Rates
Sedan and SUV rates have no surge pricing, so a Saturday in prom season costs the same as any other day. Required trip costs are included, and gratuity is optional. Sedans seat 2 passengers with 3 bags; SUVs seat 6 passengers with 6 bags.

Quinceañera and prom vehicles
We don't use stretch limousines or party buses. For a court of honor or a prom group that wants to arrive together, a Limo Sprinter keeps everyone in one vehicle.

Planning the quinceañera day
If the day runs long, extra time is billed in 30-minute steps at the same hourly rate, approved by you and dispatch, subject to availability.

List each stop: home or the salon, the church Mass, photos and the reception, with the times you expect.
Count your riders at each stop
The quinceañera and her parents, the court of honor, and any guests who need a ride.

An Escalade or S-Class for the quinceañera, a Limo Sprinter for the court, a Mini Coach for guests, as needed.

SUVs and sedans show their price before you book. Sprinters and coaches get a written quote.
Share the schedule
Send the final timeline, addresses and a day-of contact so the chauffeurs know where to be.
For parents
Prom night for parents
Parents can book the car and stay in the loop. Choose "Booking for someone else" and enter the rider's name and phone number. The rider doesn't get an automatic message. Confirmations go to you, and you can call the concierge with questions from 7am to 11pm ET. Plan the pickup address, the prom venue and the drop-off home, and book enough hours to cover the whole night.

Prom and quinceañera rules
Every prom booking, and every quinceañera ride with riders under 18, follows these rules.
An adult books
The person who books and pays must be 18 or older, usually a parent or guardian.
An adult rides along
At least one adult aged 18 or older, besides the chauffeur, rides with the group for the whole trip. We don't drive groups of minors without an adult on board.
No alcohol, drugs, smoking or vaping
If these rules are broken, the chauffeur can end the ride and no refund is given, as our Terms of Service explain.

Child seats are available in SUVs only, up to 2 per vehicle. Request them in advance with each child's age, weight and height. Child seats are subject to availability.

Do you have stretch limos or party buses?
We don't use stretch limousines or party buses. For groups, we use Limo Sprinters, which carry about 8 to 17 passengers depending on layout.
How long should we book the car for?
Hourly bookings start at 3 hours. Add up the time from the first pickup to the last drop-off, including photos and travel between the church and the venue.
How much should I tip the chauffeur?
With Artisan, gratuity is optional. Required trip costs are already included in the price you see before you book, so there's no service charge added on top. Ask any other company whether gratuity is included or added automatically.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as your date is set. Limo Sprinters are subject to availability and need a written quote.
Can we cancel?
Standard confirmed transfers get a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, any refund is at Artisan's discretion. Group programs use 7 days.
