someone else, keep the arranger details separate and provide the passenger's name and reachable phone. Include the actual entrances and identify who can approve schedule changes or additional service.
Should we reserve hourly service for several Dallas meetings?
Choose hourly when the car must remain reserved between appointments, with ordered stops and a finish time. Two independent transfers can suit a defined outward and return trip without retaining the vehicle between them. Driving and meeting waiting use booked hourly time.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service
Can a team arriving at DFW and Love Field share one later journey?
List each airport arrival, local date, traveler and luggage count. Plan the separate airport transfers and the later shared movement explicitly; different airports and delays should not be squeezed into one assumed pickup.
Will the company automatically receive monthly invoices?
No. Explain that preference in the corporate-account inquiry. Billing and any credit arrangement require review and agreement; an inquiry alone does not approve an invoice schedule.

Can you arrange a multi-day Dallas–Fort Worth roadshow?
Send the daily stop order, travelers, arrival deadlines, hotel changes and release times for review. Retained service and separate transfers should be explicit for each day, with an accepted program and change-approval contact. Multi-day roadshows use the applicable group or event cancellation terms.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes
Is a request acknowledgement a confirmed corporate booking?
No. Eligible requests save a card without a charge and require approval and successful payment of the accepted total for confirmation. A revised trip needs acceptance; group vehicles follow their accepted offer's payment terms.
