For a single ride from one address to another, book point-to-point; your chauffeur waits 15 minutes at your pickup address.

What is a chauffeur fee?
With Artisan, the price you see before you book is the price for the vehicle and the chauffeur, with required trip costs included. There's no separate chauffeur fee, and gratuity is optional.
What is an executive car service?
A car service built for business travel: a sedan or SUV with a professional chauffeur, flight tracking for airport rides and company billing. Artisan offers company invoicing and cost centers on approved corporate accounts.
Is a limo cheaper than Uber?
It depends on the trip, the time and how many people are riding. A ride-app price is set when you request and moves with demand. With Artisan, you see the full price before you book. For a group, one SUV or Sprinter is priced per vehicle, not per person.
Can I keep the same chauffeur for several days?
Chauffeur continuity is available on request where possible. Tell us when you book, and we'll try to keep the same chauffeur for your trip.
Should I tip my chauffeur?
With Artisan, gratuity is optional. Required trip costs are already included in the price you see before you book, so there's no service charge added on top. Ask any other company whether gratuity is included or added automatically.
Can I cancel?
Standard confirmed transfers get a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, any refund is at Artisan's discretion. Group programs use 7 days.
