How charter bus pricing works
Charter buses aren't priced from a fixed table. Each charter gets a written quote based on your date, the vehicle size, the hours, the route and any stops. Send us those details and we quote in writing. Group programs use a 7-day cancellation window.

Charters are priced by written quote for your date, vehicle size, hours and route. Send those details and we quote in writing. Ask any company you compare whether the driver's gratuity and other charges are included.
What's the difference between a coach bus and a charter bus?
A charter is the way you book: you hire the whole vehicle for your group and your schedule. A coach (or motorcoach) is the type of vehicle, a full-size bus with luggage bays. With Artisan, Motorcoaches carry up to 56 passengers and Mini Coaches up to 24.
How many people fit on a charter bus?
Up to 56 on a Motorcoach and up to 24 on a Mini Coach. For larger groups, we quote more than one coach.
Do you have party buses?
We don't use stretch limousines or party buses. For celebrations, we use Limo Sprinters, which carry about 8 to 17 passengers depending on layout.
Can we make stops along the way?
Yes. List every stop when you request your quote, and the quote covers your route and hours.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as your date is set. Coaches are subject to availability, and every charter needs a written quote.
Can we cancel?
Standard confirmed transfers get a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, any refund is at Artisan's discretion. Group programs use 7 days.
