Domestic Terminal: step by step
The airport says the North Economy lot is the only designated rideshare pickup location at the Domestic Terminal, whether you land on the North or South side, and to expect about a five-minute walk (atl.com).
Arriving at the North side
From the Plane Train, follow the signs to North baggage claim. Take the elevator or the escalators between doors N2 and N3 down to the lower level. Exit through door LN1 and cross the crosswalk. Go into the parking deck and follow the orange signs and the marked path. Cross the crosswalk into the pickup zones.
Arriving at the South side
Collect your bags at South baggage claim if you checked any. Follow the "Rideshare" signs to the North side of the terminal. Take the elevator or escalator down to the lower level, then follow the same route: door LN1, the crosswalk, the parking deck and the pickup zones.
When to request
When to request your ride
The airport asks you to request your ride only once you reach the pickup zone. The pickup spots are for active loading only, and drivers can't park and wait there. The zones have numbered signs, so tell your driver your zone number (atl.com).
International
International Terminal pickup
At the Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal, follow the current rideshare signs on the arrivals level and the meeting point in your app. Confirm the pickup zone before requesting your ride. Atlanta-bound passengers come out into the arrivals hall after customs and baggage claim.
