Sprinter Van Rental Miami

Arrange a chauffeured Sprinter for a Miami airport arrival, cruise group or shared itinerary. Artisan’s service includes a driver, rather than self-drive van rental. Request an Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinter, or a regular Mercedes passenger van, with the seating and luggage reviewed together.

Reserve your ride

Enter your passengers and bags in the main booking form, then choose an available matching Executive Sprinter, Jet Sprinter, Limo Sprinter or Mercedes Passenger Van to request a written quote. Include every leg and boarding need. A request does not hold a vehicle.

Chauffeured Sprinter and Mercedes van pricing

Request a group vehicle in the main booking form. The written offer identifies the actual cabin, approved passengers, luggage fit, itinerary and complete required price before acceptance.

  • Request the available group class in the main booking form. Describe a Limo Sprinter, a regular Mercedes van or a specific cabin in the request, and contact Artisan if the selector does not offer the configuration you need.
  • Do not infer a Sprinter fare, hourly minimum or extension price from the sedan and SUV tables. Review the actual group-vehicle offer, required trip costs and cancellation terms before acceptance; gratuity is optional.
  • A request is not a reservation. The available vehicle, seating, luggage space and operational arrangement must be confirmed in the accepted offer.

Three Sprinter configurations, three different cabins

Compare the Executive, Jet and Limo cabin layouts. Your written offer confirms the actual vehicle, seats, luggage space and any essential features for your trip.

Cabin choices

Choose the configuration around your group

Executive, Jet and Limo Sprinters are different requested cabin arrangements. Start with how many people travel together and whether seats, room per traveler or an event-style interior matter most. Specify any essential cabin feature; the class name does not promise a particular model, amenity or seating layout.

The ranges below are for planning. The written offer confirms the available vehicle, its approved passenger count and luggage fit. A 17-passenger Limo Sprinter needs a specifically confirmed vehicle and suitable operator; it is not the capacity of every Sprinter or Mercedes van.

Chauffeured cabin and passenger planning ranges
Requested configurationPassengers for planningReview before accepting
Executive SprinterAbout 13Actual seats and bag space for the full group.
Jet SprinterAbout 8–10Approximately 4–6 bags maximum; confirm cabin layout and bag sizes.
Limo SprinterAbout 8–17 by specific vehicleApproximately 4–6 bags maximum; confirm approved seating and luggage fit.

People, bags and access

Count the luggage as carefully as the passengers

Send the number and size of checked bags and carry-ons, plus strollers, instruments, golf equipment or other oversized items. For a cruise, include the luggage carried by everyone on the return as well. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry approximately 4–6 bags maximum, depending on the configuration. Six bags is a planning ceiling, not a guarantee that six large cases fit. A cabin’s maximum passenger count does not establish suitcase capacity; another layout or more than one vehicle may be needed.

Describe boarding assistance, step-height concerns and mobility equipment before accepting a vehicle. Say whether a device folds and whether the traveler can transfer to a vehicle seat. A ramp or lift is not included simply because the request says Sprinter. Venue accessibility and vehicle accessibility are separate arrangements.

Artisan’s current child-seat option requires an SUV. Do not assume a Sprinter quote includes an appropriate restraint or an approved installation position. Give each child’s age, weight and height and the required restraint so a suitable arrangement can be reviewed in advance.

For MIA, FLL or the Palm Beach airport, now DJT and formerly PBI, provide each flight number, local date, terminal where known, passenger group and bag load. Explain who must travel together. Different terminals, customs clearance or flights several hours apart may require separate pickups instead of one van waiting for everyone.

Follow the reservation’s meeting instructions for the actual group vehicle. A published taxi or ride-app collection point is not automatically the correct location for a prearranged van. Keep a reachable group contact and notify the concierge if baggage, clearance or a flight change affects readiness.

For an Opa-locka private-flight connection, supply the FBO and address, flight or tail reference and flight-team contact. Confirm the boarding point and access permissions; aircraft-side collection is not an automatic feature of a Sprinter booking.

Cruise groups

Name the ship and terminal before planning the van

PortMiami and Port Everglades are different ports. Provide the actual port, cruise line, ship, sailing date and terminal from the cruise documents, plus the group’s hotel or arrival flight. State the embarkation appointment or latest required arrival, and allow for the full airport arrival process when connecting from a flight.

For the return, give the debarkation date, next destination and time the group expects to be ready after leaving the ship, retrieving luggage and completing any clearance. A ship’s arrival time is not the passenger-ready pickup time. Confirm the current terminal meeting instructions and keep the group contact reachable.

A return transfer covers its agreed leg. It does not reserve the vehicle through the cruise or keep it available for an unplanned excursion. Add hotel stops and any different return group in the request so the actual vehicle and offer can be reviewed.

Teams and retained time

Choose one shared transfer or a reserved service window

For a transfer, give the agreed pickup and final address with any intermediate stops. Request hourly group service when the van must remain reserved between meetings, a meal or event activities. List the start, finish and time needed at each stop; the reviewed offer specifies its reserved hours and extension terms.

For a Miami Beach Convention Center group, include the event, hall and organizer’s permitted arrival and departure meeting points. The venue publishes directions and accessibility information, but neither grants the van permission to load at every entrance nor confirms its boarding equipment.

If team members travel in separate waves, show each group and departure time. Multiple pickups can need more than one vehicle. A wider South Florida program should identify all Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach County addresses before acceptance, rather than assume that one Miami transfer covers the whole day.

Quote and confirmation

Request the actual group arrangement in the booking form

Enter the passenger and bag count, then select a matching group vehicle offered in the main booking form. Executive Sprinter, Jet Sprinter, Limo Sprinter and Mercedes Passenger Van choices depend on the party size and luggage fit. Include the preferred cabin, passengers and bags, boarding requirements, complete addresses, local times and every return leg. Availability and the final seating and luggage arrangement must be confirmed.

The written offer identifies the actual vehicle arrangement, itinerary, required transportation total, waiting or extension terms and payment terms. Optional gratuity is separate. Before accepting, check any equipment requirement, meeting point and the full load rather than relying on a passenger maximum alone.

The initial group quote request does not collect a card, hold a vehicle or confirm a reservation. Acceptance and payment follow the written offer’s terms; a request acknowledgement is not confirmation. Changes to the group, bags, time or destinations can affect availability and price and must be reviewed. Standard confirmed bookings use a 48-hour full-refund window; group programs and other large or event bookings use seven days before the first pickup. Refunds inside the applicable window can be partial or zero, and different terms must be disclosed and accepted before payment.

Miami Sprinter and passenger-van questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Is the Miami Sprinter rental chauffeured or self-drive?

Artisan arranges a chauffeured vehicle with a driver. This service is not self-drive van rental. Provide the itinerary and requested cabin through the main booking form for a reviewed group offer.

How many people can a Sprinter carry?

Planning ranges are about 13 for an Executive Sprinter, 8–10 for Jet, 8–17 for Limo by specific vehicle, and up to about 13 for a regular Mercedes passenger van. The offer must confirm the actual approved seats and luggage fit. Seventeen seats are not a promise for every Sprinter.

Can all passengers bring large cruise suitcases?

No. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry approximately 4–6 bags maximum, depending on the actual cabin and bag sizes. Six is a planning ceiling. Send checked bags, carry-ons and oversized items on both legs so the offer can confirm fit or propose another configuration or multiple vehicles.

Can a group travel from MIA or FLL to a cruise port?

Request the actual flight, group and luggage together with the port, ship, sailing date and current terminal. PortMiami and Port Everglades are separate destinations. The passenger-ready time, cruise arrival requirement and vehicle meeting plan need review.

Can we keep the Sprinter between meetings or activities?

Request an hourly group service window with a start, finish and ordered stops. A transfer or return transfer covers the agreed legs but does not retain the vehicle in between. The written offer confirms hours and extension terms.

Are child seats, a ramp or a lift included?

No automatic equipment promise applies. Artisan’s current child-seat option requires an SUV, so provide the children’s details for review. Describe any mobility device and boarding need; a suitable restraint position, ramp or lift must be specifically confirmed before accepting a vehicle.

Can I request a Sprinter for Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach County?

Include the full regional itinerary with every address, passenger group and bag load. The Miami service page can coordinate a reviewed South Florida journey, but availability, the actual cabin and all legs must be confirmed in the written offer.

How is a Miami Sprinter price confirmed?

Sprinters and passenger vans use the main booking form’s group quote route. The offer is based on the actual vehicle and itinerary and states the required total and applicable terms. Gratuity is optional. A request is not confirmation; acceptance and payment follow the offer.

What if the group size or itinerary changes?

Contact the concierge with the reservation reference and revised people, bags, times or stops. A different vehicle or extra time depends on availability and may change the total. Review any revised offer before accepting the new arrangement.
