Hourly service has a 3-hour minimum. The chauffeur waits between your stops inside the booked time. Extra time is billed in 30-minute steps at the same rate, approved by you and dispatch, subject to availability. Point-to-point rides include 15 minutes of waiting at the pickup address.

Booking for someone else? Choose "Booking for someone else" and enter the passenger's name and phone number. The passenger doesn't get an automatic message. Confirmations go to you, and the concierge uses the passenger's details to coordinate the pickup.

Should I tip my chauffeur?
With Artisan, gratuity is optional. Required trip costs are already included in the price you see before you book, so there's no service charge added on top. Ask any other company whether gratuity is included or added automatically.
Can I cancel?
Standard confirmed transfers get a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, any refund is at Artisan's discretion. Group programs use 7 days.
