Private aviation rides use Artisan's standard rate card. Each trip is priced for your FBO, destination and time. Required trip costs are included and gratuity is optional. Sedans seat 2 passengers with 3 bags; SUVs seat 6 passengers with 6 bags.

Pickup
How your private flight pickup works
Send the FBO and tail number, or your flight team's timing, and we coordinate your pickup. We confirm the meeting point at your FBO. If your arrival time or FBO changes, send the update to the concierge as soon as you have it. Airline flights are tracked in real time; for private flights, your flight team's timing is what we work from.

Artisan confirms your ride and charges the price you accepted. Your chauffeur meets you at the address, or at the airport on your actual arrival time.

Standard confirmed transfers get a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, any refund is at Artisan's discretion. Group programs use 7 days.
