Atlanta Conventions & Events pricing
Use sedan and SUV hourly totals as a reference for reserved time. Group vehicles receive a written offer for the actual program. Review the vehicle configuration, full timeline and accepted price before confirmation.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 3 hours | 4 hours | Approved 30-minute extension |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $360 | $480 | $60 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $432 | $576 | $72 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $165 | $495 | $660 | $82.50 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $600 | $800 | $100 |
- 3-hour minimum. The online form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Review the complete price and itinerary before accepting.
- For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.
- Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval and is billed at the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before it is accepted. Group vehicles have their own written quote and terms.
Venue and entrance
Name the convention center, building and entrance
Planning sources: Georgia World Congress Center: February 2024 event planning guide · Georgia International Convention Center: driving directions and SkyTrain · Mercedes-Benz Stadium: parking and transportation · State Farm Arena: transportation
Georgia World Congress Center and Georgia International Convention Center are separate destinations. Supply the full venue name, event, building or hall and the organizer's current passenger-arrival instructions. A public parking entrance does not identify where a private car or coach may load.
For an airport-side GICC visit, consider whether the published SkyTrain connection fits the journey. GICC's directions start at the ATL Domestic terminal's west end and continue to Gateway Station; they do not describe a direct connection from the International terminal. A chauffeur can suit a hotel stop, luggage or a wider itinerary, with its pickup arranged separately.
| Destination | Give the organizer or concierge | Pickup consideration |
|---|---|---|
| Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) | Event name, building/hall and licensed event transport contact | Use the event-approved passenger loading and staging plan. |
| Georgia International Convention Center (GICC) | Meeting entrance and hotel or airport connection | Distinguish private-vehicle pickup from the Domestic-side SkyTrain route. |
| Mercedes-Benz Stadium | Event, entry/exit gate and group lead | Published app-rideshare zones do not establish chauffeur or coach access. |
| State Farm Arena | Event end plan, entrance and reachable passenger contact | Confirm the private pickup location; the general address alone is insufficient. |
People and vehicles
Build the schedule one movement at a time
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat requirements · Artisan Limo: requests, confirmation and payment terms
List the hotel departure, venue arrival, any off-site dinner and the final return separately. For each movement, provide the passenger count, pickup address, required arrival or ready time, lead traveler and luggage. Different sessions, flight arrivals or hotel checkout times can change the people and bags traveling together.
Choose a transfer for a defined journey, an hourly window when the vehicle must remain reserved, or a reviewed group program for multiple vehicles or timed movements. Include boarding and mobility requirements early so the actual vehicle and plan can be assessed; a class name or photograph is not an accessibility guarantee.
Cars and SUVs
Fit the travelers and luggage for each leg. Child-seat requests require an SUV, with the child's age, height and weight supplied in advance.
Sprinters and Mercedes vans
Choose the cabin for people and bags together. Jet and Limo Sprinters have approximately 4–6 bags maximum; storage depends on the actual configuration and bag sizes.
Larger groups
Request a mini-coach or motorcoach using the corresponding available quote card. The offer must confirm capacity, boarding needs, movements and the service window.
Airport arrivals
Keep flight arrivals separate from the venue timetable
Planning sources: Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport: ground transportation · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination
Provide operating flights and local dates for delegates arriving at ATL. Separate arrivals may need individual transfers before the group travels together from a hotel. For PDK, give the actual FBO and street address, flight or tail reference and flight-team contact. Keep bags after checkout in the vehicle plan for a venue-to-airport departure.
Allow for the passenger's arrival process before promising attendance at a session. Use confirmed airport meeting instructions, and notify the concierge about rebooked flights or changed airports. A flight change does not automatically change the venue reservation, waiting terms or group departure time.
Group loading
Confirm the venue's transport plan before assigning vehicles
Planning sources: Georgia World Congress Center: February 2024 event planning guide · Mercedes-Benz Stadium: parking and transportation
For a GWCC shuttle program, ask the event organizer for the approved terminal, loading and staging instructions. GWCC's published February 2024 planning guide places transportation-terminal use within the event arrangements and gives GWCCA Public Safety responsibility for shuttle traffic management. Confirm the requirements for your current event rather than treating a vehicle reservation as a staging permit.
Keep one organizer contact responsible for the approved plan and communicate any entrance or schedule changes. Give drivers the current passenger-loading instructions; an attendee's ticket, a nearby garage or an app-rideshare map does not establish access for a coach or private chauffeur.
After the event
Agree the return pickup before everyone leaves
Planning sources: Mercedes-Benz Stadium: parking and transportation · State Farm Arena: transportation
Set the expected finish, permitted meeting point and a reachable group lead before entry. Share that plan with the travelers. If the session or performance runs late, contact the concierge before the agreed pickup or hourly finish to review the change; the vehicle may be staging away from the entrance.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium publishes app-rideshare zones, while State Farm Arena provides its own transportation guidance. Use the instructions applicable to your confirmed private or group arrangement, not an assumed curb beside the exit. Ask about walking distance and boarding needs before confirming the plan.
Offers and changes
Review the vehicle, schedule and event terms together
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, confirmation and payment terms · Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes
Group quotes are requested through the main booking form: enter the real people and bag counts and select the matching available group card. The reviewed offer should identify the configuration, movements, reserved time, required total and payment terms. Gratuity is optional. Do not reduce the entered party or luggage just to display a smaller vehicle.
An eligible online-priced sedan or SUV request saves the card without charging it. Confirmation follows approval and successful payment of the accepted total. Group arrangements follow their accepted written offer; a request acknowledgement alone does not reserve the program. Material changes or extra service require review and approval of any revised price.
Group programs and other large or event bookings require at least seven days' cancellation notice before the first pickup for a full refund. Inside seven days, the refund may be partial or zero. A standard individual confirmed ride uses the 48-hour window. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted before payment; no cancellation fee applies before confirmation.

Atlanta convention and event transport questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeAre GWCC and GICC the same convention center?
No. Georgia World Congress Center and Georgia International Convention Center are separate destinations. Give the full venue, event, building or hall and current passenger-arrival instructions when arranging transportation.
Planning sources: Georgia World Congress Center: February 2024 event planning guide · Georgia International Convention Center: driving directions and SkyTrain
Can I reach GICC from ATL without booking a car?
GICC publishes a SkyTrain route from the Domestic terminal's west end to Gateway Station. That is not a direct International-terminal connection. Check the official directions against your actual terminal, luggage and itinerary; arrange private transport separately if your journey needs it.
Planning sources: Georgia International Convention Center: driving directions and SkyTrain
Can a coach use the GWCC transportation terminal?
Only under the applicable event and venue arrangements. The published February 2024 guide covers licensed event use and Public Safety management of shuttle traffic. Ask the organizer to confirm the current loading and staging plan; booking a coach does not itself grant terminal access.

Where will my chauffeur meet us after a stadium or arena event?
Use the permitted meeting point confirmed for your trip, with the expected finish and a reachable group lead. A venue's app-rideshare zone or parking address is not automatically the loading point for your private car or coach.
Planning sources: Mercedes-Benz Stadium: parking and transportation · State Farm Arena: transportation
Will a Sprinter fit our passengers and conference luggage?
Give passenger counts, suitcase sizes, carry-ons and equipment together. The available configuration must fit the complete load. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry approximately 4–6 bags maximum, with actual storage confirmed in the offer; a maximum passenger count does not guarantee space for the same number of suitcases.
What if our final session finishes late?
Tell the concierge before the agreed pickup or reserved finish. Extra time or a changed departure depends on availability and approval; an hourly vehicle uses its booked window and group vehicles follow their accepted offer's extension terms.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, confirmation and payment terms · Artisan Limo: waiting and additional hourly service
When should an event booking be cancelled for a full refund?
The standard policy requires seven days' notice before the first pickup for group programs and other large or event bookings. Inside that window, a refund may be partial or zero. Any different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation.
