The current DeKalb County airport directory lists Atlantic Aviation, AeroCenter Atlanta and Signature Aviation as PDK fixed-base operators. Each facility has its own address and passenger meeting arrangements. Give the named FBO from your flight team rather than entering only ‘PDK’ or the airport administration address.

AeroCenter’s current location page identifies the facility formerly known as Epps Aviation. If your flight paperwork still uses the older name, confirm the terminal with the flight team before the journey. The addresses below are official facility references, not a promise that every car can load at every entrance.

Provide the tail number or flight reference, expected local arrival time, FBO name and a reachable flight-team or traveler contact. Add the final destination, passenger and bag counts, and whether the party needs a direct transfer or reserved time for appointments. Tell us if members of the party arrive separately.

Send a revised ETA, tail number, airport or FBO as soon as your flight team changes the plan. The updated information lets the ground itinerary be reviewed; a change of airport or route may affect availability and the accepted price. Do not assume a booking at one PDK facility follows the flight to a different airport automatically.

Meeting inside the FBO, at a designated passenger curb or closer to the aircraft depends on the facility, security rules and assigned operator. Confirm the permitted arrangement in advance. An FBO advertising ramp-side vehicle access does not guarantee plane-side access for your booked vehicle.

Use the full hotel, residence or office address, including a separate guest entrance where needed. For Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs or Alpharetta, name the actual property rather than the district alone. Include a stop for another traveler or baggage collection if it forms part of the journey.

A direct transfer suits one agreed destination. For meetings across Atlanta, request hourly service and list the addresses, appointment times and final departure in order. If the itinerary ends at PDK, include the return FBO and the flight team’s required arrival time. If the next flight leaves from ATL, give the actual airline terminal so the two airports are not confused.

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Declare oversized cases, sporting equipment and strollers before reserving. A passenger limit does not establish that every luggage combination fits.

For larger parties, select a suitable group vehicle in the existing booking form for a written offer. Executive, Jet and Limo Sprinters have different cabin layouts, as does a Mercedes passenger van. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most, depending on configuration and bag size. Ask for the actual passenger-and-bag fit rather than choosing by the maximum seats alone.

Artisan-provided child seats require an SUV and can be requested in up to two positions, subject to availability. Supply each child’s age, weight, height and seat type. Explain mobility and access requirements before booking so the vehicle and FBO meeting plan can be confirmed together.

Review the complete price for the named FBO, route and vehicle. The accepted trip price includes required normal trip costs; gratuity is optional and requested extras are shown separately. An approved route change, added stop or additional waiting can affect the total. The accepted written offer or confirmation states the waiting allowance and any different terms for your trip.

An eligible reservation request saves your card without charging it and is reviewed before confirmation. Approval of the exact accepted request is followed by payment of the accepted total; confirmation follows successful payment. Any revised offer needs your acceptance first. Group vehicles and accepted invoice, deposit or direct-checkout offers follow their stated payment terms.

Standard confirmed bookings have a 48-hour notice window for a full cancellation refund. Inside that window refunds are discretionary and may be partial or zero; group and event programs use seven days. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted before payment. Request a changed flight or itinerary promptly rather than treating the original ground booking as automatically amended.
