Hourly Car Service Miami
Keep a chauffeur and vehicle reserved while your Miami day moves between appointments. Plan the pickup, ordered stops and finish together, whether you are meeting in Brickell, visiting Miami Beach or arranging several hotel and office stops.
Reserve your ride
Choose Hourly and 3–12 whole hours online. Include the ordered stops, appointment times and final address in your notes. A longer day or a journey beyond the local service area needs review before acceptance.

Hourly car service rates in Miami
Compare exact three- and four-hour sedan and SUV totals and approved half-hour extensions. Reserve the complete agreed local itinerary; group vehicles receive a written offer.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 3 hours | 4 hours | Approved 30-minute extension |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $360 | $480 | $60 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $432 | $576 | $72 |

| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $600 | $800 | $100 |
- 3-hour minimum. The online form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Review the complete price and itinerary before accepting.
- For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.
- Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval and is billed at the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before it is accepted. Group vehicles have their own written quote and terms.

Reserve the vehicle between appointments
Hourly service fits a day when you need the same reserved vehicle available between stops. A Brickell office meeting, a Coral Gables appointment and a Miami Beach dinner can be considered as one itinerary. Give the full sequence and the time you expect to spend at each stop so the service window matches the day.
For one airport-to-hotel journey, choose a point-to-point transfer. Two transfers can cover a planned outward and return journey without holding the vehicle while you are at the destination. If the finish time is uncertain or the vehicle must stay available, explain that before accepting the arrangement.
| Your day | Arrangement | Details to provide |
|---|---|---|
| One pickup and destination | Point-to-point transfer | Complete addresses, local pickup time and agreed stops. |
| Several stops with the vehicle retained | Hourly service | Stop order, appointments, waiting and final dropoff. |
| Team members on different schedules | Coordinated business itinerary | Who travels on each leg and who can approve changes. |
Hours and stops
Plan from the first pickup to the final address
Planning sources: Miami Beach Convention Center: directions and event approaches
Begin with the pickup address and Miami local time. Add every appointment in order, marking fixed arrival times and the expected time you will be ready to leave. Include the final destination, any hotel checkout and the luggage you will carry during the day. Driving and waiting during appointments both use the reserved hours.
The online hourly form accepts 3–12 whole hours. A longer day, overnight arrangement or multi-day schedule needs review. For Miami Beach visits, include the actual hotel or venue entrance rather than the neighborhood alone. Request a realistic window for the complete itinerary; an appointment deadline is not a guaranteed driving time.
Meetings and property visits
List each street address, building entrance and host contact. Allow for visitor check-in and the time you will spend inside.
Miami Beach events
Supply the event, hall and organizer’s current arrival instructions. At the Convention Center, its general address does not settle the passenger loading point.
A South Florida day
Show Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach County stops explicitly. A local hourly reservation does not automatically include every regional destination or a long-distance transfer.
Meeting between stops
Agree where to meet after each stop
Planning sources: Miami Beach Convention Center: directions and event approaches
Keep the traveler’s phone reachable and agree which entrance you will use when leaving. The chauffeur may need to wait away from a busy doorway or a restricted loading area. Send an update if you finish early, leave from another exit or change the next stop; being reserved does not permit the vehicle to remain at every curb.
For conferences and hotel visits, follow the organizer’s passenger-arrival instructions and confirm the return meeting point. The Miami Beach Convention Center publishes directions and parking approaches, but a garage entrance is not permission for a chauffeur pickup. Group size, luggage and boarding needs must suit the actual vehicle throughout the day.
Start at the airport
Connect an airport arrival to the booked hours
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: waiting within reserved hours and airport arrivals · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
An arrival followed by meetings needs flight details as well as the day’s schedule. Provide the airline, flight number, local arrival date and airport, then the first destination and all later stops. Agree when the hourly window begins and how an arrival change affects the finish before accepting the trip.
Follow the reservation’s meeting instructions at MIA or FLL. For Miami–Opa-locka Executive Airport, name the FBO and street address, flight or tail reference and a reachable flight-team contact. A private-flight arrival is not a commercial terminal pickup, and aircraft-side access must be specifically arranged.
Waiting within an hourly booking is part of the reserved hours. The complimentary arrival window for a separate airport transfer does not add another free block to an hourly day. Notify the concierge promptly about a rebooked flight, diversion or changed airport so the schedule can be reviewed.
Price and extensions
Review the reserved hours and any extra time
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, approval and payment terms · Artisan Limo: waiting within reserved hours and airport arrivals · Artisan Limo: cancellation and itinerary changes
The selected sedan or SUV class and reserved duration determine the hourly trip price. Review the selected class, booked duration and complete required trip total before submitting. Optional gratuity is separate. Group vehicles receive a written offer for the actual vehicle and itinerary rather than an assumed sedan or SUV hourly fare.
If an appointment runs late, contact the concierge before the booked finish. Additional time is subject to availability and approval and uses half-hour increments when agreed. A revised itinerary or price needs acceptance; an extra stop does not automatically extend the booking or reserve the vehicle for the rest of the day.
A submitted request does not confirm a reservation. For an eligible online-priced journey, the card is saved without a charge at submission; confirmation follows approval and successful payment of the accepted total. Standard confirmed bookings use a 48-hour full-refund window. Large or event programs use seven days before the first pickup; inside the applicable window, a refund may be partial or zero. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

Miami hourly car service questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeHow much luggage can a Jet or Limo Sprinter carry?
Jet and Limo Sprinters carry approximately 4–6 bags maximum, depending on the actual cabin. Give suitcase sizes, carry-ons and any equipment with your request. Six bags is a planning ceiling; the actual vehicle and storage fit must be confirmed in the written offer.
What is the minimum for hourly car service in Miami?
The sedan and SUV hourly minimum is three hours. The online form accepts 3–12 whole hours. Tell the concierge about a longer or multi-day schedule before accepting an arrangement; group vehicles have their own reviewed offer.
Does the chauffeur wait while I attend a meeting?
Yes, the vehicle remains reserved during the agreed hourly window. Waiting and driving both use those hours. The vehicle may wait away from a doorway, so agree a permitted meeting point and keep the traveler’s phone reachable.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: waiting within reserved hours and airport arrivals
Is hourly service better than booking two transfers?
Choose hourly when you need the vehicle retained between stops. Two transfers can suit a defined outward and return journey, but they do not reserve the vehicle during the appointment. Tell us if the finish time is uncertain.
Can my Miami hourly booking start at MIA or FLL?
Request the airport arrival and complete itinerary together, including the flight, local date, first destination and expected finish. The start of the hourly window and any flight-change adjustment must be agreed. Separate airport-transfer waiting allowances do not extend the hourly window.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: waiting within reserved hours and airport arrivals · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
Can I include Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach County stops?
List those addresses and the complete stop sequence before acceptance. Regional travel, a longer day or unusual routing needs review; the minimum local hourly booking does not automatically cover every South Florida destination.
How is extra hourly time handled?
Contact the concierge before the reserved window ends. An extension depends on vehicle and operator availability, requires approval and is agreed in half-hour increments. Review any revised total before accepting it.
Can a group reserve a Sprinter by the hour?
Yes, request the actual group vehicle, people, bags, stop order and service window through the main booking form’s quote route. The written offer confirms its available configuration, reserved hours and extension terms.
When is my hourly reservation confirmed?
A request acknowledgement is not confirmation. Eligible online-priced requests are approved before the accepted total is charged; confirmation follows successful payment. A quote-only group booking follows its accepted written offer and payment terms.
