These configuration names describe different uses of cabin space; the actual seats and equipment are confirmed for the vehicle offered.

Executive Sprinter is planned around 13 passengers. Jet Sprinter accommodates about 8–10, and Limo Sprinter about 8–17 depending on configuration. A regular Mercedes passenger van accommodates up to about 13. Ask for the actual seating layout when individual seats, orientation, boarding or cabin features matter.

Count checked cases, carry-ons, garment bags, strollers and equipment for the whole party. Describe unusually large items and give dimensions when necessary. Jet and Limo Sprinters carry only four to six bags at most, depending on the cabin and bag sizes; even a party within the seat limit can exceed the luggage allowance.

For example, eight travelers each bringing a checked suitcase already exceed a six-bag planning ceiling, before any carry-ons are counted. Ask for an Executive Sprinter, a suitable coach or a separately confirmed luggage arrangement. Keep exits and aisles clear; an unconfirmed seat or aisle is not extra cargo space.

If the group requires more seats or luggage than the available van, compare Mini Coach and Motorcoach options. Send any mobility equipment, boarding needs or child restraints before accepting the offer. A configuration name does not promise a lift, restroom, Wi-Fi or particular interior equipment.

For an ATL arrival, list the airline, flight number, local arrival date and actual terminal for every arriving group. Domestic and International flights may use separate meeting processes. Collect bags and keep the traveler contact reachable before coordinating the vehicle. The vehicle's confirmed loading instructions determine the meeting; a Sprinter name alone does not establish an airport pickup category.

At PDK, name the FBO and its passenger entrance, flight or tail reference and flight-team contact. Different FBOs have different addresses. An aircraft-side meeting needs facility authorization and the confirmed operator arrangement; reserve a ground handoff you can actually use.

If travelers arrive on separate flights, explain whether everyone should wait for one group departure or whether separate movements are needed. A landing time is not the time every traveler has finished baggage collection or clearance. Send changes promptly for review.

For a company offsite or convention, provide the hotel, actual office or venue entrance, session finish time and group contact. Ask the venue for its private-van loading rules, clearance limits and staging arrangements. A ride-app pickup point may not accommodate your booked vehicle.

For a wedding, list the couple, wedding party and guest groups by movement, with ceremony, reception, photo stops and final departure. Include garments and luggage as well as passengers. Agree who can authorize a delayed departure, added stop or extra time.

Choose one transfer when the van can finish at the destination. If it should remain through meetings or the event, request the entire reserved window and return journey. Separate days, vehicles and departure waves need to appear in the accepted written program.

Group and event programs use a full-refund window of at least seven days before the first scheduled pickup, unless different terms were disclosed and accepted in writing before payment. Inside the window, refunds are discretionary and can be partial or zero. Added stops, waiting and approved changes follow the accepted offer.
