Event rates
For events, an hourly booking keeps your chauffeur nearby. Hourly service has a 3-hour minimum. Sedan and SUV rates are the same on event nights as any other night. Sedans seat 2 passengers with 3 bags; SUVs seat 6 passengers with 6 bags.

Why a car
Why book a car for an event
Big events change how you get around. Hard Rock Stadium says its rideshare pickup is in a separate lot, about a 25-minute walk from the stadium, and tells guests to expect surge pricing and extended wait times. Ultra Music Festival says there's no parking at Bayfront Park. With a chauffeur, the price is set before you go, and the car is booked for your group, not shared with the crowd.

Hard Rock Stadium: games, concerts and the F1 Miami Grand Prix
The F1 Miami Grand Prix runs at Hard Rock Stadium. Check the organizers' race-weekend parking and transportation plan before traveling. For games and concerts, the stadium lists rideshare, Park & Ride shuttles and Uber Shuttle, and asks guests to expect surge pricing and extended rideshare waits after events. Drop-off and pickup points for chauffeured cars are set by the stadium and police for each event, so we agree the pickup point with you before the day. Book by the hour so your chauffeur stays nearby, or book a ride each way.
Art Basel Miami Beach and Miami Art Week
Art Basel Miami Beach is December 4–6, 2026, at the Miami Beach Convention Center, with invitation-only preview days December 2 and 3 (Art Basel). Miami Art Week runs November 30 to December 6, 2026 (Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau), with fairs, gallery shows and dinners across Miami and Miami Beach. Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show
The 2027 show is February 10–14 across four venues: the Miami Beach Convention Center, Pride Park, the Miami Beach Yacht Collection on Collins Avenue and Sailor's Cove at IGY Yacht Haven Grande on the MacArthur Causeway (show organizers). The show runs water taxis and free shuttles between venues. We drive you to the show and back to your hotel, marina or airport.
Ultra Music Festival
Ultra is at Bayfront Park, 301 N. Biscayne Blvd, in downtown Miami. The festival says there's no parking at the site and points guests to Tri-Rail, Metrorail and Metromover. For a group, a Sprinter with a pickup point agreed in advance keeps everyone together.

Book in three steps
Booking for someone else? Choose "Booking for someone else" and enter the passenger's name and phone number. The passenger doesn't get an automatic message. Confirmations go to you, and the concierge uses the passenger's details to coordinate the pickup.

Choose a vehicle, see the complete trip price and send your request. Your card is saved, not charged. Sprinters and coaches get a written quote.

Artisan confirms your ride and charges the price you accepted. Your chauffeur meets you at the address, or at the airport on your actual arrival time.

The stadium lists rideshare (in a separate lot, about a 25-minute walk), Park & Ride shuttles and Uber Shuttle after events. Brightline runs shuttles from Aventura for eligible event trains; check your event and train before booking. A chauffeured car takes your group from your door, with a pickup point agreed before the day.
Can I take an Uber to Hard Rock Stadium?
Yes, to the stadium's rideshare lot. Hard Rock Stadium says to expect surge pricing and extended wait times. With Artisan, sedan and SUV fares have no surge pricing and you see the price before you book.
Is a limo cheaper than Uber?
It depends on the trip, the time and how many people are riding. A ride-app price is set when you request and moves with demand. With Artisan, you see the full price before you book. For a group, one SUV or Sprinter is priced per vehicle, not per person.
Do you have party buses?
We don't use stretch limousines or party buses. For groups, we use Sprinters (about 8 to 17 passengers depending on layout), and Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches for larger groups.
Do prices go up on event nights?
No. Sedan and SUV fares have no surge pricing on holidays, event nights or in bad weather. Sprinters and coaches are priced by written quote.
Will the chauffeur wait during the event?
On an hourly booking, yes: your chauffeur stays nearby for the hours you book, with a 3-hour minimum. If the night runs long, extra time is billed in 30-minute steps, approved by you and dispatch, subject to availability.
Can we cancel?
Standard confirmed transfers get a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, any refund is at Artisan's discretion. Group programs use 7 days.
