Wedding car rates
Sedan and SUV rates have no surge pricing, so a Saturday in peak wedding season costs the same as any other day. Required trip costs are included, and gratuity is optional. Sedans seat 2 passengers with 3 bags; SUVs seat 6 passengers with 6 bags.

Guest transportation
Guest transportation between hotels and the venue
When guests are staying at one or two hotels, a coach loop gets them to the ceremony together and back after the reception, with no one driving home. A Mini Coach carries up to 24 passengers and a Motorcoach up to 56. Tell us the hotels, the venue and the times, and we quote the loop in writing. Airport guests
Airport rides for wedding guests
Out-of-town guests flying into Miami International (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale (FLL) can book a sedan or SUV from the airport to the hotel. We track each flight. Domestic arrivals in a sedan or SUV include 60 minutes of waiting and international arrivals 90 minutes, counted from wheels-down. For Sprinters, vans and coaches, waiting is set in the written quote. Paying for a guest's ride? Book it for them.
Booking for someone else? Choose "Booking for someone else" and enter the passenger's name and phone number. The passenger doesn't get an automatic message. Confirmations go to you, and the concierge uses the passenger's details to coordinate the pickup.

How long should we book the car for?
Hourly bookings start at 3 hours. Add up the time from the first pickup to the last drop-off, including photos and travel between venues. If the day runs long, extra time is billed in 30-minute steps, approved by you and dispatch, subject to availability.
Do you have stretch limos?
We don't use stretch limousines or party buses. For the wedding party, we use Limo Sprinters, which carry about 8 to 17 passengers depending on layout.
What is a wedding shuttle?
Many couples call it a wedding shuttle. With Artisan, it's guest transportation: a Mini Coach or Motorcoach booked for your wedding that runs guests between their hotels and the ceremony and reception, so guests arrive together and nobody has to drive or park.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as your date and venues are set. Sprinters and coaches are subject to availability, and group vehicles need a written quote.
Is gratuity included?
With Artisan, gratuity is optional. Required trip costs are already included in the price you see before you book, so there's no service charge added on top. Ask any other company whether gratuity is included or added automatically.
Can we cancel?
Every wedding booking, in any vehicle, gets a full refund when you cancel at least 7 days before the first pickup. Inside 7 days, any refund is at Artisan's discretion. Standard confirmed transfers outside a wedding get a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, any refund is at Artisan's discretion. Group programs use 7 days.
