Car Service Fort Lauderdale pricing
Use the full addresses, vehicle and agreed stops to review your trip price. The national class starting fares are not fixed prices for every city, hotel or airport journey.
| Vehicle class | Starting from |
|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $155 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $185 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $235 |
- Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
- Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.
City & hotels
From your hotel entrance to the day's destination
Planning sources: Visit Lauderdale: meetings and groups
State the hotel, residence, office or venue and its street address. A beach hotel arrival and a Downtown appointment can use different entrances and loading arrangements. Include the entrance instructions provided by your host, the traveler contact and the time you need to arrive.
For a convention or meeting itinerary, list the venue and actual attendee entrance, not only the event name. Hotel shuttle offers and public transport are separate services with their own schedules and conditions; a private chauffeur request follows your agreed itinerary rather than a published shared-shuttle timetable.
Hotel arrival
Hotel name, street address, entrance and the arriving traveler’s contact.
Business appointment
Meeting address and required arrival, with waiting between stops if needed.
Beach or evening plans
The venue pickup location and agreed departure time, including the return destination.
Airport
Match the request to your actual airport
Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International is FLL. Add the flight number, arrival date and onward address, then follow the meeting instructions for your confirmed prearranged service. A rideshare or taxi location may not be the permitted pickup for the assigned chauffeur.
If you are flying through MIA instead, request MIA with the full Fort Lauderdale destination. For a departure, use the actual airline terminal and check-in requirements when selecting the pickup time. Airport choice and the time of day change the journey; no fixed drive-time claim replaces the complete travel schedule.
Cruise port
A hotel stay and a sailing need separate times
Planning sources: Port Everglades: passenger arrivals and departures
For Port Everglades, provide the ship, terminal, embarkation date and cruise line's check-in window. The port's entry and identification requirements apply even when you have prearranged transportation. Follow the current port and cruise instructions; a driver cannot replace the passenger's boarding documents.
A return transfer starts when your party can leave after disembarkation and luggage collection. The ship's scheduled arrival is not automatically your pickup time. PortMiami is a different port: if your documents name Miami, arrange that actual terminal instead.
Ride types
Decide whether you need the vehicle between stops
Point to point suits a single agreed transfer, such as a hotel-to-office or airport-to-hotel journey. State planned stops and both legs of a return request. Choose hourly when the chauffeur and vehicle should remain with the itinerary while you attend appointments.
Sedan and SUV hourly service has a three-hour minimum. Include the pickup, stop order, waiting and final address. A day traveling between Fort Lauderdale, Miami and the Palm Beaches needs the complete route reviewed; an ordinary local hourly arrangement does not automatically cover a materially different or extended intercity trip.
Vehicles & families
Count passengers and luggage before selecting a class
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child-seat policy
Choose Executive Sedan, Suburban-class Executive SUV, Escalade-class Luxury SUV or Luxury Sedan based on the full party and luggage. Include large suitcases, golf bags, strollers and mobility equipment. The actual vehicle must suit both the seating and baggage requirements.
For a group, request a chauffeured Sprinter, Mercedes passenger van or larger group vehicle in the main booking form. Group prices arrive in a written offer with the actual cabin and capacity. Requested child seats require an SUV under the current policy and remain subject to availability; include the children's age, height, weight and restraint type before acceptance.
Price & confirmation
Your itinerary, your trip price
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: booking terms · Artisan Limo: wait-time policy · Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes
The selected sedan or SUV class and itinerary determine the trip price. Do not assume one flat fare covers every FLL-to-hotel or airport-to-port journey. Review the price for your exact route or reserved hours and selected options. Required normal trip fees are included; gratuity is optional.
Artisan must approve the request and agreed details. Review the waiting and cancellation terms in the accepted arrangement. Excess waiting, extra hours or changed stops may cost more; contact Artisan before relying on a revised itinerary.

Fort Lauderdale car service questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeCan I arrange a Fort Lauderdale beach hotel pickup?
Yes. Provide the actual hotel and address, permitted entrance, pickup date, local time and destination. A neighborhood or beach name alone does not establish a meeting point; include the hotel's loading instructions when available.
Is FLL the same airport as MIA?
No. Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International uses FLL; Miami International uses MIA. Enter the airport shown on the arriving or departing flight and the full destination address. A request for one airport does not reserve a pickup at the other.
Can I arrange a hotel transfer to Port Everglades?
Enter the hotel pickup and actual ship terminal, cruise line, sailing date and check-in window. Follow the port's entry and identification requirements and arrange a return separately around the party's passenger-ready time.
Planning sources: Port Everglades: passenger arrivals and departures
Can I book a transfer from Fort Lauderdale to Miami?
Include both exact addresses and any stops in the request. A cross-city transfer differs from a local appointment ride or hourly itinerary; review the full accepted journey and price. Add the later return explicitly when needed.
Does hourly service keep the vehicle between appointments?
Hourly service reserves the chauffeur and vehicle for the agreed local time and itinerary, with a three-hour sedan and SUV minimum. Waiting between agreed local stops is part of that reserved time. Extensions or materially changed travel need review and approval.
How do groups request a Sprinter or coach?
Select the group vehicle in the main booking form and include passengers, luggage, cabin needs, vehicle count and schedule. A written offer identifies the actual vehicle and required price. No separate quote page is needed.
Is the booking confirmed when I send the form?
No. It creates a request for Artisan review. Follow the approval and acceptance steps and check the confirmed itinerary, vehicle and terms before relying on a reserved ride.

What happens if my plans change?
Contact Artisan with the requested change. Different stops, additional hours, another airport or a larger party may require a revised arrangement and price. Cancellation and waiting charges follow the policy and accepted reservation terms.
