Dallas–Fort Worth Private Aviation Transportation pricing

Point-to-point starting fares
Vehicle classStarting from
Executive Sedan$135
Executive SUV — Suburban$155
Luxury SUV — Escalade$185
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$235
  • Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
  • Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.
  • Submit the named FBO and complete ground itinerary for Artisan approval. Include exceptional facility access, venue or multi-day requirements so the agreed arrangement and complete price cover your trip.

Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.

Dallas–Fort Worth private aviation uses distinct airports and passenger buildings. Ask the flight team which FBO will handle the aircraft and confirm its entrance before requesting the car. The ground-transportation arrangement does not choose the aircraft's airport, reserve handling or arrange aviation clearance.

At Addison, Atlantic Aviation, Million Air and Galaxy have different street addresses. Love Field's Signature facilities distinguish private Terminals 2, 3 and 4; name the actual terminal and obtain its passenger address. DFW Corporate Aviation is separate from commercial Terminals A–E. Meacham in Fort Worth uses FTW/KFTW rather than DFW.

Meacham · FTW/KFTW Modern Aviation and Texas JetConfirm named FBO and its passenger address

The City of Fort Worth's current Meacham directory lists Modern Aviation and Texas Jet. Modern Aviation publishes 251 American Concourse, Fort Worth, TX 76106; Texas Jet publishes 200 Texas Way, Fort Worth, TX 76106. Those are different passenger facilities, so the actual handling location matters more than an airport-administration pin.

Meacham's customs arrangements are directed by the airport and appropriate authorities. The flight team should communicate passenger release and the ground handoff after any required clearance. Published aircraft customs-ramp instructions are not authorization for a chauffeur to collect passengers beside the aircraft.

For an onward Fort Worth hotel, office, convention or event, provide the exact destination entrance and schedule. If the vehicle should stay through the visit, request the full retained window. The FBO's own crew amenities and operating hours are not promises about the booked car.

Provide the tail or flight reference, local date and ETA, handling FBO, passenger entrance and reachable flight-team and traveler contacts. Ask whether the confirmed handoff is at a lobby, designated landside area or another explicitly authorized point. Private-aircraft travel alone does not grant a car ramp access.

Signature's Love Field facilities publish different services, and Terminal 3 currently restricts its traffic to private commercial charter flights. The flight team must confirm that its handling location suits the aircraft operation. An advertised facility amenity or access option does not establish access for every ground operator or booking.

If aircraft-side collection is essential, request it early and have facility security and the actual operator arrangement confirmed. Keep a usable passenger meeting in the accepted plan. Aviation handling, customs clearance and their fees are separate from Artisan's accepted ground-trip terms.

Flight timing and waiting

Coordinate actual arrival when private tracking is limited

Private-flight tracking can be limited or restricted. Agree who supplies the latest ETA, actual wheels-down and passenger readiness when public information is unavailable. Send an airport, FBO, aircraft or local-date change promptly to bookings@artisanlimo.com or call (888) 885-1296; tracking alone does not approve a different ground itinerary.

National-rate sedan and SUV airport arrivals include 60 minutes domestic or 90 international from actual wheels-down. Deplaning, baggage and clearance use that allowance. Coordinate the timing source with the flight team; passenger release does not automatically restart the clock. Quoted group configurations follow their accepted offer's waiting terms.

An earlier arrival can be accommodated where reasonably possible, subject to availability. A late aircraft, diversion, changed FBO or extended meeting may affect the vehicle and accepted price. Additional service requires the disclosed price or calculation method to be approved before it is provided.

For a direct transfer, enter the Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Las Colinas or Fort Worth property and passenger entrance. For a car retained through appointments, give ordered stops, time at each location and final release. A transfer ends at its accepted destination; hours between meetings require retained service.

Sedans are planned for up to two passengers and three bags; SUVs for up to six passengers and six bags. Declare sports cases, garment bags, unusual dimensions, mobility needs and any child restraints. Artisan-provided seats require an SUV, with up to two requests subject to availability.

For a traveling team, request Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinter, a Mercedes passenger van or suitable larger configuration in the main booking form. Jet and Limo cabins carry only four to six bags at most depending on layout. The actual approved seats, all luggage and essential equipment are confirmed in the written offer.

Ground-trip confirmation

Confirm the car separately from the aircraft handling

The eligible online-priced sedan or SUV request saves a card without charging it at submission. Approval of the exact accepted ground trip and successful payment are required for confirmation; materially revised terms need acceptance first. Group configurations use the payment terms in their accepted written offer.

Required trip costs are included in the accepted national ground-trip total and gratuity is optional, with requested extras shown separately. Clarify any special facility-access condition or additional ground service before acceptance. Aircraft handling arrangements do not reserve the car or authorize changes to the accepted itinerary.

No cancellation fee applies before ground-trip confirmation. Standard confirmed rides have at least a 48-hour full-refund window before pickup; group, large and event programs use at least seven days before their first pickup. Inside the applicable window refunds may be partial or zero. Different terms must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

Dallas–Fort Worth private-flight transportation questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Which Dallas–Fort Worth private-flight facilities can I request?

Provide the actual handling facility at Addison, Love Field, DFW Corporate Aviation or Meacham for review. Name the FBO and passenger entrance rather than a generic airport pin. Availability and the usable handoff are confirmed for the ground trip.

Where is DFW Corporate Aviation?

The airport publishes 1816 North 24th Avenue, DFW Airport, TX 75261. It is a separate facility from the airline terminals, so enter that location and flight-team contact for a private-flight ground meeting.

Which Meacham FBO names and addresses are current?

The City directory lists Modern Aviation and Texas Jet. Their current published addresses are 251 American Concourse and 200 Texas Way respectively, in Fort Worth, TX 76106. Confirm the handling facility and passenger entrance with the flight team.

Can we choose any Signature private terminal at Love Field?

The flight team must confirm the actual handling terminal. Signature distinguishes Terminals 2, 3 and 4; Terminal 3 currently accepts private commercial charter flights only. A general FBO name does not establish the passenger entrance or appropriate aircraft operation.

Is aircraft-side pickup guaranteed?

No. Facility security must authorize it and the actual operator arrangement must be confirmed. Request it explicitly and keep an agreed lobby or landside handoff in the plan. A facility advertising ramp access does not guarantee it for every trip.

What if the private flight cannot be tracked publicly?

Supply the tail or flight reference and reachable flight-team contact. Agree how current ETA, actual wheels-down and passenger readiness will be communicated, and report a changed airport or FBO promptly.

How is included waiting measured for private arrivals?

National-rate sedan and SUV arrivals include 60 minutes domestic or 90 international from actual wheels-down, including deplaning, baggage and clearance. Coordinate the timing source if tracking is unavailable. Quoted group vehicles use their accepted written waiting terms.

Can the car remain for a Dallas–Fort Worth business visit?

Request hourly retained service with the first pickup, ordered stops and final release. Driving and waiting use the reserved window. For a team, the group offer specifies the actual vehicle, capacity, luggage and service window.

Does confirming the FBO also confirm the Artisan vehicle?

No. Aircraft handling and ground transportation are separate. Request the car, review the accepted ground terms and wait for confirmation after the required approval and payment. Sending the request alone does not charge or hold a vehicle.
