Wedding Transportation Dallas pricing
Compare sedan and SUV hourly totals for reserved time. Group vehicles receive a written offer for the actual program, with cabin fit, timeline and accepted price confirmed together.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 3 hours | 4 hours | Approved 30-minute extension |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $360 | $480 | $60 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $432 | $576 | $72 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $165 | $495 | $660 | $82.50 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $600 | $800 | $100 |
- 3-hour minimum. The online form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Review the complete price and itinerary before accepting.
- For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.
- Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval and is billed at the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before it is accepted. Group vehicles have their own written quote and terms.
Wedding timeline
Build the day around arrival deadlines and departure groups
List the couple, wedding party and guest groups separately, with the passengers on each local-date movement. Include preparation locations, hotel entrances, ceremony arrival deadline, reception, photo stops and final departure. A ceremony start time is not the time everyone should begin boarding.
Allow for dressing, boarding, mobility needs and venue access when choosing pickup times. Dresses, garment bags, gifts and luggage can change the vehicle fit. If one vehicle makes several trips, provide the complete sequence for review rather than assuming a fixed shuttle turnaround.
Name the planner or designated contact who can approve a delayed departure, new stop or extra time. The couple should not have to resolve a missing pickup address during the ceremony. Keep one accepted itinerary with current contacts and passenger counts.
Venue entrances
A Dallas wedding venue can have more than one arrival point
Planning sources: Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek: wedding spaces · Dallas Arboretum: distinct passenger entrances and parking addresses
Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek describes several wedding spaces, including the lawn and garden and Promenade and Pavilion. Confirm the entrance serving your actual celebration and the property-approved vehicle handoff. A named venue or hotel partnership should not be assumed to establish loading permission.
Dallas Arboretum publishes different entrance addresses: Entry 1 at 8525 Garland Road, Entry 3 at 8657 Garland Road and the parking garage at 8720 Garland Road. Those visitor directions demonstrate why the event team must specify the wedding's actual entrance and permitted passenger loading. A garage address is not automatically the couple's drop-off.
For a ceremony and reception at different properties, obtain both sets of directions, clearance limits and staging rules. Tell Artisan about valet queues, private roads or a larger vehicle that cannot use the ordinary porte-cochère. Venue access needs confirmation for the actual offered configuration.
Vehicle and group fit
Select for people, garments and luggage together
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations
For the couple or a smaller party, compare sedan and SUV travel with the declared load. Sedans are planned for up to two passengers and three bags, SUVs for up to six and six bags. Mention dresses, garment bags, bulky items and any feature that matters to boarding or the preferred cabin.
For the wedding party or guest group, request Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinter, a Mercedes passenger van or a suitable larger vehicle in the main booking form. Executive is planned around 13 passengers; Jet about eight to ten; Limo about eight to seventeen depending on layout; regular Mercedes passenger vans up to about 13. Confirm the actual seats rather than selecting by the largest possible range.
Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most, configuration dependent. Overnight guests traveling from the airport can need another layout or separately agreed luggage handling. Ask for the actual cabin and essential equipment; a configuration name or photo does not guarantee identical furnishings.
Out-of-town guests
Keep the airport arrivals separate from the ceremony schedule
Planning sources: DFW Airport: separate limousine and ground-transportation categories · Dallas Love Field: pickup-location change effective January 3, 2025 · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination · Artisan Limo: child seats and guardian responsibilities
For guests arriving at DFW or Love Field, enter each operating flight, local arrival date, passenger and luggage count and hotel address. Airports use different meeting categories. DFW's private-car handoff follows the confirmed terminal instructions; Love Field's current limousine pickup is Garage C Level One rather than the ride-app pavilion.
Guests landing on several flights may be better served by separate arrivals before a shared hotel departure. Baggage and any clearance take place after landing, so a flight ETA is not the time a guest can begin the drive to the ceremony. Report changed flights and airports promptly.
For children, Artisan-provided seats require an SUV, with up to two requested seats subject to availability. Supply age, height, weight and seat type. Declare any restraint brought by the family and have the guardian check final fit and securement before travel.
Reception returns
Agree the late departures before guests arrive
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service · Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation
Plan the couple's departure, guest return waves, destination hotels and final vehicle release separately. A one-way arrival at the reception does not include standby or an open-ended return. If the vehicle should remain through photos or the celebration, request the complete retained window.
Give the actual evening loading point and reachable planner contact. Venue roads, valet queues and closing arrangements can change the usable meeting after the event. Ask for mobility assistance, extra boarding time or a special vehicle requirement before the offer is accepted.
If the timeline moves, have the authorized contact request the extra service and review its price or calculation method before it is provided. More time depends on availability and the accepted arrangement, rather than an assumption that the vehicle is held indefinitely.
Offer and cancellation
Accept the full wedding arrangement, not just a vehicle name
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation · Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes · Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service
Use the main booking form for the trip and group preference. A written group offer should state the actual configuration, approved seats, luggage, itinerary, complete required price, loading conditions, waiting, service window and payment terms. The request does not charge a card, hold a vehicle or confirm a reservation.
For eligible online-priced sedan and SUV trips, the initial request saves the card without charging it. Confirmation follows approval and successful payment of the accepted total; material revisions need acceptance before charging. Keep the final accepted record for the planner and passengers.
Weddings, group, large and event programs have a full-refund window of at least seven days before the first scheduled pickup, unless different terms were disclosed and accepted in writing before payment. Inside the applicable window, a refund can be partial or zero. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation.

Dallas wedding transportation questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeWhat should our Dallas wedding transport plan include?
List the couple, party and guest groups by movement, local dates, exact venue and hotel entrances, ceremony arrival deadline, photo stops, reception return waves, all garments and luggage, and the planner authorized to approve changes.
Can one vehicle make several guest shuttle trips?
Request the complete movement sequence, passenger counts, loading points and timing for review. Road conditions, boarding and venue access affect the plan; a repeated shuttle schedule is not automatically included in one transfer.
Which entrance should we use for a wedding at Dallas Arboretum?
Ask the wedding team for the event's actual entrance and permitted passenger loading. The public visitor addresses differ for Entry 1, Entry 3 and the garage, and do not by themselves establish your wedding chauffeur handoff.
Planning sources: Dallas Arboretum: distinct passenger entrances and parking addresses
Can a Limo Sprinter carry the party and everyone's overnight luggage?
Only if the actual offered layout fits the declared load. Limo Sprinters are planned for about eight to seventeen passengers depending on vehicle, but bags are only four to six at most. More luggage can require another configuration or separately confirmed handling.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations
Are child seats available for wedding guests?
Artisan-provided seats require an SUV, with up to two requested seats subject to availability. Supply the child's age, weight, height and type. Declare personally supplied restraints; the guardian checks securement before departure.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: child seats and guardian responsibilities
Will the chauffeur wait throughout the reception?
Only when the retained service window is accepted. A one-way transfer ends at the destination. Agree the complete standby or a separate return pickup, with waiting and extension terms before the day.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service
What if our reception runs longer than planned?
Have the designated contact request the added service and review its price or calculation method before it is provided. Availability and the accepted service window apply; an open-ended extension is not guaranteed.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation · Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service
What is the wedding cancellation window?
The group or event full-refund window is at least seven days before the first pickup, unless different terms were disclosed and accepted in writing before payment. Refunds inside the applicable window may be partial or zero. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes
Does a wedding vehicle request reserve the car or van?
No. Review and accept the actual arrangement and its payment terms. Confirmation follows the required approval and payment; a request acknowledgement or a vehicle preference alone does not hold it.
