Car Service Miami pricing
Use the full addresses, vehicle and agreed stops to review your trip price. The national class starting fares are not fixed prices for every city, hotel or airport journey.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
Destinations
The right entrance makes a Miami arrival simpler
Planning sources: Greater Miami & Miami Beach: cities and neighborhoods
Name the actual destination rather than just Miami. Brickell and Downtown hotel or office arrivals need a street address and the permitted loading entrance. A restaurant, residence and office in the same building may use different access points. Include the building or hotel name and any instructions supplied by your host.
Miami Beach is across Biscayne Bay from mainland destinations. Specify South Beach, Mid Beach or the exact hotel address; a Miami Beach stay is not the same pickup as a Downtown Miami stay. For Wynwood, Coral Gables or Doral, provide the actual venue and entrance instead of a neighborhood pin. The chauffeur arrangement follows the accepted addresses, not every destination in a neighborhood.
Business arrivals
The office or hotel address, entrance and traveler contact for Brickell, Downtown or Doral.
Beach stays
The Miami Beach hotel name and permitted pickup entrance, including the return destination.
Dinner & appointments
The actual venue, scheduled arrival and a separately agreed departure or hourly window.
Ride types
Choose a transfer for one journey, hourly for time between stops
A direct transfer suits one agreed journey between an airport, hotel, office, residence or venue. Include any planned stops when requesting the trip; a change after acceptance can change the arrangements and price. A round trip needs both pickup times and destinations.
Reserve hourly service if you want the vehicle between meetings, shopping visits or appointments. List each stop in order, the expected waiting and the final dropoff. Sedan and SUV hourly reservations have a three-hour minimum. A local itinerary and an extended intercity day are different arrangements, so describe the complete plan before acceptance.
Flights & cruises
From an arriving flight to the hotel or ship
For Miami International Airport, add the flight number, date, actual airport and onward address. International arrivals may involve immigration and baggage collection before the party is ready. Use the MIA page for the airport-specific handoff; a taxi or rideshare pickup instruction is not automatically your prearranged chauffeur meeting location.
For PortMiami, use the cruise line, ship and terminal from your sailing documents. Arrange the return around your passenger-ready time after disembarkation. If your flight uses FLL, state that explicitly: Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood is a different airport, and Port Everglades is a different port. For a private flight at OPF, provide the named FBO and coordinator.
Vehicles
Choose for your travelers, luggage and cabin preference
Compare Executive Sedan, Executive SUV, Luxury SUV and Luxury Sedan. Executive SUV is the Suburban class; Luxury SUV is the Escalade class. Select using both passengers and bags, including strollers, mobility equipment or oversized cases. A class label does not guarantee every make, configuration or suitcase combination.
Groups can request Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinters and regular Mercedes passenger vans in the same booking form. Larger group vehicles also receive a written offer. State the cabin preference and full luggage count so the actual vehicle can be approved; passenger capacity and luggage capacity must be considered together.
Business travel
An individual business ride or a recurring company arrangement
Begin a one-time executive ride in the booking form. When booking for a colleague, separate the traveler's contact from the person arranging the trip, and include the flight, hotel or office entrance. For several travelers arriving separately, provide a pickup plan for each arrival.
Use the corporate-account inquiry for recurring travel and billing or approval requirements. Account terms need review; sending the inquiry does not establish credit or confirm a vehicle. The corporate page explains the information to prepare for a company itinerary.
Travel needs
Include children and boarding requirements before choosing the vehicle
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat policy
Requested child seats require an SUV under Artisan's current policy and are subject to availability. Give each child's age, height and weight, the seat type and whether you will bring your own restraint. Child-seat availability must be confirmed; a larger group cabin does not by itself establish a suitable restraint arrangement.
Describe mobility equipment and any step-free boarding or transfer assistance you need. Requesting a particular vehicle class does not guarantee accessible equipment. Confirm the actual vehicle and boarding arrangement before relying on it.
Price & confirmation
Review the complete trip price and accepted arrangements
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: booking terms · Artisan Limo: wait-time policy · Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes
The actual itinerary, vehicle, selected options or reserved hours determine the price. Review the complete trip price in the booking form rather than assuming a fixed fare covers every Miami airport, beach or port journey. Required normal trip fees are included and gratuity is optional.
Submission creates a request for review. Check the fare or group offer, itinerary and terms before acceptance. Additional waiting, changed stops or extra hours can cost more. If your plans change, contact Artisan and obtain the revised arrangement rather than assuming the original reservation covers it.

Miami car service questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeHow do I book private car service in Miami?
Enter the pickup and destination, travel date, local pickup time, passengers and luggage. Choose a sedan or SUV, or request a group vehicle. Review the price or written offer and follow Artisan's approval and acceptance steps. The initial submission is a request, not a confirmed reservation.
Can I arrange a Miami Beach pickup as well as a Downtown trip?
Yes. Provide the full Miami Beach hotel or venue address and its permitted entrance. Downtown Miami and Miami Beach are different destinations; list both when the itinerary crosses between them. Include stops and any reserved waiting in the request.
Planning sources: Greater Miami & Miami Beach: cities and neighborhoods
Should I choose a direct transfer or hourly chauffeur service?
Choose a transfer for one agreed journey. Choose hourly when the chauffeur and vehicle should remain available between local stops. List the entire stop order and end time; sedan and SUV hourly reservations have a three-hour minimum.
Can I book from FLL to a Miami hotel or PortMiami?
Enter FLL as the actual pickup airport and the full Miami hotel or PortMiami terminal as the destination. Include the flight and, for a cruise, the ship and boarding details. This is a different itinerary from a MIA arrival or a Port Everglades transfer.
Who do I contact if I cannot find my booked vehicle?
Call (888) 885-1296 with your booking reference, exact pickup location and traveler’s phone number. If arriving at an airport, include the terminal and follow the confirmed meeting instructions. Send written trip changes to bookings@artisanlimo.com; a changed meeting or itinerary must be confirmed.
Do Sprinter arrangements include a chauffeur?
Yes. Artisan's Sprinter and Mercedes passenger-van service is chauffeured transportation, not a self-drive rental. Request the group vehicle in the main booking form; the written offer identifies the actual cabin, capacity, luggage fit and complete required price.
Can I request child seats?
Request the seat types and children's age, height and weight at booking. Requested child seats require an SUV and are subject to availability. If bringing your own restraint, say so in advance. The actual vehicle and restraint plan need confirmation.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat policy
Does my trip price include gratuity?
Gratuity is optional. Review your actual trip price, including the required normal trip fees, rather than assuming one fixed fare applies to every Miami route. Accepted itinerary changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Can I change or cancel a Miami reservation?
Contact Artisan with the reservation and requested change. The cancellation window and any charges depend on the service and accepted terms; last-minute changes can require a revised vehicle or price. Review the cancellation policy and your confirmation rather than assuming every trip is fully refundable.
