Hourly or transfers

Reserve time when the vehicle needs to stay available

Hourly service suits a day with several stops and an agreed vehicle window: a Downtown hotel pickup, a Midtown appointment and a Buckhead dinner, for example. Point-to-point service suits one direct journey. An outward and return transfer can cover two planned trips without holding a vehicle during the appointment.

Hours and stops

Plan from the first pickup to the last destination

Sedan and SUV hourly service has a 3-hour minimum, with 3–12 whole hours selectable online. Start with the pickup address and Atlanta local time. Add each destination in order, the required arrival time and how long you expect to stay, then the final dropoff address.

Include luggage after hotel checkout, building check-in and any boarding needs. A neighborhood alone is not enough for an office or venue pickup: provide the street address and passenger entrance. Let us review a distant destination, longer day or multi-day plan before acceptance rather than treating a local hourly reservation as unlimited travel.

Driving and waiting

Use the same reserved window between appointments

For an approved local itinerary, the hourly arrangement covers the vehicle, chauffeur, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved period, together with required trip costs. Time spent in a meeting uses the booked hours just as driving does. Those same waiting minutes do not receive a second point-to-point waiting charge; gratuity is optional.

Agree which exit you will use and keep the passenger phone reachable. The vehicle may have to wait away from a doorway or restricted curb. If a meeting ends early or you leave through another entrance, communicate the change before walking out to find the car. For convention visits, use the organizer's current passenger-loading plan.

Airport start

Join an ATL or PDK arrival to the day's itinerary

For an ATL arrival followed by appointments, provide the operating flight, local arrival date, first destination and complete stop plan. For PDK, add the named FBO, address and flight or tail reference. Agree the hourly start, expected finish and meeting instructions as part of the arrangement.

Notify the concierge of a rebooked flight, diversion or different FBO. A separate airport transfer's complimentary waiting allowance does not add another free block to an hourly day. Driving and waiting after the agreed hourly start use the reserved time, and a changed service window needs review.

Extra time

Agree an extension before the reserved finish

Tell the concierge as soon as an appointment may run late. Additional sedan or SUV time is subject to availability and approval, in 30-minute blocks at the selected class's hourly rate. Review the revised arrangement and price before accepting extra service; a booked vehicle is not automatically reserved beyond its finish.

Your card remains securely on file for the reservation. Additional service may be charged only under the accepted payment authorization and recorded approval; you receive notice and a receipt for each charge. Group vehicles use the hours and extension terms in their accepted written offer.

Confirm the plan

Know when the day is reserved

Review the vehicle, hours, itinerary and required total before submitting. Eligible online-priced requests save the card without charging it; confirmation follows approval and successful payment of the accepted reservation. Group vehicles receive a reviewed offer with their applicable payment terms.

No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. A standard confirmed booking receives a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings require seven days before the first pickup. Inside the applicable window, a refund can be partial or zero. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted before payment.

Speak with the concierge
Can I hire a chauffeur in Atlanta for one hour?

Sedan and SUV hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum. For one direct journey, compare a point-to-point transfer. Group vehicles follow the minimum and service window in their written offer.

Is waiting during a meeting included?

Yes. Waiting and driving within the agreed hourly window both use the time reserved. Waiting during those hours does not receive a second point-to-point waiting charge. Approved service beyond the finish is additional.

Can I change the stops during the day?

Tell the concierge about a changed destination or timing. Ordinary local stops in the approved itinerary and reserved hours are covered; a material change, distant destination or extra time needs review and approval of any revised arrangement.

Does the chauffeur wait outside every building?

The vehicle remains reserved during the booked window, but it may need to wait away from a doorway. Agree a permitted meeting point and keep your phone reachable. A reservation does not authorize waiting in a restricted loading area.

Can hourly service begin with an airport pickup?

Yes, request the arrival and whole itinerary together. Provide the ATL flight or PDK FBO details and agree the hourly start and finish. Separate transfer waiting allowances do not extend the reserved hourly window.

What if my meeting runs beyond the booked hours?

Contact the concierge before the finish. An extension depends on availability and approval, with sedan/SUV additional time billed in 30-minute blocks at the accepted class hourly rate. Group offers state their own terms.

Can I book a Sprinter for an hourly itinerary?

Enter the actual passengers, bags, stop order and service window in the main booking form, then select the matching available group quote card. Its written offer confirms the configuration and hours. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry approximately 4–6 bags maximum, depending on the cabin and bag sizes; actual fit must be confirmed.
