Fort Lauderdale Airport Uber Pickup

At Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Uber and Lyft pick up on the lower level (Arrivals). Broward County, which runs the airport, lists the rideshare areas as near Terminal 2 (GTA-2), a temporary area for Terminal 1 just beyond the taxi podium (Zone Z), and the first floor of the southern Palm Garage for Terminals 3 and 4 (Zones A–D). Your app shows the exact zone after you request. Prefer to skip the app and the garage? An Artisan Limo chauffeur meets you at the curb or, with the $25 meet-and-greet, inside at baggage claim. You see the complete price before you book.

Where is the Uber pickup at Fort Lauderdale airport?

Uber's own FLL page (checked October 2026) gives slightly different zone letters: Zone H for Terminal 2 (exit across from Baggage Claim 3, turn left), inside the Palm Garage for Terminal 3 (head toward door 315 and cross the street), and Zone F for Terminal 4. Uber says the exact zone depends on your gate, arrival time, airport rules and construction, and that the app's directions show the exact spot. Follow the app and the "Ride Sharing" signs on the day.

Broward County's FLL ride-sharing page (checked October 2026) lists these pickup areas, all on the lower level (Arrivals):

Step by step

Step by step: getting Uber or Lyft at FLL

Drop-offs work differently: Broward County says ride-share drivers drop off on the upper level (Departures) outside the terminals.

  1. Go down to baggage claim

Follow the signs to baggage claim on the lower level (Arrivals), then follow the ride-sharing signs to your app's pickup area.

  2. Collect your bags, then request the ride

Uber and Lyft both route your pickup to an approved area.

  3. Follow the "Ride Sharing" signs to the area for your terminal

From Terminals 3 and 4, that means crossing to the Palm Garage.

  4. Check the car before you get in

Match the plate, the car and the driver's name in the app. Uber says not to accept trips from outside the app.

Uber Reserve

Uber Reserve at FLL

Uber says you can reserve an FLL pickup as far as 90 days ahead. For a reserved ride, Uber's page says UberX, Comfort and XL drivers wait 45 minutes after your flight's arrival before late fees apply, and Black and Premier drivers 60 minutes. You still walk to the rideshare area for your terminal.
