Pricing
How charter bus pricing works
Charter buses are priced by written quote, not from a fixed table. The quote is built on your date, start and finish times, route, stops and group size, and shows the complete price before you accept. Required trip costs are included and gratuity is optional. Waiting time for coaches and Sprinters is set in the written quote. Group programs use a 7-day cancellation window.
For comparison, sedans and SUVs use fixed hourly rates with a 3-hour minimum:
Hourly service has a 3-hour minimum. Extra time is billed in 30-minute steps at the same rate, approved by you and dispatch, subject to availability.

Airport groups
Group arrivals at O'Hare and Midway. According to O'Hare, non-scheduled charter buses pick up in the lower-level commercial lanes at Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and in the outer commercial lane at Terminal 5, Door 5D. Charter buses can't use O'Hare's Multi Modal Facility. Send each flight number and we plan the pickup in the quote.
Day trips out of the city
Milwaukee, the suburbs, Wisconsin and beyond. Long-distance trips are quoted for the full route.
