DFW Conventions & Events pricing
Compare sedan and SUV hourly totals for reserved time. Group vehicles receive a written offer for the actual program, with cabin fit, timeline and accepted price confirmed together.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 3 hours | 4 hours | Approved 30-minute extension |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $360 | $480 | $60 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $432 | $576 | $72 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $165 | $495 | $660 | $82.50 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $600 | $800 | $100 |
- 3-hour minimum. The online form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Review the complete price and itinerary before accepting.
- For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.
- Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval and is billed at the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before it is accepted. Group vehicles have their own written quote and terms.
Venue entrances
A convention address is the beginning of the arrival plan
Planning sources: Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas: access and construction · City of Fort Worth: Convention Center location · City of Fort Worth: current Convention Center expansion · AT&T Stadium: passenger zones and event parking
Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas publishes 650 South Griffin Street as its address and flags construction and road access planning. Provide the actual event hall, entrance and organizer's passenger-loading instructions, not just the main street address. An exhibitor freight dock is not automatically a passenger meeting.
Fort Worth Convention Center publishes 1201 Houston Street and is undergoing an expansion and modernization. Use the current event instructions and designated entrance for your dates. For a hotel or other meeting venue in Las Colinas, Plano or Frisco, ask the venue which passenger entrance and loading area can accommodate the offered vehicle.
Confirm height or length limits, permits, staging and any boarding assistance with the organizer before the offer is accepted. A parking map or app-rideshare zone does not establish permission for a Sprinter, coach or retained private car.

Movement plan
Divide the program into the movements people actually need
Start with the traveler list by local date, hotel and destination. Separate airport arrivals from hotel-to-venue departures and the return after the final session. If attendees arrive on different flights, explain whether one group should wait or whether separate transfers are more useful.
List the passengers and bags for each movement, not one headcount for the whole conference. A guest checking out before the last session may carry airport luggage on the hotel-to-venue and venue-to-airport legs. Include presentation materials or oversized equipment, while keeping freight and passenger transport requirements separate.
Agree the requested number of vehicles, departure waves, service windows and organizer contact. A shuttle program, one transfer and a vehicle retained on site are different commitments. Record who may authorize a delayed departure, additional stop or extra time.
Airport arrivals
Keep airport categories and flight groups clear
Planning sources: DFW Airport: separate limousine and ground-transportation categories · Dallas Love Field: pickup-location change effective January 3, 2025 · Artisan Limo: flight changes and arrival coordination · Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service
For DFW arrivals, provide the operating flights, actual terminals and reachable traveler contacts. Follow the confirmed private-car handoff rather than treating the taxi curb as the meeting for every vehicle. Love Field's current limousine pickup is Garage C Level One; app rideshares use a different pavilion arrangement.
For private-flight guests, use the named Addison, Love Field, DFW Corporate Aviation or Meacham facility and passenger entrance. Send the flight or tail reference, flight-team contact and changed ETAs promptly. Facility permissions determine any aircraft-side meeting.
Allow for deplaning, baggage and clearance before organizing a fixed convention departure. The meeting plan and accepted waiting arrangement should explain what happens if one traveler is delayed. A scheduled event start does not make airport clearance or road travel instantaneous.
Group vehicle fit
Choose the configuration after counting the full load
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle seating and luggage configurations · Artisan Limo: child seats and guardian responsibilities
Sedans are planned for up to two passengers and three bags; SUVs for up to six passengers and six bags. For a group, compare Executive Sprinter around 13 passengers, Jet around eight to ten, Limo around eight to seventeen depending on the actual layout, or a Mercedes passenger van up to about 13.
Jet and Limo Sprinters have only four to six bags at most, configuration dependent. An airport group with one checked case each can exceed that storage even when everyone fits in the seats. The written offer confirms the actual cabin, approved passenger capacity and declared luggage.
Mini Coach and Motorcoach options may suit a larger program, but exact storage, boarding, mobility equipment and venue clearance require review. Do not assume every vehicle has a lift, restroom, Wi-Fi or identical seating. Request the essentials before acceptance.
Arlington and returns
A post-event pickup needs more than the drop-off location
Planning sources: AT&T Stadium: passenger zones and event parking · Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service
AT&T Stadium publishes limousine drop-off in Lots 1 and 6, with limousine parking on Randol Mill Road and Cowboys Way requiring a limousine parking pass. Its bus and ride-app arrangements are separate. Confirm the event's rules for your actual vehicle instead of directing every group to a rideshare lot.
The stadium warns that passenger drop-off zones may be inaccessible for pickup after an event. Agree the return meeting, traveler contact and requested release window before arrival. A one-way drop-off does not include a vehicle waiting through the game or concert.
For any convention or venue, send a changed session finish promptly. If the vehicle is retained, review the whole reserved window and any approved extension. If it returns later, confirm a separate pickup and loading location that remains usable when crowds and road restrictions change.
Offer and terms
Review the complete event program before committing
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, accepted offers and confirmation · Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes · Artisan Limo: included waiting and additional service
Request the trip or group program in the main booking form. For quote vehicles, review the written offer's actual configuration, passenger and luggage limits, movements, price, loading conditions, waiting, return and payment terms. Sending the request does not charge a card, hold a vehicle or confirm the event transport.
Eligible online-priced sedan and SUV requests save the card without a submission charge; approval and successful payment of the accepted total are required for confirmation. A materially revised arrangement needs acceptance before charging, and added service requires the disclosed price or calculation method to be approved.
Group, large and event bookings have a full-refund window of at least seven days before the first pickup, unless different terms were disclosed and accepted in writing before payment. Inside the applicable window refunds may be partial or zero. There is no cancellation fee before confirmation.

DFW convention and event transportation questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeWhat details are needed for convention transportation in Dallas?
Give the event, local dates, actual hall and entrance, hotel addresses, passenger and luggage counts on every movement, permitted loading instructions and organizer contact. Separate airport arrivals, venue departures and returns in the accepted program.
Does the KBHCCD street address establish the pickup door?
No. The center publishes 650 South Griffin Street and highlights access planning during construction. Obtain the current event hall, entrance and permitted passenger-loading instructions from the organizer; a main address or freight dock is not a universal chauffeur meeting.

Can a Sprinter carry a whole team and its airport bags?

Planning sources: Artisan Limo: cancellation and changes
Does submitting a group request reserve the vehicles?
No. A request does not hold a vehicle or confirm service. Review the itinerary-specific offer and its payment terms; the accepted arrangement and required approval and payment establish confirmation.
