  • For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.
  • Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval and is billed at the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before it is accepted. Group vehicles have their own written quote and terms.

The timeline

Build the wedding journeys before choosing the cars

List the people traveling on each leg: the couple, wedding party, family and guest groups may start and finish at different addresses. Give the preparation location, ceremony, reception, photo stops and hotel return, with the required arrival time and the car's pickup time separately.

Allow time for dressing, boarding, photographs and moving luggage. Tell us when a vehicle needs to wait and when it can finish. Identify the wedding planner or other contact who can approve a revised departure, an added stop or extra time while the couple is occupied.

  1. Before the ceremony

Preparation address, party roster, garments, photographer timing and ceremony arrival requirement.

  2. Between venues

Ceremony exit, photo stops, reception entrance and whether the vehicle remains reserved.

  3. The final departure

Guest waves, couple's departure, hotel destinations and the last agreed service time.

Cars and guest groups

Choose a couple's car and a vehicle for every guest group

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags. Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Count garments, overnight luggage and strollers as well as passengers. If clothing or boarding requires more space, describe it before accepting the vehicle.

For the wedding party or guests, compare Executive, Jet or Limo Sprinter, a Mercedes passenger van or a coach. Executive Sprinter is planned around 13 passengers; Jet about 8–10; Limo about 8–17, vehicle dependent; and Mercedes passenger van up to about 13. Jet and Limo configurations carry only four to six bags at most. Confirm the offered cabin and luggage together.

If children need Artisan-provided restraints, request an SUV in advance, subject to availability, with the age, weight, height and configuration for each child. Explain any own-seat or mobility-equipment requirements for a group vehicle before accepting. The guardian checks restraint fit and securement.

Transfers or retained time

Agree when each vehicle should stay and when it can leave

A direct transfer suits one pickup and destination at agreed times. Reserved hourly service suits a local sequence of preparation, ceremony, photo and reception stops when the chauffeur should remain available. Waiting while the party takes photographs or attends the ceremony uses the reserved time.

A guest program with several vehicles, pickup waves or days needs the complete schedule reviewed together. Give the last service time and the return destinations. A later departure or changed venue can affect availability and price; ask the designated contact to arrange the revision before the changed service.

Venue and hotel entrances

Confirm the wedding entrance and post-reception pickup

For a Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead or metropolitan-area venue, supply the full street address and the entrance approved for the booked vehicle. Ask the venue about loading space, vehicle-height limits, staging and road restrictions for the date. A general map pin may identify the building without identifying the wedding entrance.

Give a reachable venue or planner contact, and tell guests exactly where to meet after the reception. For several hotel returns, group travelers by departure wave and destination. Confirm whether a van or coach can wait on site or must approach when the party is ready; access and staging follow the venue's actual arrangements.

Arriving guests

Keep guest airport arrivals separate from the wedding-day schedule

For guests flying into ATL, list the actual flight, local arrival date, terminal, hotel and luggage for each group. Airport pickup and readiness differ from a scheduled hotel departure on the wedding day. Separate flight arrivals may need separate movements even when guests share a hotel.

For a PDK private-flight arrival, supply the named FBO, passenger entrance and flight-team contact. Keep the airport arrangements and ceremony deadline clear, with room for bags, clearance and the onward journey. No vehicle reservation guarantees a tight flight-to-ceremony connection.

Price and confirmation

Accept the actual itinerary, price and wedding terms

Review the vehicle class, dates, full route, service window and required price before accepting. Required normal trip fees are included in the accepted fare and gratuity is optional. Decorations, refreshments, specific interiors and venue access are included only when expressly confirmed in the arrangement.

A saved-card request does not charge the card or confirm a ride. Approval and successful payment of the accepted total confirm an eligible standard request. Group and multi-vehicle programs receive a written offer with their own payment requirements; a quote request alone does not hold the vehicles.

Wedding and other large or event bookings use a full-refund window of at least seven days before the first scheduled pickup. Inside that window, refunds are discretionary and may be partial or zero. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation, and different terms apply only when disclosed and accepted in writing before payment.

Atlanta wedding transportation questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Can I arrange cars for the couple and vehicles for guests?

Yes. List each party by pickup, destination, time, passengers and bags. A couple's sedan, wedding-party van and guest coach can have different schedules. A multi-vehicle program needs one reviewed itinerary and written offer.

Should I choose hourly service for the wedding day?

Request retained time if the same vehicle should stay through ceremony, photo and reception stops. A direct transfer suits a single journey. Include waiting and the final drop-off in the arrangement; extra time needs approval and depends on availability.

Which Sprinter is suitable for an Atlanta wedding?

Choose by actual seating, cabin preference and luggage. Executive is planned around 13 passengers; Jet about 8–10; Limo about 8–17 depending on the vehicle. Jet and Limo have only four to six bags at most. Confirm garments and overnight luggage as part of the load.

What should our wedding planner provide?

The full addresses and venue-approved entrances, required arrival times, passenger groups, bags, loading and staging instructions, final return plan and a reachable contact authorized to approve changes.

Can you collect wedding guests from ATL?

Request the flight, local arrival date, actual terminal, hotel destination, passenger and bag counts. Use the ATL pickup plan for the airport leg and a separate schedule for ceremony or reception travel. Guests on different flights may need separate movements.

Are decorations or a particular luxury car guaranteed?

List the requested vehicle, layout and any essential decoration or amenity before accepting. Only features and arrangements expressly confirmed in the written offer are included; a photograph illustrates a category.

What happens if the ceremony or reception runs late?

Have the designated planner or booking contact request the revised departure or extra time promptly. Waiting can consume reserved hours, and extensions depend on availability and the accepted additional-price terms.

When is wedding transportation confirmed, and what is the cancellation window?

Confirmation follows acceptance and the required payment under the offered terms. A request alone does not hold vehicles. Wedding and event bookings use at least seven days before the first pickup for a full refund; inside that window refunds are discretionary unless different terms were accepted in writing before payment.
