  • For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.
  • Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval and is billed at the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before it is accepted. Group vehicles have their own written quote and terms.

Couple and party

Choose the cabin for the people and what they carry

The couple may prefer a Luxury Sedan or SUV while the wedding party travels together in a quoted group cabin. Describe the dress, garment bags, personal bags, children and any boarding needs as well as the number of passengers. A named vehicle class alone does not settle the space required on the day.

Compare Executive, Jet and Limo Sprinters or a regular Mercedes passenger van for a larger party. The actual vehicle, legal seats, luggage fit and requested amenities must be confirmed in the offer. Request any essential vehicle or cabin amenities before accepting the offer.

Ceremony and stops

Make the ceremony, photographs and reception one reviewed timeline

List preparation addresses, ceremony entrance, photograph stops and reception in order. Give required arrival times and how long each party expects to remain. Distinguish a direct journey from a vehicle retained during the photographs or ceremony; a transfer does not automatically include waiting for the next part of the day.

Share loading and parking instructions from each venue or planner. A photograph location may need its own access permission; do not assume the chauffeur can stop at a monument, park entrance or restricted frontage. Include any items or people collected between stops before accepting the route.

  1. Before the ceremony

Preparation addresses, party groups, bags and the time everyone must arrive.

  2. During the day

Photograph stops, expected waiting and whether the vehicle is retained.

  3. Reception finish

Departure times, passenger groups and all final dropoff addresses.

Guest departures

Guest travel needs its own outbound and return plan

Give every hotel its actual passenger entrance, the number of guests traveling from it and their agreed departure. If guests return at different times, list those departure waves, groups and hotels separately. Specify the final departure and who confirms that the group is ready.

A booked outbound vehicle does not automatically cover the reception return or a continuous hotel shuttle. Repeated journeys, several hotels and changing group sizes need an explicit vehicle and timing plan. Account for luggage when guests travel directly from an airport or leave the hotel after the celebration.

Guests arriving by air

Keep airport arrivals separate from the wedding-day deadline

For guests arriving at O'Hare or Midway, include the airline, flight number, actual local arrival date, traveler phone and luggage. Decide which guests travel together and whether the first destination is a hotel, preparation address or venue. Different flights may require separate pickups even when the guests share a wedding invitation.

For private arrivals, provide the actual FBO and flight-team contact at Chicago Executive or DuPage. Send changes promptly. Flight delays and road conditions cannot be turned into a guaranteed ceremony arrival; the concierge needs the complete schedule to review the ground plan.

Planner and boarding

Agree who can adjust the day and what boarding requires

Identify the arranging contact, onsite planner or designated family contact and who can approve added stops or time. Share a reachable phone for the party. Keep the accepted itinerary and reservation references with that contact so a delayed ceremony, changed photograph stop or different finish can be reviewed.

Request child seats with each child's age, weight and height. Artisan's child-seat policy requires an SUV and seats remain subject to availability and configuration. A group cabin's passenger range does not establish child-restraint fit. Describe mobility devices, step assistance or other equipment before relying on a particular vehicle.

Offer and cancellation

Accept the wedding program and its terms

Start the planned journey in the main booking form. Sprinters and other group vehicles receive a written offer. Review the actual vehicles, passenger and bag fit, retained time, all departures, required normal trip fees and selected options. Gratuity is optional; additional stops, excess waiting or added hours may change the price and need approval.

A request is not a confirmed reservation. Confirmation follows acceptance and successful payment under the offer's stated terms. Wedding bookings require at least seven days' cancellation notice before the first scheduled pickup for a full refund. Inside seven days, a refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different deposit or cancellation terms apply only when disclosed in the written offer and accepted before payment.

Chicago wedding transportation questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
What should we send for a Chicago wedding transportation plan?

Send the date, preparation and venue entrances, ceremony and reception times, photograph stops, passengers and bags for each movement, all guest departure waves and a designated arranging contact. Identify where a vehicle should remain between stops.

Can the couple and wedding party use different vehicles?

Describe the couple's cabin preference and the wedding-party count separately. Sedan, SUV and chauffeured group arrangements can be reviewed together; the accepted offer must confirm the actual vehicles, capacity and luggage fit.

Is a stretch limousine included?

The wedding page does not promise a stretch limousine or particular model. Review the actual vehicle and configuration in the written offer. If you need a specific cabin or amenity, request it explicitly before accepting the arrangement.

Does the chauffeur wait during the ceremony or photographs?

Only when that time is included in the accepted retained-service arrangement. A direct transfer does not automatically retain the chauffeur for the next journey. Specify stops and waiting so the duration and fare can be reviewed.

Can you arrange several guest hotel departures?

Provide each hotel entrance, passenger count, departure time and destination, plus the reception return waves and final departure. Repeated movements require an agreed timing and vehicle plan; the outbound journey alone does not include all returns.

Can children travel with the wedding party?

Provide each child's age, weight and height and the requested seat configuration in advance. Child-seat requests require an SUV and are subject to availability and fit. A group cabin's seat range does not confirm that a child restraint can be accommodated.

Can we discuss provisional guest numbers or a short-notice wedding journey?

Contact Artisan with the date, local pickup time, likely counts, bags, venue entrances and full return plan. Label provisional details and update them before accepting the offer. Vehicle availability needs review; a planning discussion does not reserve a cabin or confirm the journey.

What if the ceremony runs late or the route changes?

The designated contact should send the revised schedule and reservation reference for review. Added time or stops may affect availability and price and need approval; an accepted vehicle window is not an unlimited extension. If an expected accepted-change message is absent, contact Artisan with the existing reference and rely on the last confirmed itinerary.

What are the wedding cancellation terms?

Wedding bookings require at least seven days' notice before the first scheduled pickup for a full refund. Inside seven days, any refund is discretionary and can be partial or zero. Different terms must be disclosed in a written offer and accepted before payment. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation.
