Port Everglades Transportation pricing by vehicle class
Price the actual hotel or airport-to-terminal itinerary. These class starting fares are not flat port fares, a cruise waiting allowance or a guaranteed flight connection. Group vehicles receive a written offer.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
Before departure
The correct Port Everglades terminal for your ship
Planning sources: Port Everglades: embarkation and disembarkation guidance
Provide the cruise line, ship, sailing date and terminal when assigned. Port Everglades advises following the cruise line’s check-in time and uses wayfinding with ship names and terminal assignments. Recheck the actual sailing rather than assuming a line always uses one terminal.
Port Everglades is a different destination from PortMiami. Confirm the port on your sailing documents before choosing the pickup and route. Include a return reservation separately, with its own terminal, time and onward address, since the return plan can differ from embarkation.
Documents within reach
Port Everglades security and cruise documents
Planning sources: Port Everglades: photo ID, cruise documents and security · Port Everglades: embarkation and disembarkation guidance
Port Everglades’ official security guidance requires cruise guests and visitors age 18 and older to carry a government-issued photo ID and cruise documents at the security checkpoints. Keep these with your party rather than packed in checked luggage. Follow the cruise line’s separate travel-document requirements for boarding.
Vehicles may be screened and the entry process can affect timing. A booked transfer does not provide expedited security or permission to enter restricted port areas. Allow for the road journey, port entry and the ship’s assigned check-in window when choosing the car pickup time.
Flight to cruise
FLL or MIA to Port Everglades
Specify the airport you are actually using. FLL and MIA are different starting points; a Miami hotel stop or a Miami Beach stay should be listed as part of the itinerary. Supply the airline, flight number, local arrival date and the cruise check-in deadline together.
Allow for baggage, any immigration formalities, the road journey and security at the port. Airport proximity does not make scheduled landing the passenger-ready time or guarantee a same-day connection. For the return to a flight, work back from airline check-in and bag-drop requirements as well as the cruise line’s disembarkation plan.
Before your sailing
Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood hotel to the port
Enter the complete hotel, home or office pickup address and the time you want the car there. Add valet or entrance directions and every separate pickup or luggage stop. Work back from the assigned check-in time, allowing for traffic and port entry.
If you need the vehicle for shopping, appointments or a hotel stop before embarkation, request hourly service and give the addresses and time needed. A direct transfer does not reserve the car for the rest of the day. Include the port as the final destination so the full itinerary can be reviewed.
Ready ashore
Meeting the car after your Port Everglades cruise
Planning sources: Port Everglades: embarkation and disembarkation guidance · Artisan Limo: scheduled pickup and airport waiting
Choose a requested pickup using the cruise line’s disembarkation plan, allowing for leaving the ship, collecting bags and any clearance. The ship’s arrival time does not mean all passengers are released together. Provide a reachable traveler phone and use the confirmed terminal meeting instructions.
Contact the concierge as your party becomes ready and send an update if release, luggage or the terminal changes. Port pickup follows the accepted scheduled-pickup waiting terms; a flight’s airport-arrival allowance does not automatically apply. Review the onward destination and flight timing before committing to a close connection.
Fit the whole party
Port Everglades vehicles for cruise luggage and families
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requirements
Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Include checked luggage, carry-ons, strollers and mobility equipment so actual fit can be reviewed. Bags for a long cruise can require a different vehicle from a short hotel journey with the same passenger count.
For larger parties, request a Sprinter, coach or other group-vehicle quote within the main booking flow. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry approximately 4–6 bags maximum, depending on cabin and bag sizes; a full cruise group may need a different configuration. Child-seat requests require an SUV and allow up to two requested seats, subject to availability, with each child’s age, weight, height and configuration. The guardian checks final securement. Review the luggage and boarding arrangement before accepting the vehicle.
The accepted trip
Port Everglades fare, confirmation and cancellation
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: reservation, changes and cancellation
The accepted fare includes required normal trip fees for the agreed route and vehicle. Gratuity is optional. Additional stops, timing or terminal changes and waiting beyond the allowance can affect the total. Review every leg when the outward and return journeys use different airports or hotels.
An eligible reservation request saves a card without charging and does not confirm the ride. Approval of the exact accepted request and successful payment produce confirmation; revised offers require acceptance. Direct-checkout, invoice and deposit offers follow their stated payment terms.
No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard confirmed transfers qualify for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice before pickup. Group and event programs use seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window any refund is discretionary; different terms apply only when disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

Port Everglades transportation questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeWhat documents should I keep ready for port entry?
Port Everglades requires guests and visitors age 18 and older to have a government-issued photo ID and cruise documents at security. Keep these with your party, not in checked bags. Follow the cruise line’s additional boarding and travel-document requirements.
Planning sources: Port Everglades: photo ID, cruise documents and security
How do I know which terminal my ship uses?
Check the current sailing information from your cruise line and provide the ship, date and assigned terminal. Port Everglades uses ship-name and terminal wayfinding. Do not assume a line always uses the same terminal.
Planning sources: Port Everglades: embarkation and disembarkation guidance
Can I arrange FLL to Port Everglades?
Enter FLL as the actual airport and include flight, local arrival date, passengers, luggage and cruise check-in time. Allow for airport formalities, the transfer and port entry; a nearby airport does not guarantee a connection after a delayed flight.
Can I also start at MIA or a Miami hotel?
Yes, enter the complete actual pickup location and include hotel or luggage stops before the port. MIA, Miami Beach and FLL are different starting points, so review the accepted itinerary for your specific journey.
Should I arrive before the cruise line’s assigned check-in time?
Port Everglades advises following the assigned check-in time and avoiding early arrival. Plan the car pickup around the road journey and entry process, while following your sailing’s current instructions.
Planning sources: Port Everglades: embarkation and disembarkation guidance
When should I contact the car after disembarking?
Keep the traveler’s phone reachable and update the concierge as your party finishes leaving the ship, collecting bags and completing clearance. Follow the confirmed terminal meeting plan. A ship’s arrival time is not a universal passenger-ready time.
Does a cruise return have 60 or 90 minutes of airport waiting?
No. Standard sedan and SUV port transfers include 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time, not an airport wheels-down allowance. Group vehicles follow their accepted written offer. Contact the concierge promptly if disembarkation delays the party’s readiness.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: scheduled pickup and airport waiting
How should a larger group choose the vehicle?
Provide every passenger and bag, including bulky equipment. Sedan/SUV fit limits differ, and Sprinters, coaches or other group vehicles are quoted through the main booking flow. Confirm the actual seating and luggage arrangement; requested child seats require an SUV.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requirements
Can I cancel a confirmed port transfer?
Standard confirmed trips have a full-refund notice window of at least 48 hours before pickup; group and event programs use seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window any refund is discretionary. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation, and written accepted exceptions may apply.
