The correct facility

Your Opa-locka FBO is the pickup location

Miami–Opa locka Executive Airport supports private and business aviation through FBO facilities. Signature and Atlantic publish separate OPF facility information. The airport name or administrative address alone does not identify the handler or entrance for your flight.

Provide the actual FBO name, street address and passenger entrance from your flight team, along with the tail number or flight details. Confirm the handler close to travel if the aircraft arrangement changes. The booked ground meeting should match the facility your party will actually use.

A changing schedule

Connect the flight contact with the ground itinerary

Include a reachable passenger phone and the flight coordinator or crew contact who can confirm the arrival. Use local South Florida dates and times, including the correct date after an overnight journey. Share revised arrival times, the tail or flight identifier and any change of airport or FBO promptly.

Aircraft landing, passenger readiness and the agreed ground pickup are different moments. If luggage handling or international clearance delays the party, contact the concierge with an update. Early-arrival adjustments depend on availability; an unreported diversion does not create a confirmed pickup at another airport.

Handler-led directions

Confirm the OPF meeting instead of assuming ramp access

Use the meeting arrangement confirmed with the handler and the assigned ground operator. A private-flight booking does not automatically authorize a vehicle to enter the ramp or another secured area. Request any special greeting or boarding arrangement before travel and confirm what the facility permits.

For international arrivals, the flight team should confirm where the travelers complete arrival formalities and when they may leave. Keep the ground meeting practical for the actual entrance, luggage release and access requirements. Share mobility equipment or assistance needs so the meeting and vehicle can be reviewed together.

After the flight

OPF to Miami, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour or Aventura

Provide the full home, hotel or business address and any gate or valet instructions. A Miami Beach stay, a Bal Harbour hotel and a Brickell meeting need their actual endpoints. Include separate passenger drops, luggage stops or a continuing Fort Lauderdale journey before reserving.

If the vehicle should remain available for appointments after arrival, choose hourly service and list the stops, time needed and final destination. For several aircraft or travelers arriving separately, specify who travels together and which arrival should determine each car’s timing.

The complete party

OPF vehicles for travelers, luggage and equipment

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Include golf bags, garment bags, equipment and all carry-ons so the actual fit can be reviewed. Aircraft passenger capacity is not a ground vehicle’s luggage capacity.

Sprinters, coaches and other group classes are quoted in the main booking flow. Specify actual seating preferences, passengers, bags and any crew traveling with the party. Child-seat requests require an SUV; request up to two seats, subject to availability, with age, weight, height and configuration. The guardian checks final securement.

Terms for the actual flight

OPF waiting and a return to the FBO

Standard sedan and SUV airport arrivals include 60 minutes domestic and 90 minutes international from actual wheels-down. Luggage and arrival formalities use that window. Group vehicle waiting follows its accepted written offer. Confirm the actual flight and FBO meeting plan; excess waiting follows the accepted terms.

For a departure, ask the flight team when the party should be at the FBO and work back to the requested car pickup at the hotel or home. Allow for the road journey and any handler requirements. Standard sedan and SUV point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes from the scheduled time; group vehicles follow their accepted written offer. Waiting during hourly service uses the reserved duration.

One accepted itinerary

Your OPF fare, confirmation and changes

The accepted price includes required normal trip fees for the agreed FBO, route and vehicle. Gratuity is optional. A different handler, added stop, changed itinerary or excess waiting can affect the total; review any revised arrangement before it takes effect.

An eligible card-saving booking request remains unconfirmed and does not charge the card. Confirmation follows approval of the accepted request and successful payment; revised offers require acceptance. Invoice, deposit and direct-checkout offers state their payment terms.

No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard confirmed transfers qualify for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice before pickup; inside that window any refund is discretionary. Group, event and multi-day programs use seven days before the first pickup, unless different terms were disclosed and accepted before payment.

Opa-locka private-flight transfer questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
Is the OPF airport address enough for pickup?

No. Provide the actual FBO name, street address and passenger entrance from your flight team. OPF has separate handler facilities, so the administrative airport address is not a universal passenger meeting point.

Can the car meet the aircraft on the ramp?

Only if the airport, handler and actual operator authorize that arrangement. A private-flight booking alone does not grant ramp access. Confirm the ground meeting in advance rather than assuming airside pickup.

What flight details should my assistant provide?

Provide the local arrival date and time, tail or flight details, actual FBO name and address, passenger phone, flight-team contact, passengers, bags and onward addresses. Send changes promptly so the ground plan can be reviewed.

What if the aircraft uses a different FBO?

Tell the concierge as soon as the handler changes and supply the new address and entrance. The meeting plan, approach and itinerary must be updated. Do not go to the previously booked facility without checking.

How do international private-flight arrivals affect pickup?

Confirm the clearance and passenger-release plan with the flight team and handler. Landing does not necessarily mean your party is ready to leave. The written ground arrangement sets the waiting allowance; keep the concierge updated about delays.

Can I keep the vehicle for meetings in Miami?

Request hourly service with meeting addresses, stop order, time needed and the final destination. Include a later return to the FBO if required. An airport transfer alone does not reserve a vehicle for the day.

Can a Sprinter carry the passengers and crew together?

Request a group-vehicle quote in the main booking flow with the total passengers, crew, bags and seating needs. The actual configuration and luggage fit must be confirmed; aircraft seat count is not proof of ground-vehicle fit.

Is my OPF booking confirmed when I submit it?

An eligible request saves a card without charging and remains subject to approval. Confirmation follows successful payment of the accepted total after approval; a revised offer requires your acceptance. Accepted invoice, deposit and direct-checkout arrangements follow their own payment terms.
